i didnt post about this yesterday because of glitchpad but-

okay so uh, today something happened to one of the teachers at my school, ms adams. she's the librarian and one of the basketball coaches

basically me and my friend had to wash out waterbottles for the basketball teams (thats what the coach makes us do since were off season, but hey id take that over the workouts) and we were laughing and joking around. just earlier we had gone into thw coaxhes office to get some stuff and my friend decided to act like she left her phone in there and make me freak out- i said i hated her and she told me she loved me too, (platonically) and we were just laughing

we walked into the hallway that connects to the cafeteria, like there's windows that let you see into the cafeteria, usually we go into the kitchen to wash the waterbottles in the machine. there was a little girl, it think shes in fourth grade, in the hall and she pointed into the cafeteria window, while shrugging. ms adams was laying down on the floor and the principle and a few teachers were around her.

okay small backstory: my class is currently taking a first aid course that we started just this week

the principles wife started to point to the side, in the direction where the AED was. The AED was literally only a feet away from us but we kinda froze just for a couple seconds. after the initial shock, we ran over to the case, opened the door, which made the alarm go off, and i grabbed the AED and sprinted it over to the cafeteria. i was literally in such shock and that teacher honeatly really means a lot to me. like everyday in the hallway she says hello to me and asks how i am and she always tells me how beautiful i am- and shes just really nice. my friend told me she had never seen me run so fast lmao

anyways, they told us to clear the cafeteria and hallway next to it. brycie and i went i to the concession,.which the door was in that hallway and we had to go in there to fill up the water bottles anyway. luckily, an ambulance showed up and ms adams went to the hospital.

im not entirely sure what happened. i heard multiple different stories. like she had a heart attack, she had a seizure, she slipped and fell amd couldn't remember where she was, im not entirely sure.

later in the day, i heard that in the gym they heard the alarm go off, but just thought that thwy were changing the batteries or it was a prank by some student or something like that. until one of them saw mr wallace, the ag teacher, sprinting down the hallway, which he never sprints, so they figured it was an emergency.

my friend and i still had the andrenaline a few hours later cuz it was such a rush. we were praised by some teachers, because we did the right thing, and aome asked if we were okay, cuz ms adams is such a big part of this school.

ms adams is okay now, luckily, but uh yeah just thought id share that. and if you actually read all that then wow
