Akira is slim, fair-skinned young woman of slender build. She has dark grey eyes and waist-length black hair that is often done in braided pigtails or simple, but messy half up hairstyles. Her black Fairy Tail stamp is located on her left breast just above her heart.

Whenever Akira is overcome with anger or when she becomes a Reaper, her dark grey eyes turn red, almost demonic-like due to the black slits she gets.

She has a tattoo of a skeleton hand on her right hand, symbolizing her status and role as a Grim Reaper.

Akira appears as a very stoic and cold individual who does not care about the people around her, whether friends, family, or strangers on the street. But that couldn't be any further from the truth. In reality, Akira treasures everyone with all her life, but she doesn't express that caring attitude so openly.

There have been times when that side of her comes out, mainly during occasions like missions and the Battle of Fairy Tail. Akira views the rest of Team Arcane as her siblings, even calling them such in public and in private.

That does not change the fact that Akira is shown to be very sadistic when it comes to enemies or just people she doesn't like. Asher is also extremely ruthless and calculating, showing no hesitation to kill or harm others for personal reasons or if they threaten the lives of Akira's loved ones. This side of her originates from her upbringing as an orphan alongside her older brother August.

꒰💀꒱ SYNPOSIS ♡꙼̈ ࿐ ࿔

Zeref and Mavis Vermillion conceived Akira at the end of October through unknown circumstances, most likely believed to be conceived when their opposing magic merged. Like her older brother August, she grew up abandoned and an orphan, having to steal to survive. Despite being born with immense Magic Power like August, Akira never learned about her parents when she was a child. Because of this, she learned about them from August telling her stories about them.

One day, after stealing two loaves of bread from a baker, Akira and August ran into a forest and were forced to separate. Akira was cornered on the edge of a cliff when the edge broke off, causing Akira to fall to the bottom and die at such a young age.

But, in reality, Akira was saved by Death. They saw Akira's innocent soul despite being the daughter of the Dark Wizard and took pity on the young child. So instead of sending her soul to the afterlife, Death took her soul and body to his domain and decided to raise Akira as their child. With that in mind, Death taught Akira how to use not only the magic she was born with but also her own magic that Death taught her.

Once Death felt that Akira was prepared to leave their domain, they took her to Magnolia and to the doorsteps of Fairy Tail when Akira was still 6 y/o. After being taken in by Makarov, Akira got to meet Liberty, then Sakura and Mason much later. The four of them quickly became friends and soon formed Team Arcane after Laxus insulted all of them, calling them 'weak'.

Even growing up with her new family, Akira still met with Death and they would train Akira in her magic over the years. After Tenrou Island and Sakura discovered soul gems/heart gems, Akira joined in on helping Sakura collect more throughout Fiore. During those six years of searching all over Fiore, taking missions while doing so, Akira started to become a real-life Grim Reaper by eating the souls of opponents and/or people who were about to die. Akira's reputation grew after every trip to multiple towns and villages until it was known as the Grim Reaper's Living Daughter.

꒰💀꒱ MAGIC AND ABILITIES ♡꙼̈ ࿐ ࿔

TWILIGHT MAGIC: Akira practices Twilight Magic, a type of Elemental Magic that allows her to use both Light Magic and Darkness Magic, thus being an ancient form of Magic that utilizes the elements of light and darkness. Plus, she is able to combine the two elements to cast more powerful spells.

LIGHT MAGIC: Being a user of Twilight Magic, Akira is able to use Light Magic, a form of Magic that revolves around the use of light.

♡ RAIN OF LIGHT: Akria moves her hands in various ways, ultimately placing her index and middle fingers on their forehead and sequentially swiping them forward along with her other hand. From both extended palms, Akira fires multiple rays of Light Magic towards the target.

♡ BLINDING LIGHT: Akira envelops her body in a very intense luminous aura that blinds enemies to the point of losing their sight for a moment

♡ SHIELDS OF LIGHT: Akira creates multiple Magic Seals capable of stopping attacks directed against her. The resistance of the Magic Seals increases with Akira's raw power.

DARKNESS MAGIC: Being a user of Twilight Magic, Akira is able to use Darkness Magic, a form of Magic that revolves around the use of darkness.

♡ YAMISEI: An essential technique of Darkness Magic, giving its users the basic ability to create and control darkness and shadow with their movements. With this technique, they are capable of conglomerating darkness, forming it into projectiles, weak barriers, and waves. It has also been shown to enhance hand-to-hand combat capabilities

♡ SHADOW SHAPING: A basic technique and usage of Darkness Magic, giving users the ability to change the shape and flow of darkness in a variety of ways. They are capable of changing the composition of shadows, forming sharp edges and blade-like points, making solid structures, and manipulating it in a water-like manner or even as smoke. This ability greatly enhances the potential versatility of one's Darkness Magic.

♡ SATAN BLAST: Akira extends their arms and creates a swirling, disintegrating, spherical blast around them.

♡ EVIL SHOWER: Akira forms a sphere in their hand that spreads darkness bullets indiscriminately over a wide range.

NECROMANCY: A type of Black Arts that allows the user to manipulate the souls of the living and the deceased.

SHADOW-MAKE MAGIC: A form of Molding Magic that allows the user to create mold shadows into nearly any shape or form. In Akira's case, she uses both Static and Dynamic Shadow-Make, meaning she can shape her shadows and others.

♡ SHADOW-MAKE: SCYTHE: Akira places her palms together and creates a small ball of shadow as they pry their hands apart. She will then extend their hands forward, palms out before moving them out to the side, willing the shadows into the shape you wish, and then continue to mold it into a scythe.

♡ SHADOW-MAKE: SHIELD: Akira holds out her hand, then proceed to cast out a layer of shadow out in front of them, this shadow may extend to the ground.

♡ SHADOW-MAKE: TENDRIL: Akira can create tendril of all shapes and sizes. These tendrils can be sprouted from nearly anywhere, even from spots on her body if she chooses. They have the potential to be highly versatile due to the great number in which they can be created as well as their flexibility and speed. These tendrils are perfect for picking up, knocking away, or even crushing foes.
