Anxiety cripples your capacity to retain peace within your thoughts. With no possible solutions evident, or insight to the problems plaguing our thoughts. Overwhelming our spirit, we began to feel defeated in our minds. Our perception is not balanced, one-sided we either become the victor or the victim in any given situation. The self-depreciating truth, that we are inadequately unable to deal with the problems surrounding our lives distorts your perception of reality. Failing to protect your mind, by submitting to God, wearing the armor of God, by protecting your thoughts with the helmet of salvation.The helmet of salvation helps you to see your circumstances from God's vantage point, resting in the eternal salvation that we have through the crucifixion of our Lord Jesus Christ. This supernatural protection protects our thoughts, safeguarding your mind from every mental assault of the devil. When a person is confident of his salvation and when they walk confidently in the powerful reality of all that salvation means for them they can bring all thoughts to submission of Christ, tear down all strongholds, and cast down imaginations, the battle is in the mind,  we do not war against the flesh, we war against dark spiritual forces, wickedness in the heavenly realms, our own carnal flesh, and Adamic nature, principalities, if one can control our thoughts, they can control the actions proceeding our thoughts, it is important to understand that we must protect, feed, instruct, and nourish our mind, so that it may serve the Lord, Otherwise it will serve itself, Made manifest through our overly inflated ego, sinful behaviors, and passions that erode love, diminish moral character causing your spirit to lead a life of bondage, secret guilt and shame. Exposing you to many dangers, leaving you vulnerable to the wiles of the enemy giving him access to your life through strongholds of incorrect ways of thinking. that will incapacitate your ability to perceive your circumstances correctly.The enemy uses a barrage of weapons to accomplish his purpose to destroy your faith, belief in yourself, and God. Wrenching unrelieved sickness, grinding economic pressures, loss of loved one, or deep disappointment with spouse or friend, wounding your spirit, causing deep emotional pain. In a fallen world, our minds are paramount to human existence the mind is intricate, beautiful, creative, brilliant, intelligent and analytical. An integral part of our lives the mind needs to be commanded, made to serve the Lord. We worship and serve the Lord through our thoughts, and actions. Without the instruction of the holy spirit to our mind, we will not be guided, rebuked, disciplined, Transformed by the renewing of our minds, we will become, weak, broken, sad, lost,  our mind will be attacked and defeated, because, we have no protection, our mind is enshrouded in darkness causing us immeasurable pain and suffering.Giving in to selfishness, evil passions, and ambitions. Allowing our ego to usurp the throne of God, deeply disrupting our lives. Without control of your mind, your life will spiral out of control, unhealthy behaviors inslave the mind to strongholds and wrong ways of thinking.

Here are some practical tips to restore balance, and order, peace within your mind

Know yourself try to learn more about your fear or anxiety. Keep an anxiety diary or thought record to note down when it happens and what happens. You can try setting yourself small, achievable goals for facing your fears.

Anxiety- is a word we use for some types of fear that are usually to do with the thought of a threat or something going wrong in the future.Rather than right now, feeling faint in your mind can affect your ability to eat. sleep. concentrate, travel. Enjoy life or even leave the house or go to work or school.

You can learn to feel less fearful and to cope with fear so that it doesn't stop you from living.

Just knowing what makes you afraid and why can be the first step to sorting out problems with fear.

Exercise- increase the amount of exercise you do. Exercise requires some concentration and this can take your mind off your fear and anxiety.

Relax- Learning relaxation techniques can help you with the mental and physical feelings of fear, it can help just to drop your shoulders and breath deeply. Or imagine yourself in a relaxing place, meditation can have a profound effect on the mind, clearing out negative thoughts, and fears. Enabling you to put your thoughts in their proper perspectives, allowing you to process your feelings, and emotions, instead of leaving them bottled up inside.

Healthy Eating- eat lots of fruit and vegetables and try to avoid too much sugar. Resulting dips in your blood sugar can give you anxious feelings try to avoid drinking too much tea and coffee. As caffeine can increase anxiety levels.
