find me

i am lost

lost in the darkness 

of my own mind

i struggle to get away

i try to find a way out of the shadows

but every time i try i am confronted by my own thoughts

what if i belong here?

what if i will always be in the darkness?

what if i deserve the fear and the pain and the doubt?

can i be helped?

is there anyone there that can save me -

that can reach inside my own mind and bring me back into light?

No.

They cannot find me.

They do not care.

They will not look.

They will not bother.
