"You guys should come to Alola sometime!" Ash said, his two oldest friends in front of him.

"Oh definitely" Brock said, nodding his head.

"Yeah. Who else is going to bug you?" Misty teased, pulling the front of Ash's hat down over his face.

Ash chuckled as he fixed his hat, "I'm gonna miss you guys..."

"Of course you will" Misty said, "A region without us is a sad, sad region"

"You would really like it, Misty" Ash told the red head, "Its got clear skies, lots of sun, beaches around every corner, and tons of cool water types!" Ash listed the things on his fingers.

"It does sound lovely..." Misty sighed.

Brock looked between the two trainers and smirked.

"Hey Pikachu, why don't we go talk to Professor Kukui and them, huh?" The breeder asked the Pokémon. Pikachu copied Brock's smirk and hoped on his shoulder. The two walked over to Professor Kukui and the rest of Ash's Alola friends.

"You really would like Alola" Ash said, bringing the topic of the region back up.

"Are you trying to convince me to come with you?" Misty joked.

Ash shrugged, "Maybe" he mused.

"Well I for one don't go to far away regions for just anything"

"Right of course" Ash agreed, "Only Togepi Festivals" he teased, smirking.

Misty's face flushed with embarrassment and she punched Ash's arm, "One time! You're lucky I don't have the mallet, Ketchum"

"I also do remember you being the one to follow me around Kanto, Johto, and the Orange Islands..."

"I wanted my bike back!"

"What a weird reason"

"You're a weird reason!"

Ash laughed, "You don't change, huh Misty?"

Misty smiled lightly, "You don't either, huh Ash?"

"Ash!" Professor Kukui called, "C'mon! We've gotta go!"

Ash frowned, "I guess...I'll see you"

Misty's smile dropped, "See you..."

Misty watched the boy as he walked away, but he stopped suddenly and turned around.

"Ya know Misty, I'm not stupid" Ash said.

"Huh?" Misty wondered.

"I know people don't follow other people around three different regions just for a bike"

Ash gave a small smile and a wave before turning back around and running over to his group of Alola friends.

Misty's mouth hung open. Had he known the whole time? Most likely not...Maybe Brock told him?

"Ash wait!" Misty exclaimed, running to catch up with Ash before he got on the plane.

Ash smirked, like he had known Misty would chase after him, "Yes Misty?" He asked as the girl caught up.

"You are so stupid" She hissed.

Ash raised his eyebrows in confusion, "What?" He asked.

Instead of an answer, Misty grabbed both sides of Ash's face and kissed him. Ash barely had time to kiss back before Misty pulled away.

"Go be stupid in Alola" The water type trainer breathed.

Ash smiled dopily as he nodded.

Misty watched as Ash and his Alola friends disappeared into the airport.

Brock stood by Misty's side, "He's come far, hasn't he?"

Misty laughed slightly, "But he's still our Ash"
