"Alright so, you have three choices," Hau said, standing in front of his two friends who were sitting on the couch, "Child's Play, Annabelle, or Jaws"

"Seriously?" Moon asked, unimpressed, "Those all suck"

"What do you mean?" Hau asked.

"Chucky doesn't even need to hang around that little kid for so long, he could just leave as soon as he was taken out of the box. And Annabelle? The doll doesn't even move in that movie, which is not what I signed up for" Moon explained.

"Okay smart one, what's up your butt?"

"No movie is without sin"

"So Jaws, then?" Lillie asked.

At that moment, Gladion strolled into the room with a bowl of popcorn, "So what're we watching?" He asked.

"Jaws, I guess" Hau said, glumly, "Miss Cinema Sins over here just ruined the horror movies"

Moon shrugged, "You brought two movies about haunted dolls and one about a Sharpedo. It's like you wanted us to watch Jaws"

Hau shrugged, "I did, but I thought you'd wanna watch one of the other two"

"I hate horror, why would I wanna watch those?"

"Stop fighting" Lillie interjected.

Gladion shrugged and sat down next to Moon, "I don't care what movie we're watching as long as it's good" he said, eating a piece of popcorn.

"And it will be good" Hau promised, throwing the Jaws VHS into the VHS player which, for some reason, Gladion and Lillie still had at their house.

"Smart to watch a video about a killer Sharpedo when we're in a region filled with them" Gladion said dryly.

"It'll be fine!" Hau assured, taking a spot next to Lillie, "Plus if you get scared, you've got Moon to comfort you" he teased.

Moon blushed and Gladion rolled his eyes, "I won't be scared"

"Okaaaay" Hau said in disbelief. He turned to Lillie and threw an arm around her, "And if you get scared I'll be right here"

Lillie giggled and blushed, but Gladion scowled. Moon elbowed Hau in the ribs.

"Ow! What was that for?" Hau complained.

"Start the stupid movie" Moon answered.

"Pushy today, aren't we?" Hau grumbled as he started the movie.

Lillie had gotten scared during certain parts of the movie, and she had buried herself in Hau's arms to make herself feel more secure. It was no doubt Hau's plan to bring scarier movies, and Gladion was not amused. Gladion found it hard to concentrate on being angry though, since Moon had leaned against him and fallen asleep.

Every once in awhile, Hau would look over at the pair and smirk, but would look away once Gladion started glaring at him.

By the end of the movie, both girls had fallen asleep, leaving the two boys awake with no idea what to do.

Hau normally knew better not to talk to Gladion, but a question bubbled into his mind, "Gladion? I know you hate me but, what's up with you and Moon?" He whispered.

Gladion tore his eyes from Moon and looked at Hau curiously, "What do you mean?" He whispered back.

"Don't be dumb, you know Moon likes you, right?"

"Of course I do..." Gladion whispered, looking back down at Moon.

"And don't you like her?"

Gladion glared at Hau.

Hau slowly put his hands up, "Hey I'm not trying to make you angry, I'm just asking"

"Well stop asking"

"I'll take that as a 'yes'"

Gladion blushed and turned his head towards the tv that was now displaying credits, "So? What's it to you?"

"Why don't you do anything about it?" Hau asked.

"She's Lillie's best friend" Gladion explained, looking between his sister and his friend, "I couldn't do that"

"I'm sure Lillie wouldn't care" Hau assured.

"That doesn't matter. Lillie is my sister and Moon is her best friend. I'm not supposed to date my sister's best friend"

Hau thought for awhile, "Well since you and I aren't friends, can I date Lillie?"

Gladion looked at Hau and scowled.

"What?"

"No. You can't"

"Why not? I'm not just messing around. I really like her, dude"

Gladion rolled his eyes.

"I do!" Hau whisper-yelled, "She's smart, kind, beautiful, and she's fun to be around"

At that moment, Lillie snuggled into Hau's chest, as if hearing what he'd said about her.

Hau blushed, "She's really cool"

Gladion rolled his eyes, "Of course she is. She's my sister"

Hau snickered.

"What?" Gladion asked.

"Nothing" Hau sang innocently.

Gladion muttered a brief "Whatever", and the two boys grew silent.

As the credits were ending, Moon began to wake up.

"Is it over?" She asked groggily, snuggling up to Gladion as if he were a pillow.

Gladion's face turned bright red, "Uh...yeah..." he said, looking to Hau who was waking Lillie up. Hau finally looked over and Gladion gave him a "help me or else" look.

Hau rolled his eyes and exclaimed, "OH MY ARCEUS MOON, THERE'S A SHINY"

Moon bolted up, "Where?!" She asked, frazzled. Once she looked around and realized her friend was laughing, she realized he had fooled her.

"Jerk!" She joked, punching his arm.

Hau rubbed his arm, "You're gullible"

"Why is there yelling?" Lillie yawned, sitting up.

"Hau's an idiot" Moon hissed.

"So you should yell?"

"He yelled first..." Moon mumbled defensively.

"No excuses"

"Okay Mom" Moon grumbled.

"Moon! Moon!" An electronic voice chirped. Rotom jumped from Moon's bag and hovered in front of her, a call displaying on its screen.

"You have a call!"

Moon blinked in surprise, "From who?"

"Kiawe!"

Gladion tensed, "What's Kiawe calling you for?" He hissed. Hau smirked.

"Probably about the little love triangle he's got going on" Moon yawned, "Hey Lillie, do you mind if I stay the night?"

"I don't care" Lillie said tiredly.

"What about Kiawe?" Rotom asked.

The call ended.

"That solves that" Moon said, "So. I say Lillie and I raid the fridge"

"Sounds like a plan" Lillie yawned.

"I wanna raid the fridge!" Hau complained.

"How about no" Gladion jabbed.

Moon got up and walked into the kitchen, Rotom going back into Moon's bag. When Lillie thought her brother wasn't looking, she gave Hau a quick peck on the cheek before getting up and following Moon. Hau put his hand up to his cheek and watched Lillie as she left.

Gladion sighed, "Go for it" he said quietly.

Hau's widened, "What?" He asked.

"Ask her out before I change my mind, idiot!" Gladion hissed.

Hau beamed, "I knew you had a soul!" He chirped, getting up and booking it into the kitchen.

Moon cake out a minutes later with a glass of water in her hand, a smirk on her face.

"What a good brother" she teased.

Gladion avoided eye contact with the girl, "Whatever"

Moon sat on the arm of the couch next to Gladion, "I know you wanted to protect Lillie, but Hau wants to too. I'm glad you stopped being stubborn"

Gladion rubbed the back of his neck, "What'd she say?" He asked.

"That's not my place" Moon answered, smiling, "But I hope you're ready to deal with them being a couple"

Gladion groaned, "What have I done?"

"Don't think about it. I'm proud of you flower boy"

Gladion narrowed his eyes at her, "What?"

Moon smirked, "I know you're named after a flower"

Gladion blushed and hid his face in his hands, "Oh great! This day just keeps getting better and better!"

"You're so adorably edgy" Moon giggled.

Gladion put his elbows on his knees and rested his face in his hands, "I hate everything"

Moon offered Gladion her glass of water, "Whatever you say you edgelord"

Gladion reluctantly took the glass and stared at it.

"Did...did I do the right thing?" He whispered.

Moon shrugged, "Time will tell. I think you did. But Hau is probably gonna start calling you 'brother' now"

Gladion groaned, "I have a headache" he complained.

Moon smiled and kissed Gladion's temple before getting up, "See ya in the morning, flower boy" she chimed, walking into the hallway where Lillie's room was.

Gladion blushed and ran his finger along the rim of the glass of water in his hand, thinking about Moon.

Finally, he took a sip.
