Ikarishipping~How bout a nerdy date?

Got inspiration from one of the Star Wars commercials.

For Blaze32 <3

Paul sighed as he finished the last touches of his homemade R2D2. He's been working on it for about a month now, and he finally finished it. Clemont would sure be jealous of his idea.

The cold air burned his lungs a bit since he was working in the garage, but he was dripping with sweat along his face and body fro the intense work.

It was winter break at the moment, and he was procrastinating on his homework, even though it was only the 2nd day of break. The new Star Wars movie was coming out in a day, but he was planning on not going (Han) solo.

She was a huge fan of Rocky, and they had gone seen the newest movie Creed together, which was a really awesome movie. Those movies were her most favorite in the whole world.

Her second favorite movie series was Star Wars, which she's seen over thousands of times since she knows everything about it.

Literally. She's won bets with Ash because of how well she knows it. Ash's lost over 10 bets that included money, so he wasn't in luck.

Paul got out of his seat and grabbed a tiny note and pink envelope for it along with two other strips of tickets. He wrote a message into the note, then put it in the small pink envelope with the two strips of paper.

He turned on his computer and his robot R2D2, which responded with one of his noises he usually made. Paul barely smiled from it working, the corners of his lips peaking slightly upwards.

He pressed the buttons on his keyboard to move his creation, which responded as well. He then hooked up to the camera view so he could watch the view from the robot.

Paul got up and took a break to freshen up, eat and do some homework before going back to the garage. He skillfully avoided his brother, which was curious to what he was doing.

He returned to the garage and started moving the robot with the controls out of the garage and on the way to a certain place.

"Why is my life so boring?" Dawn whined as she flopped on the couch, scrolling through Instagram mindlessly. There was literally nothing to do, and she was too tired to think about going out. Dawn was so bored that she had actually blow dried her hair and straightened it to perfection in the morning, then practiced making the perfect cat eye wing to her eyeliner along with simple makeup. She also vacuumed the house, and it was still only 12pm in the day.

"Why do I always do my hair and makeup perfectly on days when I don't need to!" Dawn shouted, throwing her phone across the room, luckily landing on the pink beanbag chair in her room. Maybe she should start doing homework instead of procrastinating again.

Dawn grabbed her history textbook, and after reading two sentences of the chapter she needed to read, she shoved the book off her lap, making it slam into the ground. She got up and changed into her favorite gray basketball sweats and a tshirt, then boringly wandered throughout her house scrolling on her phone.

"HELLO FROM THE OTHER SIIIIDE!" Dawn sang out loud, making her voice echo slightly throughout the house.

A few seconds later, the doorbell rang, signaling that Dawn wasn't a loner anymore, hopefully.

"YES! There's still hope! Coming!" Dawn shouted as she sprinted towards the door and opened it aggressively, only to see a....R2D2?

"Huh? Oh, hello. I don't know what to say to you R2D2..." Dawn said, not knowing what to say since she was expecting an actual human being. She definitely was surprised about this though.

The R2D2 made its famous funny sounds, making Dawn giggle. It pulled out a tiny link envelope from a secret pocket and held it out to Dawn, who looked confused and interested at the same time.

"Is this for me? Thanks!" She excitedly said as she gracefully took the tiny link envelope from R2D2, who responded with a happy robotic sound. Dawn carefully opened it, smiling and wondering what was inside it.

She pulled out a small pink paper with words on it, and flipped it over so she could read it.

"It'd be really Troublesome to watch it (Han) Solo, so how 'bout we go double?

~Paul

Dawn giggled and smiled, then gasped slightly as she pulled out two reserved seating for the movie "Star Wars, The Force Awakens"

"Yes! That's the cutest thing!" Dawn happily cheered as she gazed at the note. Who would've thought that Paul could be creative? Not even Clemont could match up to that.

With Paul, he felt the corners of his lips turn up into a genuine smile, seeing how happy that Troublesome girl was. He did notice how she looks really...beautiful. He didn't want anyone else to have his beautiful Troublesome.

He couldn't wait for the movie now, and he could brag to all the robotic geeks at his school about his date proposal.

Life was definitely good at the moment, maybe even a little troublesome.
