I soon found myself waking up in that stingy old bed again
Jack: uugh...
I looked around and saw reimi
Reimi: hey you ok?
Jack: uh...yeah... Hey did...did I win?
In a flash cloud wobbled in on a pair of crutches
Cloud: well even though I was up first... I'd have to say yeah..,cause you kicked my ass man!
Jack: haha! I told you I would didn't I!?
Cloud: heh...yeah,  yeah you did...
A bright light then appeared in the room
Jack: huh...is that...it is! That's the spectrum gate!!!
I jumped out of the bed, but stopped at the door and turned around to see both cloud and reimi smiling
Jack: well... I guess this is good-bye then...
Reimi ran up and hugged me tightly
Reimi: whatever it is jack...
She pulled away
Reimi: "smiles" we'll never forget you...so if you ever wind up here again...you'll always have a place here at the tavern! Alright!?
Cloud: yeah jack... Where ever your going...you'll always have friends in us man! "Teeth Grins"
I stared at th bothe for a few moments. I knew I would never in a million years forget about these people...they were practicly like a second family to me now, but both of them along with myself knew I had to go.
Jack: "smiles" thank you... I'll remember that!
I could feel a tear or two escape my eyes
Cloud: good luck jack!
Reimi: we'll miss you!
I wiped my tears
Jack: later guys...
Finally I took a few steps then ran into the glowing door in front of me and once again i was greeted by the flash of rainbow colors that were just as quickly replaced with the veiw of the tops of tree

jack: NOT AGAIN!!!

"CRASH" "crack" "SMASH" "thud"

luckily this time the trees broke my fall

???: oh dear...are you ok sir?

i looked up in front of me to see the last person i expected

jack: m...mom!?
