In a distorted city, the grey skies become clouded with darkness as night approaches.

In the far distance, the golden sun looking over the horizon sets, its last remaining hues washing over GEN Academy and Jinrai High disappearing.

However, Alba Academy is unaffected, it's bland grey building turning into a festival of colours as an outline of neon white, teal, and lavender lights illuminate the entire school.

Peering through a pane of glass, making it look like an aquarium, it cuts between the six Alba students seldom positioned on a turquoise stairwell.

The first is Jouraku is walking down the stairs, yawning while rubbing the back of his neck.

The second is Yuasa is sitting at the bottom, his head resting on contemplative interlaced hands.

The third Christ is standing at the top, laughing with his head thrown back and both hands gestured in the air.

The fourth is Sousei standing off to the side, arms crossed as she looks out the window.

The fifth is Tsuruha who stands in the middle, hand on hip as she looks down the stairs.

The last is Agon, his back turned and face not visible as he walks up the stairs.

Zooming into him, he glances over his shoulder before a pink butterfly flutters by.

The pink butterfly leaves a trail of faint light as it escapes Alba Academy and wanders into the night sky.

Oh yeah, girl! Smell of booze and B.O!

A static effect washes over, cutting to Jouraku stalking the streets at the dead of night like a wolf.

You're my butterfly Toriko! Kyuukaku ni hitto!

As he swaggers, the world behind him explodes apart into a mess of abstract colours in the shape of Drajeweled's outline. The pink butterfly glides over his head as he snaps his fingers at a lady walking past him, licking his lips.

The lady ignores him and continues walking, but Jouraku turns around and slings an arm around her, the colourful cascade behind him shutting off as everything turns pitch black.

Ay girl mi wo makase konya I'll pick you up!

The only things visible are his orange irises and the pink butterfly flying away.

The pink butterfly re-enters the night sky, zooming back to show the bustling Shibuya crossing with a time lapse of people moving. However, standing static in the middle of the sea of people is Busujima, who has her back turned to the viewer.

As she peeks over shoulder and slowly turns around, everyone else in Shibuya crossing vanishes, leaving her to be only person standing there. The pink butterfly flies over her head.

Come and lay down cuz she so fly!

Kuyou is laying on the school roof, head propped up by his arms, gazing up at the starry night sky. He glares at the full moon with a disgruntled look.

Lay back my girl! Let's chill! Right?

The pink butterfly dances over the moon before going away, causing Kuyou to rub his eyes and sit up.

Damn girl, what you want me to do tonight?

He pulls off his hairband, letting his long ponytail loose, before unbuttoning the top of his stuffy shirt.

In an alleyway, Minoru raises his head and stretches out his arm, holding out the back of his hand to the pink butterfly dancing above him.

The pink butterfly perches on his index finger, resting its wings.

As Minoru brings his hand back to himself, he stares at the butterfly with a light smile.

The last thing to appear in his head is an image of Sagitta taking flight into the starry night sky. He frowns slightly, before the pink butterfly flies off his hand.

Minoru panics and chases after it, stretching out his hand as he desperately stumbles after it.

As he exits the alleyway, he grinds to a halt as there is a road in front of him and the butterfly flies away. He watches helplessly, dropping his shoulders and lowering his head.

So what you want? What you wanna do?

It smash cuts to Agon, who is walking down a dark alleyway with his back hunched and his head down.

Where you wanna go? But I know what you want to do!

The pink butterfly is about to fly overhead, but turns around and goes the opposite way.

He raises his head, taking his right hand out of his pocket and using it to lean against the wall for support as he staggers forward. In his frosty eyes is a small flickering fire.

The pink butterfly flies overhead Tsuruha, who is stretching while walking down the street.

Inai inai baa like peekaboo!
Not here or there, showing up like peek-a-boo!

As she inhales in the crisp night air, she glances around the corner and raises her eyebrows.

Mou ichido smile again! Come on!!
I want you to smile again! Come on!!

Tsuruha then leans forward, grinning while pushing the corner of her cheeks with her index fingers to widen her smile even more.

It cuts to Etou who is standing on Jinrai High's rooftop, leaning against the meshing while the night breeze blows her hair to the side.

She winces at the cold before looking up at the full moon, letting slip a small smile before frowning.

Opening the door of the rooftop is Touka, who happily throttles towards Etou with a cheerful skip.

Following her are the other Jinrai members, with Kumohiko taking his time swaggering to the two women, Manyuda walking past him with crossed arms, and Haruno dragging a reluctant looking Shiramichi to join them.

Etou is surprised to see everyone here before she pulls them into a group hug.

It focuses on her gentle facial expression before the pink butterfly flies over her face, changing it into her serious self.

In an alleyway, Yuuma raises her head before cupping her hands, holding them out to the pink butterfly fluttering above her.

The pink butterfly lands in the palms of her hands, resting its wings.

Yuuma's eyes glisten with wonder as she brings the butterfly closer to her face.

The last thing to appear in her head is Thegrea rising from purple flames with a hunger for revenge in her dead eyes. She closes her eyes, a single tear running down her cheek, before the pink butterfly flies from her hands.

Yuuma wipes away her tears and runs after it, stumbling twice as she chases the pink butterfly with her hand stretched out.

As she exits the alleyway, she is cut off by a road as the butterfly flies away. She watches helplessly, her hair dishevelled and her breathing heavy.

You're my butterfly

It's revealed that the two alleyways are situated across from each other, separated only by the road, causing the exhausted Yuuma and angsty Minoru to now face one another.

Even if I realise this is a sweet trap

At the same time, both Yuuma and Minoru stretch their hands out to one another, grasping each other, and pulling themselves into each other as their surroundings breakaway into pitch black darkness.

In the midst of the void, a thin slither of light opens before them, and Minoru starts running towards it, guiding Yuuma.

I'll hold you in my hand...

As they chase after it, their hands tighten around each other, causing the pink butterfly land on their connected fingertips.

As they manage to step foot into the light, it engulfs them, causing the pair to shield their eyes by raising their arms.

Minoru's eyes widen while Yuuma looks around the blank space in awe.

The pink butterfly flies off their hand.

And descending before them is the faint outline of a pink haired woman with elf ears.

It focuses on her lips as it smiles, before panning up to her pink-purple eyes.

She gives you a soft wink, before the screen crashes into oblivion.
