if you dont understand, net neutrality is the thing that was put in place in the FCC (when Obama was President), which made it so that every Website loads at the same pace, and your Wifi Company/provider can't make Websites load at different Paces, if they decide they dont like it. Net Neutrality was an AMAZING thing. But Now, They want to take it away. not going to get into any detail on why, but its in danger. I'll put links in the Comments on How you can help or have your parents help. Also, Please no Politics in the comments......
