Blue woke a little while later, opening his eyes to see Eevee under his arm, snuggled against him. He looked up, Red was sat next to him, now wearing a t-shirt with Pikachu on his lap while he was reading.

  He watched Red's face for a moment, studying his concentration.

  "How long have I been asleep?" Blue yawned as he sat himself up.

  Red carefully turned a page in his book "Not long, half an hour maybe?"

  Blue yawned again then swung his legs over the side of the bed, he stood up and made his way over to the bathroom.

  Red continued to read, hearing nothing but silence for a small while.

 "WHAT IN THE?..." Blue shouted from the other room.

  Red, startled, put his book down, took Pikachu off his lap and hurried to the bathroom. He opened the door and saw Blue standing in the mirror pulling at the neckline of his shirt.
"Blue, are you okay?" Red asked in a panic.

  Blue turned to him and pointed at a mark that was small yet noticeable and dark in colour, "Look what you've done".

  Red held his hands up with a sheepish expression "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to, I-" he said softly.

  Blue cut him off "I can't go out with this, people will see it.. What if I run into Samson or the professor, what would they think?" Blue groaned.

  Red moved closer to Blue to make an attempt at calming him but Blue stopped him by grabbing onto his shirt "You are going to go to the mart and get me something to cover this up" Blue said almost desperately.

  "Well I guess it's only fair" Red replied looking abashed.

  "You're damned right it is" Blue responded, releasing his grip on Red and going back to the bed in a huff.

  Red grabbed himself a clean pair of jeans and sat on the bed in front of Blue "So what is it you're going to need because I haven't got a clue" he asked while getting dressed.

  Blue told Red to look at the makeup they had and to look for some foundation that matched his skin tone.

  Red looked out the glass doors of the balcony before he left, the weather had mostly let up but there was still a drizzle. He looked at his case and sighed "I didn't bring anything for this kind of weather" he said, almost pouting.

  Blue pointed to his case "There's a hoodie in my case that you can borrow" he said as he frowned at Red. His expression changed as Eevee put himself into his lap wanting attention from his trainer.

  Red shook his head gently and smiled in response "Thanks". He was met with no reply from Blue who was now petting Eevee. He called Pikachu to him then headed out.

  When Blue heard the door closed he softly sighed and places his fingers where the small bruise was "I'm not mad at him, I couldn't be" his face began to feel warm "I'm embarrassed more than anything" he said as he scoffed.
  He looked down at a confused Eevee and smiled "Now let's have a look" he said, pulling his laptop back to him, opening it to the same page he left it on. He looked through a few different sites before finding one that showed off the sites of Ula'ula Island.
"Malie City that has Malie Garden, Hokulani Observatory, Blush Mountain... There's even a gym based on Surge's gym?" Blue chuckled to himself "I'm sure Red would love that one" he laughed a little more.

  After looking through the site some more his eyes set on one particular place of interest, Starfall Hill, it looked beautiful just from the pictures and reminded Blue of the previous night. The stars alone were gorgeous but Blue felt so special when Red took him out to sea on Lapras, the stars bounced off the ocean, it felt like they stepped into a painting and Blue was left in awe.
  He felt his face grow warmer as he thought about the night, then thew his face into his hands as his mind continued to their events of today's afternoon.

  "A little small" Red said as he slipped on Blue's hoodie, sharing the hood with Pikachu who was now on his shoulder. He couldn't zip it up without being uncomfortable so left it open and stepped out into the rain.

  It didn't take him long to reach the mart, he had walked there as fast as he could.
Before entering he glanced over at the Battle Royal Dome, still feeling the guilt over what had happened to Blue.

   He was still for a few moments then Pikachu nuzzled his cheek against his trainer, Red let out a sigh and smiled, tugging the brim of his hat "Let's go buddy" he said softly as he made his way inside.

  He scouted out the makeup section of the store looking for what Blue had told him to get until he found the right product "Now I just need the right colour, hmmm". He looked at the different shades individually and settled on a lighter one.

  After paying he set off back to the hotel with rain still coming down as the droplets bounced around each step he took.

  When Red returned he kicked off his shoes and threw off the damp hoodie.

  Blue was much happier and welcomed Red back, meeting him by the door. Unbeknown to Red, Blue now had a whole day planned for them tomorrow.

  "Your mood's changed" Red said to Blue with a gentle laugh, glad that his mood had lifted.

  "Well, you know how it can be" Blue trying to laugh it off, he hadn't meant to come off the way he did earlier.

  Red reached into his pocked pulling out a small tube, handing it to Blue "I hope this is the right one".

  Blue took it from Red, looking down at his hand and noticing a few different coloured marks on his wrist 'Huh, he really did try to find the right one' he thought as he smiled.

  "I'm gonna take a shower" Red said, taking Blue out of his thought.

  "O-oh, sure" Blue responded with a smile.

  Red went to the bathroom and turned on the shower. He pulled off his shirt and leaned over the sink. He still couldn't believe he and Blue were together, he'd loved this man for the longest time and now he was his. He saw his reflection blush in the mirror and quickly turned away from it, taking off the rest of his clothes and stepped under the water, letting it run down his body.

  A small while later Blue quietly slipped into the bathroom, he took a deep breath took off his own clothes, placing them next to Red's. As nervous as he was he just wanted to be with Red, so stepped into the bath with Red, almost startling him. "I-I'm sorry, do you mind?".

  Red looked over his shoulder at Blue then gently laughed "No, you just startled me a little, I didn't hear you com-" he was cut off by the feeling of Blue's arms wrapping around him.

  "I love you" Red heard Blue say under the sounds of the water rushing over them.

  He smiled and turned to face Blue, pulling his closer to him and leaning to his ear "I love you too" he said softly then planted a kiss on his cheek."Do you... Think things are moving too quickly?" Red said with a gentle sigh.

  Blue was taken a back a little by this. "N-no, everything we've done has been a mutual decision and as long as you're happy then so am I" he responded.

  Red ran his hand up into Blue's hair and held him closer to his chest "I am" he responded peaceably.

  The two spent some time caressing each others bodies with their hands and lips, admiring their partner's body under the warm stream of water.

  When they finished Red dried himself and put on his pyjamas while Blue insisted on wearing the shirt Red had been wearing earlier that day, Red rolled his eyes at him but wasn't going to fight it and Blue saw this as a victory.

  The rest of their day consisted of them cuddling with a small selection of movies that were being shown on TV, dinner and small talk.

  "Come to think of it, you still need to tell me about Kalos" Red piped up.

  "Oh yeah, I said I would didn't I? Let's see.." Blue replied while making himself comfier in Red's arms.

"I went over there to do some research for Gramps, but I did have some time in between to myself and it was a beautiful region filled with Pokémon I'd never seen before! The time I did have for myself I enjoyed the most, I was free, just for a little while.. I was in a place where no one knew me with little responsibilities, it felt so good and I want to be able to have more time like that, to be able to explore more of the world we live in." Blue said with a gentle tone, Red could tell just how much he loved it.

  There was a short silence, "You will" Red responded while holding Blue's hand "And we'll do it together" he said smiling down at him.

  Blue didn't respond, he was content enough right now, so instead went back to watching TV, excited to surprise Red with what he had planned for tomorrow.

  Soon they were both asleep, Pikachu and Eevee snuggled at their sides.
