Yuno looked around, confused " where...am I?" She muttered, she walked up the glowing water, snow falling on her head " wait a minute..." she thought for a moment and then something came to her " is this...my mindscape?" She wondered she wandered over and gasped at what she saw

In the water, she saw a reflection of her, as a child when she was first born, look into the eyes of her mother who smiled down at her " hello...." she was crying but she was happy " Yuno....."  the baby coed and reached her hands up at her

Then her father " wow...aren't you a little bundle of joy" he says with a smile

The baby laughs while staring at them

" it's...me...when I was born"

She hears giggling and looks down at a another memory of her as a little girl, playing with minene, then when the chaos first began " these are...my memory's...." she then gasped " maybe there's something in here that'll help me"

Back in the real world

Tsubaki walked towards them while tossing Hyde's tag in the air.

Licht tried to attack but Hyde stopped him " no licht! Stay back, you can't take this guy on he's too powerful"

' dumb angel, look at you, your hardly standing...and my body feels so heavy...we can't fight him...'

"Brother." He said to Kuro

"I'll take care of it." He says

' so that's our enemy...tsubaki' misono glared, then felt a hand on his shoulder and turned to see tetsu "He must know what happened to Hugh and phoe phoe right? Where they're hiding them?" Tetsu Questioned

"Tetsu" Mahiru says

" don't do anything crazy!" Misono exclaimed

"Where is they?" asked Tetsu.

Tsubaki stopped and turned around. "Ah, the ones who fell for Belkia's special move? Anyone who gets trapped in his magic box is teleported to an identical one I carry with me. Don't you think the Servamp of Pride and that bird made wonderful assistants to my magician? It's almost a shame we made them disappear forever."

"Tch. You didn't!...you"

"Tsubaki, tell us, what are you trying to do here?" Mahiru Asked while protecting Yuno

Tsubaki laughed a bit. "Just what I was put on earth to do. You see, my late teacher wants me to clean up after him."

Tsubaki walking towards them again "This is a messy world he left behind." Tsubaki said, something falling out of his sleeve ' blood? No.... flowers' Mahiru notes

Tsubaki's arm burst out of the flowers

"I am an instrument. I am a cleansing reign and as fate would have it, I am one of the only people who can destroy a Servamp." Tsubaki said as he throws the flowers in his hand and they turned into a sword

"I'm melancholy and I'm here to break you." Tsubaki had his sword and Hyde's tag now

"Your contracts, your worthless bonds with each other means nothing to me." Tsubaki threw the tag in the air. "Stop, don't!!" Hyde said but Tsubaki cut the tag anyways.

A slash was on Hyde that splurted out blood.

This white smoke came out of Hyde's mouth

"You bastard!!" Licht yelled

"Hyde!!" Minene screamed

BOOM!!

Hyde screamed out and the room was now covered with white fog

Tsubaki grab a sword and try to hit Hyde but Kuro knocked it out of his him hand, caught and blocked tsubaki's attack with another sword his created

"Get out of my way sleepyash. Its time for me to kill our brother!" he said " to do that I have to cut off his head! It has to drop like a fading Camellia flower!"

"You sure are troublesome for being the baby of the group!"Kuro grunted

Tsubaki laughs

" so you finally except it! You admit that I'm your little brother? I'm part of the family?" he asked.

" I don't think I have much of a choice! My creator is the only one who could have made someone as monstrous as you!"

" that's right!" Tsubaki smirks " he was a genius! I've been searching for you for a long time, ever since you killed my teacher~" he chimmed

" you are the black lion that murdered that Man in cold blood aren't you?....who took the life of our creator, our father" tsubaki knocks the blade out of his hand with Just one swing

" wonderful, theres been something I've been dying to ask you" Kuro would have moved if tsubaki hadn't aimed the sword at his face " tell me sloth, you were the only one who could have heard my teachers last words...what did he say to you before he you took his life away?" He asked

" I didn't exactly stop to have a chat..." Kuro glared

" is that so?....my teacher had not met with any of my siblings since I was born...you were the last one to see him...you the black lion...I can only imagine his surprise at seeing you sleepy ash, and he said nothing? Not a single word escaped form his lips?" Tsubaki asked " Ahh...or is that you refused to listen...well I guess it doesn't matter in the end" his head lowered slightly " wait...of course...that's right, i was the only one he had plans for, the one he gave a mission too" he mutters

" so what did he want you to do?"Kuro asked " why did he create you? The eight true vampire?"

" oh so now you want to talk! Is that it?!" Tsubaki mocks " you should have asked him yourself! While you had the chance! Brother!"

In the fog

Licht was still searching for lawless " where are you Hyde?!" He pushed himself through the fog, and gasped when he found him, in hedge hog form " stupid hedgehog" he picked him up in shock

" misono! Tetsu! Get out of here!" Mahiru yelled, and passed Yuno to minene " take care of her!"

" are you insane simpleton!" She exclaimed

" shirota!" Misono coughed " what are you doing?!" He yelled as Mahiru disappeared into the fog

Mahiru coughed " Kuro..." he grunted while pushing forward

" I know I was wrong, I realised that now after running from my feelings for so long...that's why I'm not running away now! Or stepping back!" Kuro says " I'm facing you head on, I'm going to settle this with you right now"

Memory of him and Mahiru in his mind " we should be conversing with words not weapons!" Kuro caught the blade with his hand " don't you think so?" He asked

" that sounds sure, but I don't think you and I are ever going to agree on anything" tsubaki says " besides you killed my teacher rigour ever trying to talk to him, so why should we have a family chat before you try to murder me huh?"

" can't you see I regret what I did?!" Kuro grit his teeth, and then grunted when he got cut

" so weak!" Tsubaki yelled smirking, the. Laughs " you don't act like you actually regret it! If you really did your find some way to repent for your sins!"

"hey...just how connected are we as long lost brothers?..hmmm?.. I wonder...do we think alike? Do we become happy in the same way? Worried in the same way? Angry in the same way? What do you think

Arms out he shouts " here! See for yourself the Destruction of the world!" He the. Leaves the room through the hole in the ceiling

He goes up and starts absorbing the smoke, until he's gathered it all, the energy explodes and turns the sky red for a split second, before blades start raining from the sky

People running and screwing, seeking shelter

The children at the mansion crying while being comforted by the maids " it's gonna be okay"

And all tsubaki did was laugh maniacally " you monster" Kuro growled

And walked towards him, but stopped when blades appeared in front of him " I don't think there's anything for us to talk about"

Kuro then breaks them, like he did when he attacked belkia and shamrock

" I don't really give a damn what you want tsubaki" Kuro says glaring at him And walking towards him, forcing him to face him " I'll stop you even if it means I have to destroy you!"

Tsubaki still continued laughing " that's threat isn't Interesting at all brother..."

Kuro growled,before he could do anything,  he groaned as he received blades from Behind " damn it! There are still important things we have to talk about! Like what happened last night!" He grunted " and what you did to greed and Yuno...I....I don't want to regret these things anymore!"

He pants starting to feel weak from blood loss

" tell me again...did my teacher really not speak about me at all before you murdered him?" He heard tsubaki say and looked up " not a word?....why did he remain silent?...." he looked rather...sad " why did he keep me a secret? Why didn't he tell anyone? Even my own family about my existence...and why did my Yuno forget about me?....."

Kuro looked down sympathetically

Back in Yuno's mind

She looked at the memory of her as a child running in fear from some people, then Gasped when a fox appeared a two tailed fox appeared in front of her " that's tsubaki!" He lead the younger version of her through the forest, eventually she got tired, before she passed out, she was him in human form, before the memory ends " so he was my saviour..." she said with wide eyes

Another memory then showed her, playing with her familiars when she was a kid 'the...the dream i had wasn't a dream! It was a memory!'

Then another when he was in human form in front of her" I promise, to keep you by my side, and protect you, nobody will take you from me, and no one will take me from you"

" but...I was just a kid back then...I didn't understand what that meant"

The one memory appeared that seemed important " it's for your daughters safety" a man in robes said to her father " if he were to escape, the first thing he'd do would he to find her, and drain her of every drip of her mana" he stated " he's already gone after her twice, and taken most of her memory's, he'll do it again"

" but to seal her magic away, won't that kill her if she uses too much magic!?" Her father exclaimed

" she is the white witch, if she wasn't then yes, she would die, but...we have no other choices, she will also have the memory's of this event sealed away, once she remembers, that's when the seal will break"

Yuno's eyes widened " I'm...the white witch.?....'

Little Yuno looked at the confused, her father then sighed " so be it..."

After the memory end, yuno collapsed on her knees, still in shock

She felt something inside her cracking

Other memory's started coming back to her, the sound of the cracking grew more

Why me?.....

More memory's started to overwhelm her, mostly painful ones, making her scream out

I've had enough! I can't take this pain anymore!' She yelled thought out the screams

' either it all ends or I'll end it all! No matter what! I'll always be alone!'

The she gasped at the memory of when Mahiru caught her crying in her room, then suddenly hugged her

" why are you?...." 

" it's going to be okay"  she gasped slightly " i promised I'm going to protect you, and I won't back down on that promise" he said  " mahiru...." she says in shock  " if you want, you can stay with me, if it helps"  She gasped but nods, He just continued to hug her, while she clenched onto him

The others on her memory's, her friends

She closes her eyes, the cracks getting more intense

I won't let them down...besides...I still haven't told Mahiru...that I....I love....that I love him!!!

Back in the real world

The crystal rose Yuno gave them started glowing, making them gasp " big sister!" The cheer

Back with the others

Minene clenching Yuno tightly, grunting from the fog pushing at her " come on pink!" She yelled " please!" She had tears leaking from her eyes " we need you!....wake up!" She screamed

Suddenly she gasps when Yuno's eye shot open, only to be glowing pure white

Lucius eyes widened in shock " what is this?!?"

" Yuno!" Mahiru yelled, then grunted clenching his eyes as the white light glew brighter

" everyone get outside of the building," she turned and glared at Lucius " I'll handle him and the spell" she says

" but Yuno!-" she didn't give Mahiru time to speak " toto, come back and collect your strength!" Her voice echoed, tetsu gasped when the Bird in his arms, started glowing, but then disappeared, and glow entered Yuno, she then. Charged at Lucius, kneeing him in the gut before he could do anything, then grabbing him by the collar, and tossing him up  through the whole

" Yuno!" Mahiru called out as the others leave, She turned and smiled at him " don't worry, as soon as I take him down I'll end the spell and come find you" she says while he looks at her in shock " no! Don't go by yourself!" He exclaimed, while standing in front of her

" I'll be fine, I've unlocked my power again, I'll be okay" she assured

" even if that's true I'm not leaving!"

" what's gotten into you?!" She questioned

" i can't lose you again!" He exclaimed grabbing her by the shoulders, making her eyes widened " I...I can't!" He shook his head " when I heard what was happening to you! I really thought I was gonna lose you!"

His eyes widened when she hugged him " I'm sorry...."

" I never meant to make you worry..." he held her tighter " please...don't go" he begged

" I'm sorry..." his eyes widened when she did something he never expected....

When she pulled back, she had tears running down her face " remember that love letter you found in your locker years ago?" She asked

Before he could stop her, she had already jumped onto broomy and flew through the hole in the ceiling " Yuno!"

Lucius groaned as he collected himself, then Glared at the girl floating on her broom " you!"

She gasps when she sees the spell circle along with the spell cast ' oh no!'

" sorry miss gasai, but there's nothing you can do" Lucius smirked " the magic rises, and this world will be mine to rule!"

" never!" She yelled, then Thrusts out her hand " thunder emperor! Pierce with your brilliant lace of light!" A lightning bolt struck from Yuno's hand, creating a dust cloud but his voice echoed " tri resist!" As the dust clears, there was a x Symbol in front of him

She grit her teeth "Howl, Crimson Lion, pay heed, and roar with rage!" Before the spell could do anything " disperse" he gaped when the magic circle of the spell shattered

" I don't have time to mess around with you any longer! magical punch, combined with sleep sound" her hand glowed and she starts marching towards him " I have had enough of your crap! This world will never be yours!" She raises her fist

" w-what are you doing?!" Lucius stuttered

" you're rein stops now! Shut up!" She punches him in the face, yuno rubs her fist"  he'll be knocked out for now" she raised her hand " magic ropes" as she chants, magic ropes tie around his wrists and ankles, she then thrusts out her hand " toto, appear"

The bird materialises liking more better then he originally was " Yuno!" He flies to her " toto!" She embraces her familiar in relief, then rests on her arm " toto, watch him, I've got to end the spell" he nods " be careful" he warned while she nods

He leaves him to guard the villain while she runs to the magic circles ' damn it, the fool card won't work....but...' an idea came to mind, she bit her wrist letting the blood splasher on the floor  ' I'll use my blood as a catalyst!'

"Power of creation, pay heed, and pass through my blood to form your path! "She chanted, as she wrote with her own blood over the magic seal, "let the divine cycle end. Let the foundation of calm, the yoke of principles be unleashed in this spot!" She yelled

The circle started glowing, but turns out there were five " oh come in!" Just then she yelps she a blade falls from the sky, and sees the multiple of them, her eyes widened at the sound of the screams

" dispel force!" She yells as her voice echoed

Tsubaki's knifes stopped falling from the sky making the twos eyes widened " what is this?!" He then Sees Yuno " so she's with you" he grit his teeth " then I have no choice" a sword forms, Kuro blocked his attack " I won't let you! Yuno finish the spell!"

" right!" She nods, She starts writing on the next seal "Power of creation, pay heed, and pass through my blood to form your path! "She chanted, as she wrote with her own blood over the next seal, "let the divine cycle end. Let the foundation of calm, the yoke of principles be unleashed in this spot!" She yelled

Back down stairs

Mahiru searched around the fog, coughing " hey kid" he heard a familiar voice, and turned to see someone in the smoke " is that you mikuni?" He asked

" why didn't you run away when you had the chance?" Mikuni asked " sometimes it's hard to tell if your brave, or just stupid" he stated

"I couldn't go..." Mahiru lowered his spear " I have to look out for Kuro...and Yuno" he frowned

Mikuni chuckled " I don't think this situation calls for your help any longer." Mikuni says walking over to him, turning his head to the side " it's a family matter, and won't stop until one of them breaks, your girls job is to keep this world alight, not you" he says

" your wrong" Mahiru states " kuro's finally facing everything, not just his brother..." Mahiru narrows his eyes at the ground " but also his past, and Yuno means the world to me, i won't let her face it alone" he turned to go after them, but Mikuni grabbed his arm, making him turn to him " if their taking responsibility for that, then let them, it's their problem, not yours" he states

" no, if I'm useless, there's no point in being an eve, and I made a promise, I'd be there for her, no matter what..." he says looking at the blond, who then let's go of his arm

" I'm kuro's partner...and I love Yuno..."

Back outside

After finishing the last seal, Yuno collapsed out of exhaustion

Tsubaki laughs as he kuro's arm off, Kuro pants while tsubaki smirks " look at us brother, these are the games we could have been playing all our lives!" He knocks Kuro aside

" Kuro!" Yuno shouts " don't worry dear, I'll make you my subclass, you won't feel a Thing!" She shuts her eyes Waiting impact of the sword, but gasps when she sees the spear and Mahiru blocking the attack

" get away from her!" He glared

" your spoiling our family and lover fun time" tsubaki glared, the blades pulled out of kuro's body, Mahiru grunts as his cheek gets cut " Mahiru!"

Kuro growls, his eyes flashing blue for a second, He lets out a roar and

boom!

Some of the degree flies off the building

Tsubaki laughed hysterically, Kuro was now in his giant lion form

Back inside

The guys were running to get out " hurry up you two!" Misono yelled at licht carrying Hyde while running with minene " this place is falling apart!"

Just then a large piece of debris falls from the ceiling, about to crush them, if not for the glowing poles that appeared out do know where

" most potential problems are easily avoided" a damage orange head says as he walks in, c3 members were already there, and one of them was holding the same glowing poles " if your always prepared, I had the building evaluated, I had a feeling that having all of you in one place would result in chaos"

" you must be c3" misono glared, he heard about them through Mahiru, and wasn't happy when he heard they wanted Yuno to either work for them, or be eliminated

C3 was also on a roof not far from the hotel

Misono was talking with one of the members while tetsu lifted his coffin into one of the vans " we need to go, please get in side" a female said

He gasped at who also was in there, hugh was lying on a stretcher along with phoe phoe, unconscious " hugh...phoe phoe..."

Back to the fight

Kuro's lion let out a loud rot, that could probably be heard from miles around

Sakuya was running up the staircase avoiding debris falling, and saw outside the window a bunch

Kuro Threw down his paw, at least he tried to but tsubaki's swords got to him and he roared painfully

" Is that the best you can do brother?! I expected much more from you" Kuro growled in response

"That's enough... now your about to Die by my hand!" as Tsubaki pulled his sword out

Kuro slammed his paw down As there was dust and debris everywhere, the dust fade away to reveal Tsubaki being crushed by Kuro's paw

"Hehe...is this the same way you murdered my teacher....?!" Tsubaki taunted.

Kuro growled bring his razor sharp teeth closer to the man beneath his paw

"Kuro!" He glanced at Mahiru who was holding himself up with his spear with Yuno behind him " you can't do this! Trust me...Kuro!!!" He yelled

Suddenly a sword getting picked up.

Mahiru looked over and gasped
to see one of the red swords flying straight for him

His eyes widened and frozen he shut his eyes and blood splat on his face, but it wasn't his, Opening his eyes, he gasped when he saw the green haired boy take the hit, tsubaki himself looked shocked

Yuno covering her mouth in shock

"Sakuya....."

He laughs weakly

"S-Sakuya" Tsubaki murmured.

"Don't ask me why.... I don't get it either... but I felt like this was right....Even though I'm Tsubaki's subclass...I ended up betraying him..." as Sakuya started to fall, Mahiru dropped his weapon and held him " I could never really...choose a side...I'm a real idiot huh guys..."

Both was holding back the tears, and tsubaki.....laughing!

Kuro growled and lowered his mouth as the SerVamp laughed of Mahiru hadn't jumped in front of him " Kuro! Don't do this!" He yelled

The giant lion roared

" Kuro!"

He then backed off

Suddenly a red light behind Mahiru caused me to whip around in confusion. Looking a Tsubaki I saw a glowing slit in his chest

Then his spear shifted in to a large key " huh?...a key?"

Tsubaki looked shocked, Mahiru aimed the key at the chest- key hole, then slamming it in to the SerVamp of melancholy's chest., then turned it

Suddenly he was over whelmed with a bright white light

Somewhere

It was raining. Mahiru looked to see Tsubaki standing in front of this shrine place.

An image of a dead person flashed, Older Tsubaki screamed out crying again.

There was a flash.

He was sitting down with and a man appeared next to him and he looked at the man.

There was another flash and he was now saw him walking with a black fox next to him.

"You See? It's just like what teacher said, you're the very best. Absolutely remarkable, you have more power than your 7 big brothers and sisters combined. You are his greatest creation" the fox said

"I wonder what they'll be like. If they'll welcome me into the family," said Tsubaki.

"I don't know. You do have the power to kill them after all," said the fox.

"I wonder if any of my brothers or sisters will come and see me.," he said.

He stopped walking then saw a man, speaking with a couple, they then now at him then walk away, he then turns and acknowledge him

Then

The man was working on something at a table working on something under a sheet, but it was obvious what it was, considering there was two feet sticking out

"Hey, doesn't teacher have enough? Aren't we enough for him?" The fox asks

The words of truth were lost and the clouds broke off into the sky."

"Why does he keep on making Servamps if he doesnt need anymore?"

Tsubaki was now running through this village place, the villagers running away in fear from the giant lion

"Oh in the depths of shining April nourishing, burning, coming and going"

"Stop it please! No, don't kill him!" said Tsubaki.

The scene flashed and we stood behind Tsubaki as he kneeled in the rubble crying.

Mahiru watched feeling sympathetic

Tsubaki stood up and laughed. "I am a single Asura."

"I will do what my teacher put me on Earth to do...."

"This is the reason behind everything...." Mahiru muttered

" I will kill big brother for him..."

Mahiru gasped quietly

"I am Melancholy. I'm here to break you. Your contracts and bonds mean nothing to me," he said and we then saw a few flashes of him with his subclasses.

"Tsubaki..."

" the farmer wearing a straw coat who gazed at me..," He turned to him "Can you really see me?...In the depths of the deep atmosphere the sorrow is deeper and blue-er." He pulled out his sword and dashed towards him

Mahiru shut his eyes and something breaks into the memory, a large blue claw, the memory shatters and Mahiru gasped when Kuro appeared and stood in front of him

Tsubaki jumped back, and laughed " hahahahahah!...your just not interesting at all" he glared

As multiple swords float at his side " Kuro!" He thrust his arm in front of his SerVamp and he chopped down, taking some blood, his right arm grew back and the two deflect swords coming at them " Mahiru stand back!" Kuro yelled

But turned to see him deflecting blades two and smirked ' damn it, people like you are the troublesome of all!' Kuro grunts when his cheeks gets scratched

' some one...someone else...people never want to do anything themselves...because it's easier that way!...because you don't have to take responsibility...but...the only reason the world keeps going is because someone does show up to help!...someone takes a stand! I wanted to be that someone too! But the Someone we need isn't me, not quite, it isn't him either, or her, no...it's us!'

Mahiru dashes at tsubaki, who laughs, but instead of striking him down, he hugs him

He dropped his sword and the others disappear

Time skip

" I free her...from our promise..." were his last words, Tsubaki left with Sakuya in his arms.

Mahiru's body felt heavy and stumbled lying on his back exhausted

" Mahiru....Mahiru...." he heard a gentle voice whisper, he opened his eyes slightly and he saw her....

" Yuno?..." there she sat, peering down at him with the most happiest smile, he sat up and turned to her "I did it, I kept my promise"

"I knew you would" he smiled happily, small tears building up "Everyone helped us get back to each other.." Yuno says

He leans forward and hugs her, she smiles happily returns the hug "Yuno...I missed you" he said as the tears fell

"I missed you too..."

" ugh I can't deal with this just kiss her already" Kuro groaned turning away while Toto chuckled Ceres his beak from laughing, Mahiru turned bright red

" s-shut up!" He stuttered while yuno giggled " that's not-" he was just off by Yuno kissing him, his eyes widened but soon relaxed into it, but then pulls away " wait what about-" Yuno points to the knocked out Lucius, who was now being dragged away by members of the covern
" he won't be a bother anymore" she says " now how about we reunite with the rest of the group"

" fine, but one last one" he said which confused her until he kissed her again, this time deepening the kiss, which surprised her, before she relaxed and gave into it.

By others backed away when they heard squeaking " what's that?!" Yuno exclaimed

Until a familiar fox squirrel poked his head out speaking in an almost complain full manner " sorry buddy! I forgot you were in there" Mahiru apologised which made Yuno laughed

Meanwhile

the others waited for the sloth pair to return with Yuno, Misono was the first to notice at the entrance, and smiled brightly "Shirota! gasai!" Both were waving at the entrance leaning against each other to walk

On another roof, tsubaki heals Sakuya's wound, The boy wakes up "Sakuya...would you listen to my last request." He says while Sakuya looked confused " tell my subclasses to forget about me and live freely, however they choose, this is a personal problem now" he had his glasses off "thank you...I'll take it from here" he smiled

Time skip

Mahiru was hanging out with ryusei and Koyuki

Tetsu was sweeping outside by the hot springs with Hugh in bat form flapping his wings beside him while the Phoenix slept in a tree
