People are in court to get their lives back. SMG4 is worried and Meggy is not worried, BC she know that her side will win and Mario feels depressed.

Mario:
•"Can we go home now..."

Kirby started doing her job, she grabbed the hammer and banged it on the table to crowd everyone.

Kirby:
•"The trial of SMG4 vs Nintendo about to begin!"
•"To catch everyone up..."
•"Nintendo has signed this DMCA stating that..."

•"...all non Nintendo IP should be removed form the Mushroom Kingdom."
•"However..."

•"The defence has provided this Parody Contract starting that..."

•"...SMG4 and friends are NOT fact infringing on copyright."
•" Now with everyone caught up."
•"Let the case..."

•"BEGIN!"

Meggy:
•"I'd like to start off my case with exhibit A."

Meggy raised her hands and said her sentence and pointed at Mario.

•"Mario."
•"This Mario is clearly a different Mario from the one Nintendo talks about - "

she was stopped by a monkey yell went still not finish her sentence.

Lawyer Kong:
•"OBJECTION!"
•"He's still Mario though!"
•"Look at this red hat and moustache!"

And that monkey had his throat blocked like he did to Meggy.

Meggy looked angry and shouted at that monkey:
•"DON'T INTERRUPT ME!"

Lawyer Kong:
•"OBJECTION !"
•"NO U!"

They're mad now

Meggy:
•"OBJECTION !"
•"DON'T MAKE ME SLAP YOU!"

Lawyer Kong:
•"OBJECTION !"
•"BRING IT ON LITTER GIRL!"

Meggy very mad about that guy to much when he say her "litter girl"

Meggy:
•"OBJECTION !"
•"LITTER GIRL!?"

Meggy jumped off the table and went to that person to beat him up.

•"THATS IT! YOU'RE GOING DOWN YOU FAT APE!"

Lawyer Kong:
•"YOU WANT A PIECE OF ME!?!"

And they fight each other in court. Kirby tried to stop them from fighting anymore but was less forceful because neither of them heard.

Kirby:
•"ORDER! ORDER! ORDER!"

Mario look not worry anything.
Mario:
•"Hehe...court is fun."

SMG4:
•*The fuck ? Ig i need to do something.*

SMG4 helplessly looked at those who did not act quickly at work, he sighed. He approached Kirby and said something that no one knew. When Kirby heard Smg4's idea, she thought it was a good idea.

Kirby:
•"Oh... I like that."

Kirby sucked the two people fighting each other into his grave and dropped them back in place.

•"Ok. New plan for the court."
•"We will settle this..."
•"... WITHA WAR!!!"
•"A war of......FAT ITALIANS!!!"

Meggy & Lawyer Kong:
•"WHAAAAAT?!?!"

Meggy:
•"But.. but..."

Lawyer Kong:
•"That has nothing to do with Law!"

Kirby look at them and say what she want to say:
•"My decision is final!"

•"Now be prepared for some challenges!!"

The people from Nintendo wanted to go to Smg4, but Lawyer Kong took the paper to control those people.

Lawyer Kong look fuck*ng mad ig:
•"Where do you think you're going?"
•"You belong on the Nintendo side!"

When they got control they said "Ban SMG4. Ban SMG4."

•"That goes for you too!"

Mario was floating and looked like he couldn't do anything "God dam it!"

They looked at the people being controlled, the people from Smg4 saw that and were afraid of those people.

Smg4 look so scared
•*Ah sh*t I gonna have to fight with my friends.*
•"C'mon guys. This is the best chance we have of winning this trial."
•"So lets give it our all!"

Smg4 sees such people and comforts them in his own way to help them calm down. When they heard Smg4's words, they became even more calm.

Kirby:
•"Ok! Without further ado... "
•"LETS......BEGIN!!!!"
