Jihoon was definitely not in the best mood right now.

It just so happened that today was a day that they were able to rest their hearts out. Not having to worry about anything and just let their minds be in peace, even just for awhile.

But that wasn't the only thing, it was him and Soonyoung's sixth monthsary. 6 months of being together.

Sure it could be something petty to some. But it has always been a big deal between the two. Soonyoung always being the smooth guy he was and celebrating the littlest matters that went well for the two of them.

And of course, never missing out on the important dates like their birthdays, monthsaries, first time they kissed, and much more.

Maybe Jihoon was just a bit surprised when Soonyoung texted him the night before their blissful day-off.

Jihoon thought, maybe he was exaggerating it a bit. Maybe. But who could he blame, it's not the only time Soonyoung had to lessen their time together, as these past few days have been like that, much to Jihoon's dismay.

And it was their only off day; in where they can catch up with each other. But noo, Soonyoung just had to minimize their time together these past few days and now he won't be with Jihoon in their off day.

Jihoon couldn't help but miss his warmth, presence. As well as his goofy and cheeky smiles that would literally snatch everyone to him.

Jihoon woke up to an empty side of the bed.

'Oh'

Realizing today was their sixth month anniversary.

And no presence or sign of Soonyoung.

"Great." Jihoon thought.

"He didn't drop by..." Jihoon says, disappointed hinted in his voice.

He got up from his bed, an ominous and lonely aura surrounding him.

He fixed himself up some edible food and proceeded to dig unto it.

"I wonder why he didn't drop by.."

"Did I do something wrong?"

"Was he actually busy or?.."

Thoughts like these ran around Jihoon's head and continued to do so until a thought hit him.

"Unless those are just petty excuses and he's hiding something."

Jihoon did not want to believe this as he knew trust was the foundation of a relationship.

He definitely didn't want to think that Soonyoung was cheating whatsoever on him. But then why would he tell him different excuses these past few days.

Its hard to keep up with all his excuses.

Jihoon couldn't help but be self-conscious and uncertain.

"This is why I hate doing relationships." Jihoon sighs a bit but he still knew there was something different from his relationship with Soonyoung.

Just then, he feels his phone on the table vibrate.

As Jihoon saw his messages deliver, he shortly put his phone down and he honestly didn't know what got to him as he felt tears built up into his eyes, and he wasn't even aware that hot and salty tears started streaming down his face.

Wiping his tears away, he took his phone to look at several other notifications.

Soonyoung knew. He knew what Jihoon was feeling as the younger texted him those messages. He came to a conclusion that it was Jihoon probably feeling insecure from him not spending much time as they usually would.

But what could he do? He was preparing something special for him and Jihoon's monthsary.

After a short while, he heard the door to the studio open and there popped out the familiar figure of Jihoon.

And there his plan was unfolded.

Jihoon opens the door to the dance studio and was quickly surprised by Soonyoung with balloons in his hand and a sincere smile on his face.

The dance studio was decorated with fairy lights and other decorations covered the room and everything just seemed so perfect at that moment.

Jihoon then made his way to where Soonyoung was standing at, which was at the middle of the room.

"C'mere." Soonyoung sweetly says as he opens his arms wider for Jihoon to settle in.

Within a flash, Jihoon settles himself on the other. Hands fisted on top of Soonyoung's chest and just letting himself be vulnerable to him.

"Surprise! Haha I guess. Happy sixth monthsary baby." Soonyoung says as he plants a kiss on top of Jihoon's hair.

"Thank you Soonyoung." Jihoon says as he burrow his face even more to the taller's chest.

The rest of the day went by, the two of them spending the rest of the day together, whispering sweet i love yous to one another and just letting them catch up with each other.

Jihoon was definitely rest assured for now. He didn't need to worry about them. He wanted to be satisfied with how they were now. He wouldn't ask for anything else. Maybe just for Soonyoung to be his and him to be Soonyoung's 'til whenever life plan to.
