118. End (Thank You Note)
In 2017, I found a show called Voltron. I decided, "Hey, this is pretty cool. Let me write about it."
So I did. I spent hours and hours dedicating my free time (and some of my working time) to completing a whopping 117 chapters of oneshots for readers all around the globe, who shared the same passion of Voltron, as I did.
I grew during the process, from having no knowledge of how to plan a plot, or even write, as a matter of fact, to thinking of complex story lines for everyone to enjoy and read. I was able to achieve this endeavor because of all of you.
You, the person that stuck around the beginning.
You, the person that never quit spamming my inbox with messages of appreciation.
You, the person that always managed to make my day better.
You, the person that joined sometime later.
You, the person who's reading this now, and possibly just discovered my book.
Every. Single. One. I was able to grow, not just as a writer, but as a person who developed new morals because of the comments on here. I learned to think before I commented, I learned that people are people. They have feelings. (And I also learned not to write embarrassing oneshots, and Maya learned that her old smuts were absolute flaming garbage).
As this book concludes, you may not feel it in my words, but I'm sincerely sad. This was a book that really lifted my account, and allowed for my influence to be spread. This book helped me reach out to some amazing people, and I maybe even helped them a little, just by being there for them. But the most important part of it all was that I was able to share my content with others, and find people that were really similar to me.
I had friends that I could shamelessly tell my worries to, I had people that were willing to listen to my thoughts and how my day went, and I didn't have to feel bad. Because they were there for me, and I was there for them, we became closer. Heck, this book just started because I discovered a new show, and I didn't possibly think I'd get this much out of it.
I'm getting a little sentimental, but this was my baby book. This was truly a journey, writing all of this. I look back and laugh at my horrible writing, and I look towards the future and think of all the wonderful possibilities that lay ahead.
Hopefully I can become a better writer and be able to entertain you guys even more.
Thank you. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you.
Reach for the cosmos.
