Violet Rose was once human. She was average, had a boyfriend, and loved her books and helping others achieve their goals. She was sixteen, and enjoying her Sophomore year at oakwood High.

But her whole world fell apart one night, when she was mysteriously turned into a demon. A bat demon, to be specific.

Now, she is living in the Phantomhive Manor, and Sebastian is teaching her how to deal with her feelings about the issue and how to live as a demon.

Violet is almost content with her new life... until her friends and family find out about the monster that she has become.
