𝐈𝐈𝐈 ; the 𝖈𝖚𝖑𝖙 club

"𝖞/𝖓 𝖈𝖍𝖆𝖆𝖆𝖆𝖓𝖓!" the bookworm turned around to see none other than, Itadori running towards her. He stops briefly only to grab her hand and start running at a remarkable speed down the school hall, towards a small club room on the top floor.

The girl leaned against the wall, panting heavily whilst trying to catch her breath. She finally caught her breath then looked up at a confused Itadori tilting his head to the side like a puppy dog.

"Is there something wrong?" He asked.

"Um yeah?" She replied, straightening her uniform back to its proper attire. "Um... what do you want?"

"The other day, you were reading about the The Belladonnas!" Itadori explained himself, fiddling with his fingers a little bit. "And I assumed you would like to join the cult club I have with my friends."

Y/N sighed. "Itadori, that's sweet. But I'd prefer just to be alone." It's not that she didn't want to be around Itadori after their first encounter, due to the many deaths caused by invisible curses day by day. It's only a matter of time until they got them..

"It's only the three of us!" The eager Itadori said just when Y/N was about to leave. She turned her body over back to him, allowing him to continue. "A-and they're kind!"

Y/N shook her head, "Itadori, look I don't know-"

"Please." It didn't take Y/N long enough to fall for Itadori's great display of puppy eyes. She felt her heart crumble to pieces at the thought of saying no to him, what made it worse was him deliberately showing her his crossed fingers.

The girl let out a long sigh reluctantly allowing Yuuji to open the doors into his club room. There were two more people in the room, a girl with short straight black hair with a fringe and glasses framing her rather serious face and a boy with dark hair as well tight bun in a bun.

"Guys I want you to meet Y/N Bunko!" The pink-haired boy smiled. He lifted the girl's hand to wave at the other two club members. He encouragingly whispered in Y/N's ear, "Say Hi!"

Her mouth opened only for literally nothing to come out, usually you count faint unintentionally sounds.

The girl slammed her hands on the table smiling brightly up at Y/N. "This was the girl you were talking about yesterday!"

"Hey! You said you won't say anything!" Itadori grumbly exclaimed as Y/N say her next to the bickering girl.

"You were talking about me?" She silenced the two. Itadori sat himself down and denied everything the girl next to Y/N was saying. It was truth by the way.

"Ready to go, what do you say? Sasaki, Iguchi, Y/N? Go!" The small crowd placed their fingers in the middle of the sheet of paper. The game that they were playing was similar to the Ouija game with a mix of Bloody Mary. You say 'Spirit God' two times then ask your desired questions, then hopefully you'd get your answers.

"Spirit God, Spirit God!" Itadori eagerly asked, "Which is creature the council president weaken than?"

Magically, their fingers move in unison. The four didn't make out the silly word the god spelt out and laughed out loud. Y/N did find this entertaining and kinda grew out of her shell a little bit.

"cult club!" Another club member walked in. He placed a sheet of paper on the table and explained a research club with no real activities must forfeit its club room. "And since Miss..."

"Bunko..."

"Miss Bunko is not a registered member of your club you will have to forfeit." He stated as he fixed up his specs then folded his arms. The pink-haired leader turned around to the club president with a little smug smirk on his face.

"You really gotta be more careful not to underestimate our members president," Yuji said.

Y/N tapped Iguchi on the shoulder after seeing Sasaki retrieve two brown book from the shelf behind them.

"What's going on?" She asked.

"Just watch." He responded with a smile.

Sasaki, rather dramatically, slammed the two brown book onto the table. With anticipation in her eyes she looks up at the president, "You know about the school's rugby field being closed off don't you."

The president nodded, "Yes, some of the students who got sick had to be hospitalised."

Sasaki accused the president, "So you don't find that alarming? We're talking about some tough rugby players here."

She wasn't wrong. According to the players' themselves they said just before they started feeling sick they heard unusual sounds and voices coming from under the field.

"Really?" Y/N jumped, the black haired teenager nodded before continuing.

"Then we found this newspaper article from thirty years ago." Sasaki opened her evidence file to reveal a newspaper about the disappearance of a fellow worker of the construction company.

The missing man was struggling to make ends met, so he turned to illegal activities resulting in those organisations to come after him.

"Which means the whole mysterious disaster on the ruby field was caused by the vengeful spirit of the Missing Man whose body is buried there!" The trio finished their detective case with (probably their long-awaited) jazz hands.

"No, actually it was just tics." Y/N apologetically ended their parade. As much as she wanted to believe in Sasaki's theory it was revealed that the cause was just large blood-sucking bugs, their infection is fatal.

"Miss Bunko is correct." The president stated.

"So what if it was tics!" suddenly called out Itadori at the president, after both of his friends fall in defeat. "The cult club is trying to discover a cult activity, so it's still a valid report!"

"This is not some type of kid's game!" The leader snapped. He shook his head in pure annoyance and pointed at Yuuji. "Besides the biggest problem is you Yuji Itadori! You're registered in the track and field, not the cult club. So this club doesn't even have the three members required, to be a club"

"I thought you said..." a confused Y/N tilted her head to the side.

"I know what I said, Y/N," Itadori said to Y/N. "But I swore I wrote cult club, honest!"

"I'm the one that changed it!" Bust in the doors was the PE teacher, already Y/N wanted to leave at the forceful noise coming into her ear. As the five bickered and yell at one another. Y/N sneaked her way out and downstairs. She couldn't help but turn around every so often, the feeling of something standing right behind her lingering in her mind, time she looked not a soul was there.

"Weird.."
