"what are you looking at, gyu?". the black haired boy lifted his head up and weakly smiled at his friend. "nothing"

yeonjun chuckled before sitting next to the younger. "i know it's not nothing, but i also know you wont tell me if i ask".

beomgyu nodded his head with a cheeky smile. "hey yeonjun!", soobin came running over and he sat opposite us at the table.

"oh hello soobin! what are you doing here?". the tallest of the three brightly smiled, "taehyun is trying out for the volleyball team and i'm collecting as many supporters as i can".

beomgyu couldn't help but smile to himself as soobin said that. yeonjun then swung his arm over the boys shoulder.

"gyu definitely wants to go support taehyun, don't you?". he lightly glared at the blonde before turning back to soobin who seemed to have caught on to what yeonjun was saying.

"you like taehyun?". beomgyu turned back to yeonjun and whacked the back of his head. " i swear to god if you go around saying stupid shit like that again i will-"

"you will what? i know you can't get mad at me". the youngest closed his eyes and let out a sigh before looking back at soobin and putting a smile onto his face.

"we will come".

*taehyun's pov*

"you're gonna do great! i don't know why you're so nervous". the red head turned to his friend and sighed. "soobin isn't even here yet".

right as he said that, the doors to the gymnasium burst open and soobin came in with beomgyu and yeonjun behing him. "what is he doing here? i'm only gonna get distracted".

he mumbled to himself as the three walked over. "i brought a support team!". taehyun quickly smiled over at them before turning away.

the games soon started and the four friends watched from the side. "go taehyun!", huening kai jumped up and a few other students shh'ed him.

beomgyu couldn't help but stare at taehyun as he effortlessly hit the ball across the net. it then made him remember something. the hidden fountain.

he then stood up, causing the other three to look at him with confused expressions. "i'm just going to the bathroom, i'll be quick don't worry".

they all nodded as he walked down the bleachers and out of the gymnasium. he took his phone out of his pocket before reading over the information he had.

'no one knew exactly where this hidden fountain was. rumours were that it was in a room behind the back door of the library, but not one person had found this back door'.

the boy began walking towards the library. there were a few other students in the library when he got there so he quietly walked towards the back.

door? there is no door. he looked along the whole back wall which was covered in bookshelves. he knew what he was about to do would look weird but he started doing it anyway.

he began tilting every book forward hoping it would open some hidden door like he saw in movies. he stopped for a second and chuckled to himself before tilting more books.

"this is so dumb, why would there be a- oh". right as he spoke, the book he tilted make a shelf on the wall stick forward.

he looked at the shelf curiously before reaching his hand up and lightly tugging on it. the bookshelf it was attached to then jolted forward.

his eyes widened and he looked around the library to make sure no one saw what he was doing. he then pulled on the door again and it opened to reveal a large indoor garden with a fountain in the middle.

this must be it. he silently stepped into the room and immediately walked closer to the fountain. he became shocked when he started smelling something as he got closer.

strawberries. he then remembered what the book said.

'It had a different aroma for everyone who smelt it, reminding each person of the things that they found most attractive, even if the person did not acknowledge or was unaware of their fondness for the object of their affection themselves'

he softly smiled to himself as he realised what it meant. he then took a water bottle out of his bag and poured a small bit of it out so he could put some of the potion into it.

he was going to give the water bottle to taehyun when he finished his games because he knew that the younger would be thrirsty.

and because beomgyu would be the one to give him to bottle, taehyun would fall in love with him. he grinned as he stood up and began leaving the hidden garden.

his plan was flawless. he managed to close the bookshelf and make it look exactly the same as it was before.

it didn't take him as long as he thought so he began walking back to the gymnasium and got there within a couple of minutes.

"what took you so long? and why do you look so happy?", yeonjun was curious. beomgyu sat down next to his friend. "no reason".

the games ended not long after beomgyu came back and he realised this was his chance. taehyun came walking over to the four boys and huening kai immediately jumped onto him.

"you're definitely gonna get in! you did so well". beomgyu could feel the jealousy rise up in him as he saw the two being so close.

that will be us soon, just you wait. he took the water bottle out of his bag and walked over to taehyun with a smile. "i thought you'd be thirsty so i got this for you".

yeonjun then perked up, "is that why you took so long to come back? you were buying him water?". beomgyu turned to his friend and weakly smiled with a nod.

taehyun quietly took the water bottle and opened it, stopping before drinking. "why does it smell like vanilla?". beomgyu slightly panicked but didn't show it.

"oh it's uh- it's flavoured water". he mentally cursed himself for stuttering and carefully watched as taehyun brought the bottle up to his lips.
