No one's POV

We now see Marigold enter Caville's guildhall, and heads towards the guild-master's office. When she opens the door, the young guild-master is shocked by what she sees.

(Leia)

Leia: Marigold...

Marigold: It's nice to see you again, Leia.

Leia: But how...? I thought you were in-

Marigold: I was. But two powerful beasts destroyed of my debtors, along with that entire town in the process, so I'm now debt free.

Leia: I-I see...

Marigold: Being honest, I came here hoping I could have a job, since I still don't have any money because of you know what.

Leia: Oh. Well, I do a very important request, and I need to place into someone I can trust. Can you do that, my old friend?

Marigold: O-Of course!! But... what's the job?

Leia: Well, it's investigating an area in Xiheotha's former capital, Veritas.

Marigold: Why there?

Leia: You remember the mist that surrounded that area?

Marigold: I do. Many adventurers and the royalty know about that mist, and how it was created by the greater dragon, Shen.

Leia: Well, one month after the heroes were summoned to our world, an unconscious person fell out of the sky, and landed in the mist.

Marigold: *gasps*

Leia: And if that wasn't enough, a few hours afterwards, the mist completely vanished. Some adventurers reported that there was nothing there, despite there being demons from the past demons who refused to leave their homes, and still having them there.

Marigold: I think I see where you're going with this. You want me to head there and investigate the situation.

Leia: That would be greatly appreciated.

Marigold: Then I accept.

Leia: Thank you. Please take as much time as you need to prepare yourself. This will not be an easy task.

Marigold: Of course.

*Time-skip*

We now see Marigold outside with her daughter, as she tells her about the mission.

Evelyn: Th-The Demon Realm?

Marigold: That's right. Don't worry honey. I've got the necessary items to help us out. We'll survive in that area.

???: Excuse me.

Marigold turns around to see a young girl with a mask on.

Marigold: Um, can we help you?

Masked Girl: Did you say you were heading to the Demon Realm?

Marigold: I did. Were you listening into our entire conversation?

Masked Girl: Please forgive me, but it was hard not to, since we're the only ones on this road at the moment. But if what you're saying is true, would you allow me to accompany you and your daughter on that journey?

Marigold: I don't know...

Evelyn then grabs her mom's pant leg, which has Marigold lean down and listen to her daughter.

Evelyn: *whisper* Mom, please! It'll be nice to not have just the two of us like usual!

Marigold: *sigh* Alright, sweetie. *to Masked Girl* You can join, but I'd like for you to tell me your name first.

Shizu: *nods head* It's Shizu.

Present Day...

We see Y/n arriving at where Veritas would be, leaving Adelais and her daughters very confused.

Adelais: Um... Didn't you say there was town?

Y/n: There is, hold on.

Y/n then opens a mist gate, shocking the three girls.

Y/n: Alright. Let's move.

Meanwhile, in an area of the Demi-plane, Tomoe's fragment is working with some of the demons to get food.

Tomoe Fragment: Alright! I think that's enough work for today!

Random Demon: Let's head up to the bar and get some drinks! It's on me!

As the demons start leaving, Tomoe's fragment looks around, just to make sure no one's looking, and grabs an apple, and takes a bite out of it.

Y/n: Hey Fragment!

Tomoe's Fragment then gains a face of shock, and turns around, hiding the apple from Y/n who had just appeared through a mist gate.

Tomoe Fragment: L-Lord Y/n! I wasn't sneaking food, I swear! I was... doing a taste test!!

Y/n then gives a small chuckle, and proceeds to head-pat Tomoe's Fragment.

Y/n: Don't worry yourself. Being totally honest here, I was hoping to sneak some apples as well. They're really good, I won't lie. And I brought up some guests, so I figured I'd have them try an apple.

Tomoe Fragment: Oh...

Y/n then puts his hand through the mist gate, bringing in Adelais, Eva, and Cass.

Eva: Woah...

Cass: This place... It's beautiful...

Y/n: You think this is cool, try one of these!

Y/n then grabs an apple, and tosses one to each of his new allies. Adelais looks at the apple, confused on how to eat it since she's never seen one before, and after she sees Y/n eat it, she takes a bite, and both her and her daughters have a tiny foodgasm.

Adelais: On my goodness! This food is amazing!

Y/n: I'm glad you like it. *to Tomoe Fragment* Now, let's get something important. How have things been coming along here?

Tomoe Fragment: Fine, but we have had some weird problems, so we couldn't produce as much as we were expecting.

Y/n: Explain.

Tomoe Fragment: It's just... the weather's so temperamental... In on area, it was raining, but right next to it, it was snowing.

Y/n: Ah.

Y/n: So random weather from Sword and Shield applies to even this demi-plane.

Y/n: Well other than that, things are going smoothly to bring this back into the actual world.

Tomoe Fragment: *nods head*

Adelais: Well, just tell me and my daughters where to go, and we'll right to work.

Y/n: Alight! It should be right near-

Suddenly, to only Y/n, Tomoe's voice is heard.

Tomoe: MASTER Y/n!!!!! GET OVER HERE NOW!!!

Y/n then holds his head in pain, shocked by what just happened.

Y/n: What the hell just happened?!

Tomoe Fragment: Oh yeah. Tomoe can also use telepathy with her master.

Y/n: She really needs to update me on crap like this!

Y/n: Fragment, find a place for them to work, I'm going to head over to where Tomoe is!

Tomoe Fragment: *salutes* Yes sir!

Y/n then pulls out his Rotom Phone and it turns into a Rotom Bike, and Y/n rides as fast as he can to where Tomoe is.

Y/n: This is the place...

Y/n then slams the door, hoping to figure out what happened.

Y/n: Tomoe, what's-

Tomoe: Let go of me, Shiraori!

Shiraori: No! I need to you give me the rest of that show!

Tomoe: I can't! I told you that I haven't recorded them yet!

Shiraori: Then do it right now!

Tomoe: Not until you stop treating me like a household appliance!

Shiraori: Then I'll do this!

Shiraori then starts casting a magic circle over some memories, shocking Tomoe.

Tomoe: Nooooooooooooo! That's the unedited version of Fate/Stay Night with Crunchyroll Premium, so there's no ads to sit through!!!

Y/n: Oh my god, she got into THAT mess of an anime series? This ain't good.

Y/n is left confused, when Maha comes in.

Maha: Welcome back brother.

Y/n: Oh, hey Maha. Question. Do you know how this happened?

Maha: Well... It happened right before you got back...

*Flashback*

We see a exhausted Shiraori and Tomoe entering the Demi-plane, and make their way to an area that Tomoe created to store Y/n's memories.

Shiraori: *sigh* That was... exhausting...

Tomoe: Tell me about it... Who knew that Pokémon were so fast...

Shiraori: So... should we find Y/n?

Tomoe: Yeah...

As they both agree, Rivkah coincidentally passes by and stops to look at them.

Rivkah: Um, if you're looking for Y/n, he left and I don't know when he'll be back.

Tomoe: Ah.

Shiraori: Well... I'm just going to rest.

Shiraori then just straight up collapses onto the ground.

Tomoe: You do that...

Tomoe then heads over, and pulls out some of Y/n's memories.

Tomoe: However, I'm going to finish watching the Azur Lane anime. But do I want to finish it in sub or dub? Or do I want to do both and see the difference in humor?

Tomoe then starts tossing a lot of memories around to find the memories, when a memory hits Shiraori's head, which makes her look at it, and her exhaustion dies down when she sees it.

Shiraori: Woah... That world... the environment... the odd looking people... This is amazing!

*End of Flashback*

Maha: So after she saw the memory, she got enticed, and since the other seasons weren't made yet into things she can watch, she started demanding that Tomoe does it now, and is threating to destroy the historical animes she enjoys so much.

Y/n: Ah... *head-pats Maha* Thanks for the help Little Sis.

Y/n then slowly walks up to Tomoe and Shiraori, who are still arguing, and karate chops them both in the head.

Y/n: *menacing tone* Hello there...

Tomoe: *gulps* G-General Kenobi...?

Y/n: You are a bold one for thinking you might get off the hook by referencing General Grievous from Star Wars Revenge of the Sith. So Shiraori, Maha told me you got interested into something, can you show me?

Shiraori: *nods head happily* Right here!

Shiraori then hands Y/n the memories and he's in shock, as he's being shown the openings to two different shows

Y/n: What the hell? You got into Power Rangers... and RWBY?!

Shiraori: Well... mostly that girl with the cool scythe! She makes me want to learn how to use one!

Y/n: Well... we did get a blacksmith... so you could ask her to make one for you, if you'd like. But just remember not to confuse fantasy with reality.

Shiraori then smiles happily, and runs off to find the blacksmith Y/n mentioned.

Tomoe: What about me?!

Y/n: You're going to prepare yourself for a lecture. Be grateful it's not going to be a three one hour one.

*Time-skip*

After Y/n lectured Tomoe, he walks out to see Noine with her Yamper.

Y/n: Hey Noine. You need something?

Noine: Well... this is actually something me and the others wanted to ask for a while now...

Y/n then smiles and pats Noine on the head.

Y/n: Don't need to be so nervous.

Noine: Okay.... well... WE WANT TO LEARN TO ABOUT THESE POKÉMON!!!

Y/n: Wait, seriously? That's what this is about?

Y/n: Oh. Well, you could've asked at any time. Just bring the others over here, and I'll get the others a Pokémon to use.

Noine: You'll teach us?

Y/n: Yup!

Noine then smiles and heads off to get the others, and after a a little bit, she comes back, and Y/n has some Pokeballs in hand.

Michelle: So you're actually going to teach us?

Y/n: Yup. But first, you girls need a Pokemon of your own. Luckily for me, I have just the ones you can use!

Y/n then tosses the Pokeballs, and out come their choices.

Y/n: You've got the Grass-Type, Grookey, The Water Type, Sobble, The Fire Type, Scorbunny, and The Normal Type, Eevee!

Kelly: So cute!

Y/n: So, which one will you girls pick?

Kelly: I'll take Eevee!

Ifa: I think I'll take Sobble.

Michelle: I'll take Grookey!

Conner: Aw, I guess I'm left with Scorbunny.

Y/n: Hey, don't feel to bad Michelle. Scorbunny was my Starter Pokémon, and look at the Duo we've become!

Y/n then tosses out Flare, and the two do a high-five, with Flare using his feet.

Conner: Wow...

Y/n: Now that you girls have your own Pokémon, I think it's time I taught you girls how to battle with them! Noine, I'd like you and your Yamper to do a battle with Ifa, and I'd like for you Conner, to battle with Michelle.

Michelle: Are you sure?

Y/n: Don't worry. I'll make sure to teach you the basics!

The girls then agree, and they begin their battles, and after Y/n explains how their moves work, and what to do to attack, they begin, and after a few minutes, Conner wins her battle, and Noine wins hers.

Conner: I can't believe I won!

Noine: It's amazing!

Michelle: Wait, hold on! Why did my Pokémon take more damage than Conner's?!

Y/n: That's a good question, and the answer is Type Advantage.

Girls: Type Advantage?

Y/n: Every Pokémon has something their weak against, and something their strong against. That's exactly why I had you girls battle the way you did. If you do have the type advantage, you can land more damage than your opponent, and they'll deal less damage to yours. It's very small, but it could easily change the course of a battle! Now, onto the more fun part, catching Pokémon!

Y/n then takes the girls out into the wild area, and he encounters a wild Wooloo

Y/n: Go, Rookidee!

Y/n tosses out one of his low-level Rookidees, as he doesn't want to one-shot the capture.

Y/n: Now the best idea is to distract it with battle.

Y/n then has his Rookidee attack, and it strikes the Wooloo, and the Wooloo then attacks.

Y/n: Now to catch it!

Y/n then throws the Pokeball, and catches the Wild Wooloo.

Y/n: And that's the rundown.

Noine: Wow...

Y/n: Here. Just so you girls can catch some Pokémon. And don't worry to hard about failing. The Pokémon in this area are incredibly easy to catch. So go and catch some, and I'll see how you did!

Girls: Right!

The girls then begin their Pokémon hunt, and Y/n begins to walk around, and sees the Adelais quickly made herself at home with the area that was built for her.

Y/n: Adelais, how's everything coming along?

Adelais: Great! Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

Y/n: No problem. It's the least I could do.

Y/n then continues walking around, and then heads back to where Noine and the other girls are, and is shocked to see them worried.

Y/n: Hey, what's wrong?

Noine: Well, Kelly caught a Rookidee, the Pokémon you used, but we think something might be wrong with it!

Y/n: Well, I'll see what I can do. Kelly, can you bring it out.

Kelly: O-Of course!

Kelly then brings it out, and Y/n is shocked to see the Rookidee. The reason? It's a freaking shiny!!

Y/n: Th-That's...

Noine: When we saw it was a different color, we were worried sick about-

Noine can't even finish her sentence, as Y/n collapses to the ground, upset.

(A/n: EmOtIoNaL dAmAgE iCoMiNg!!!!)

Y/n: *GIF Below* I can't believe it... It takes me around 5 hours to find one myself... yet you find one in less than 10 minutes will full odds... this is so cruel, why is the world out to hate me...?

Kelly: So, do you know what's wrong with it?

Y/n: Nothing's wrong with it... The thing is... YOU JUST FOUND A SHINY POKÉMON!!!!

Kelly: Is... is that good...?

Y/n: GOOD?! IT'S INCREDIBLE!!! THE CHANCE OF FINDING A SHINY POKÉMON IS AROUND 1/4056 ODDS!!!

Ifa: I can't believe you got something so rare, Kelly!

As the girls celebrate, Y/n just stays upset, due to the fact it takes him longer to find a Shiny. However, as he does, Braxel comes running up.

Y/n: Hey... what's up...?

Braxel: So... you know how once we finish building the houses here in the demi-plane, we're going to move it all back to our main land?

Y/n: Yeah. Something wrong with that?

Braxel: Oh no! We're actually almost done, so it'll be an easy move!

Y/n: Oh. Then why are you talking to me?

Braxel: Well... we found some humans, and they seem to be investigating the area, but are being chased by a giant monster in their wagon right now.

Y/n: Alright. Thanks for the update, I'll handle that right now.

*Time-skip*

We now see Evelyn controlling the wagon as an ice monster is chasing her, her mom, and Shizu.

Marigold: This isn't good! Why is an ice monster here of all places?!

Evelyn: I don't know!!!

Marigold: Just keep moving, we'll find a way to-

Shizu then jumps out of the wagon, and draws her sword to attack the beast.

Marigold: What are you doing?!

Suddenly, her blade is engulfed with flames, and as the ice monster attacks, she manages to cut off it's arms and legs very swiftly, shocking Marigold. Shizu then turns around, but the monster starts to regenerate.

Marigold: Shizu!

Before Shizu can draw her sword again to attack, it knocks off her mask. However, before she can counter, Y/n's voice is heard in the distance.

Y/n: FLARE, PYRO BALL!!!

Flare: Cinderace!!

A Giant fireball comes right at the ice monster, which causes it to melt. Y/n then walks up to the monster, and while pointing a finger to it's head like a gun, he makes it like he pulled the trigger, and blows up the monster.

Y/n: Flare, return!

As the smoke dies down, Y/n looks over at the three, and Y/n is shocked to see Marigold.

Marigold: It's you...

Y/n: Yeah... what are you doing here?

Marigold: I'll explain later.

Y/n: Alright.

Y/n then grabs the mask and walks over to the girl.

Y/n: Here you go. You weren't hurt by the attacks I sent out, right?

Shizu: No, I'm alright.

Y/n then hands the mask to Shizu, who then smiles at Y/n, which tugs at Y/n's heartstrings.

Shizu: *GIF Below* You saved me. Thank you!

Y/n: Oh my god! Why is this woman so freakin' cute!?!

*Time-skip*

We're now back in the demi-plane, and we have Y/n walking with Tomoe and Tarte.

Y/n: So Tarte, how have you been treating our guests?

Tarte: The best I could! Though I did give them some food, since they were hungry. I hope that's alright...

Y/n: No, that's perfect Tarte! This gives a good name, so you did the right thing!

Y/n then gives Tarte a head-pat, making her smile.

Y/n: Well, shall we go inside?

Y/n then opens the doors, and enters to see the three girls. However, what catches Y/n attention is the way the masked girl is sitting, as he's seen Emilia do it a few times when she first came to America from Japan.

Y/n: Is she...? I mean, from what I learned from Adelais, it might be... but I might be overthinking it... I should probably ask her when I can get alone with her.

Tarte: I hope you enjoyed the food! It was all produced here in this demi-plane!

Marigold and Evelyn: Wow...

Tomoe: And now, you may be wondering why I'm here.

Evelyn: Y-Yeah...

Tomoe: Well, allow me to introduce our young master, Y/n L/n!

Marigold and Evelyn: MASTER?!

Y/n: Yeah, I had a feeling this would happen... I should probably try and break the tension, and fast. Oh I know! Time for a Pokémon anime reference!

Y/n: *Ash Ketchum impression* Nice to meet you! I'm Y/n L/n from Pallet Town!

As Marigold and Evelyn are left confused, Shizu tries to hold in a laugh, but a bit of it comes out.

Marigold: Um, what's so funny about that?

Y/n: Hold the phone! She understood my reference! She has to be from our world, no doubt about it now! But I need to confirm it.

Marigold: Well... other than that odd thing you did... It's just shocking to see that you live here in the Demon realm. Thanks for saving again.

Y/n: No problem. But do you mind telling me why you're here, and whose the masked one?

Marigold: She asked to join us before we started coming up, so we let her tag along.

Shizu: I'm Shizu.

Y/n: Okay, that confirms some intel. She's from Earth, Japan if I'm trying to be precise here. And if I remember from how Emilia taught me, she's sitting seiza-style.

Marigold: As for why we're here, we've been asked to find out where the mist that once surrounded this area went. And as you've seen, monsters that were homeless or becoming homeless are going to be coming to this place to make shelter for themselves.

Y/n: Ah. Tomoe, can I have a word with you for a sec?

Tomoe: Of course.

Y/n then brings Tomoe outside and whispers something to her.

Y/n: Don't let them know you're the greater dragon, and the reason for the mist.

Tomoe: Why? That would expand your name!

Y/n: True, true. Counterpoint, it also could put a bounty on my head, and I ain't having that shit happen to me!

Tomoe: Counterpoint taken.

Y/n then walks back inside, and begins to talk with Marigold.

Y/n: Well, that is a problem. But I am trying to rebuild from what I saw here when I came to this area. The Empire shouldn't have a problem with that, right?

Marigold: They shouldn't. After all, since we're in demon territory, they don't have authority here.

Y/n: What about the demons? Do you have any idea

Marigold: I don't know... it's been a long time since I've studied demon law. But since this area was abandoned by the demons, they shouldn't have any authority here, so it should be fine for you to do it.

Y/n: Thanks. That's the best info I could get right now. Anyways, you can rest up here to the night. You're pretty exhausted.

Marigold: You've done a lot for us. I don't know if I'll ever be able to repay you.

Y/n: Tarte, I'm leaving it up to you to be able to help them if they need it!

Tarte: Of course! You can depend on me!

*Time-skip*

We now see a bright sunset with Shizu, looking at the area of the demi-plane.

Y/n: Hey, do you have a minute?

Shizu then turns around to see Y/n walking up to her, and he sits down with one foot bent and the other stretched out.

Y/n: So, I'm just going to go out and say. Are you-

Shizu: That line you said. It was from an anime right?

Y/n then gasps and stands up, back up in shock.

Shizu: It was referencing the line, "I'm Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town," right?

Y/n: Y-Yeah! Y-You've watched the Pokémon anime before?

Shizu: No, I haven't watched it. But I heard about from someone else whose from my country.

Y/n: Let me guess, Japan?

Shizu simply nods her head in response.

Y/n: Well, I'm more of what you'd call a weeb.

Shizu: A weeb?

Y/n: I'm from America, but I have a huge interest in anime Japanese culture.

Shizu: *GIF Below* I see. Well, I glad I met you!

Y/n: Dammit, stop being so damn cute! Dammit heart, stop pounding so quickly like this! Go back to your normal pace.

Shizu: So tell me, how did you come to this world?

Y/n: Oh! W-Well... a god brought me here.

Shizu: A god?

Y/n: Yeah. He wanted to try and take down his sister, who just so happens to be the goddess the humans of this world worship. But he put me here in the demon realm so I wouldn't be tainted by his sister's influence.

Shizu: I see. It must have been hard for you, starting out.

Y/n: Yeah. What about you. How were you brought here?

Shizu: I was... summoned here... by the humans of this world.

Y/n: Oh...

Shizu: It was a long time ago.

Y/n: Do you mind telling me what year it was?

Shizu: *nods head* It was 1945 in our world when I was summoned.

Y/n: Holy hell...

Y/n: She was summoned here to fight demons when WW2 was happening?! It's like rubbing salt on a wound for her.

Y/n: I see... did anyone you know get summoned with you?

Shizu: No. My my mother was...

Shizu then looks down, as Y/n realized what she means.

Y/n: Oh. I'm sorry. Hey, can I show you something?

Shizu: Um, sure.

Y/n then smiles, pulls out his Rotom phone, and shows Shizu some pictures from when he was learning about WW2 in class, and shows her the developments, making her gasp, and even tear up a bit.

Shizu: Amazing! It looks like something I saw in a postcard once!

Y/n: Yup! After what you mentioned happened, what we from the modern day call World War 2, Japan managed to build itself back up. Things flourished from there.

Shizu: That's great! I wish my mother could've seen this!

Y/n: I can't speak for your mother, as I don't know anything about her, but I'm going to assume she'd be happy to see this! My plan is to build a city from these ruins, then find a way to kill a goddess, and then try to build world peace if even possible!

Shizu: Well, then I wish you luck!

Y/n: Thanks!

As the two smile, Shizu suddenly starts to feel bad and covers her stomach.

Y/n: Hey...!

Shizu: Sorry about that...

Y/n: Are you alright?! That looked serious!?!

Shizu: I'm fine. It's nothing you need to concern yourself about.

Y/n: Okay... I'll take your word for it...

Y/n then walks off, but stops to look at Shizu, worried about what had just happened.

Y/n: Shizu... I can tell you're not alright... As someone who was a victim of bullying back before this all happened, I know the signs... I'll find out what's wrong, one way or another!!!!
