"You know, you boys are more trouble then a black cat."

The two brunettes turned to face the girl who had spoke. Haley Dunes. A reasonably popular girl- but not that mean unlike what you'd expect. Her pretty, long purple and orange- coloured locks were pulled back by a few shiny red clips. She was wearing some jeans and a t-shirt, pretty usual clothes. She looked at them, gaze swapping between the two identical twins.

"HALEY!" Artemis Bow, another nice popular girl, bounded up to her with the 'sheep'. Sheep as in people who flocked around the popular ones like moths to the flame. Artemis wrapped an arm around Haley. They were both sixteen and a similar height. Well, Haley was a bit taler. Artemis raised an eyebrow at the two boys, a small smile on her face.

"You boys aren't planning on jinxing me are ya?" She jokingly asked, a country accent slipping into her slightly regal tone. The twins laughed at that, the one with glasses shaking his head.

But the one without glasses leaned forward with a challenging look.
"No promises Bow." He calmly said with a dangerous look in his eyes.

Artemis placed a hand on her hip smirking at the boy.
"Gotcha Cat. Let's see you try. Oh, and Tell Copy I say hi!" She waved playfully. Copy was younger older step brother- one year their younger. The boy smiled and nodded.

"Alright, well Haley, I'll leave you too them," She smiled letting go. She patted the girls shoulder. "Oh and they're both really cute, good luck with that. I dibs the one you don't pick.". She winked and saluted. "Kidding. Or am I?"

Haley paused in confusion before realising what Artemis meant. She turned to glare at the girl, who was already half gone.

"YOU KNOW I DONT- I MEAN- URGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Haley face palmed. Artemis bowed.

"You know you love me," she chuckled. Haley rolled her eyes. The twins turned back to her as Artemis and the rest vanished. One of them- the one with glasses- smiled at Haley.

"We know, But it's fun!" He said with a grin. Haley rolled her eyes at them but a smile was on her face now.

Chance and Chase Cat, the two Trouble Twins. They were well known for their pranks, and the fact they nearly always got in over there heads. They pranked Silver. As in his and now Auroras familiar. While he was in his fire breathing little dragon form. Note to them; don't do it again or he'll make sure their eyebrows don't grow back. Chance was the one with glasses and almost always wore green, which contrasted against his brother Chase, who always wore reddish pink.

Chase smirked.
"What do you need this time Hales?" He poked her and she rolled her eyes at them.

"There's someone I wanna prank" she chuckled "if you guys aren't scared."
Both boys exchanged looks. Them? Scared? Pfft, never. No one made them back down from a prank.

"Sure, who?" Chase nudged her as they began walking. Haley paused and smirked wide.

"Artemis. Bow."

Chance and Chase both stopped. Okay, maybe there was one person they didn't want to prank, but that was because last time they did they got pranked back much harder. Because when you pranked Artemis, you have to deal with Nate, Pierce and most of all, the queen of pranks herself, Aurora. Yikes.

"You're crazy. She's crazy. I'm out of this crazy cartoon. Rest in pieces bro, your going down with your girlfriend." Chance patted his brothers shoulder in fake sympathy while both Chase and Haley glared.

"Why would you even wanna prank Artemis?" Chase turned to her, grabbing his brothers hood. Chance begrudgingly stayed, muttering how they were all 'so going to die'.

Haley smiled. "She's my friend, a really good one, but she pranked me. Betcha she did it cause she knows I always prank back," She waved her finger in the air with a grin.

"And she wants to unleash Pierce, Aurora and Nate's pranks on you. Harsh," He chuckled "where do we come in?"

"I wanna do such a simple prank- or it appears that way- and when they don't suspect anything more, Boom! Big prank!" She stretched out her arms, eyes squinted in anticipation.

The two boys nodded as they headed into class.
And then, idea struck Haley like lightning.

"I can see the lightbulb above her head." Chase whispered to his brother.

"That is not a good thing." Chance gulped.

_________LATER ON_________

"HALEY DUNES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Haley high fived Chase and Chance, who were laughing. Artemis gave her a death glare.

"WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU REPLACE MY CLOTHES WITH PIE?!" She asked, throwing one at her. Haley dodged narrowly.

The new girl who was sharing a dorm with Artemis wasn't in there- thankfully, it would make stuff so much harder if she was. Artemis glared at the trouble twins as well.

"Welp, rest in pieces. It's time the real prank team got revenge." Artemis said

As worried as Haley was, she shrugged. It couldn't be that bad right?

_______THE NEXT DAY_______

Haley woke up, stretching her arms and the moment her eyes snapped open she was met by.

A pie to the face.

"One of Nate's toys" she muttered, eyes closed. "Well I got pied, not to bad."

"Oh you weren't the only one" a voice cheered. Haley jumped out off bed and looked directly at the source. Artemis.
"That would be boring!"

Haley gulped. Oh no...

Artemis vanished then, as Haley went outside. And was buried in pie.

"What- STOP IT WITH THE PIE!"

It seemed like everyone in school was covered in the thing, as Nate turned the corner and tossed another at her before running away from a new student.

'So she pied everyone because of me. Oh goodness. At least she didn't pie-"

"I thought for once, the new students were not idiots. It seems I was mistaken" she roughly heard. Oh no.

Nate did not.

Great, now Sensei was in on it. Welp, may she and the trouble twins rest in pie. Delicious, delicious pie.

And just then, said twins smashed one into her face.

"YOU TWO TIMERS. REVENGE WILL BE MINNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEE"
She yelled.

Oh well, on with the pie war!
