A cry could be heard echoing in the hospital amongst all the medical equipment sounds

?: "Welcome to the world little angel."

?:"Angel huh ?, I haven't heard you called me that in years Roland"

Roland:"Ah, ...well it's just been too busy with all the contracts we have at hands so uhm I couldn't y'know"

[stumbled by the sudden realization of that he hadn't give his affection to the best for his most loved one he crafted a excuse in a clumsy way]

Angelica:"I'm just messing with you, I know that too well Roland, ...but it's always fun teasing you to see the reaction you have"

[With a smirk on her face she said in a joyful and playful tone like how she always does even in grim situation yet now is not one of those grim scenario but a joyful and worth celebrating occasion]

Roland:"Hagh~, seriously what if our child pick that up from you, what would I do then having you and this little one tease me daily ?"

Angelica:"Well then I guess you would have to put up with that too Roland~"

[The father of the child of which is still being held by him let out a sigh not of frustration nor of exhausting but of that of hopelessness, as he knows full well he have chosen to be here through his action after all, and yet he felt joy and happiness as this is the greatest and most happy day he have in his life and  so the room was fill with laughter of joy and happiness from both the father and the mother]

<Somewhere else in another hospital room>

?: "There that little sparks is, and there's the ember of my life"

?:"And here I am missing your voice yet the first thing I heard was your cheesy line. Lowell what if our child pick that up ?"

Lowell:"Well wouldn't it be a good thing for them ? I bet I can teach them a thing or two about opening of another one heart"

Xiao:"Don't you dare take pride in that topic, i will not hesitate to use this new found powers I received to crush your ribs again"

[Memories flood through Lowell mind as like a crashing wave of that intense night they had and of the aftermath of it, as memories came in a chill was sent down from his spine and colors fade from his face as if there were a bloodfiend sucking on his blood though none would actually be able to before they get reduced to ultimately nothing but dust yet his blood still drain out from him as he tries to keep his smile ]

Xiao:"You looked like you just saw a ghost, Heh~ couldn't take a joke 'cheesy comedian' ?"

Lowell:"I-... What am I going to do with you and your 'jokes' now ?"

[A sigh is once again heard and yet again it is of hopelessness and yet still stem from joy and happiness and as the sigh was out a warm chuckle from both the father and mother once again filled the room where they are in]

Lowell:"How about"

<The screen now split into two pannel that both shows fully the baby into the frame, in one there's a boy with a apple stem on top of his head, in another there's a girl from the moment of birth to where she is now she has only cry so little>

Angelica:"Abbigail" (애비게일)

Lowell:"Lana" (라나)

[The two soul now doesn't know yet but their path has already been aligned and their names has already been putted together even before they knew, and before long nothing and no one can seperate them from each other]

Note: Hello everyone I am the author of this story here and I plan to make it into a long series of which i planned to make animations for certain chapters and such in which when the production of those video are on the story might be postpone until the video is done and as you all have seen and notice I am fairly new to this type of creating/writing stories so i hope you all can be patient with me and
point out on points where I could improve the story, now a little note in the story for any PM sleeper agents/fan out there you all must have noticed that this is taking place after the event of the library hence Xiao speech of her new powers (E.G.O) and now before pointing out the bs why angelica would still be alive if this is taking place after the library, then here is where the plot comes to play as said in the opening this world is the combine world of both FPE and PM universe together and so now many variable can happens and in one of those variable is that Roland stumble upon an odd looking apple tree not knowing what it is he inspect it from every angle then he spotted it a golden apple (and no this is not the yuri apple in canto 1 of limbus company) now Roland as a fixer know full well that there ain't gonna be anything good if he just consume random stuffs with the risk of it being a abnormality but at that moment when he looked at the apple for and odd reason it reminded him of Angelica his wife, his light in his dark life, his angel and before he knew he has already bit into the apple and when he realize it a voice sounded in his head "so this is the person who is most dear to you, then at the cost of your child, your loved one shall reborn" and before he could even ask the apple tree glows a golden light not enough to blind but just enough to be noticeable, then as the light clear away there she is lying near the tree his once gone angel (very bad pun) now lies breathing beneath a random chance he stumbled across but it wasn't done yet as the tree then use it vine to drop a mysterious greenish drop onto Angelica belly the area near the womb and as it done so the tree wither away in a instant leaving behind just Angelica, Roland thought he was hallucinating, he thought he was dreaming that this wasn't real, he checked Angelica body and her pulse even went to the best facility in the city to get her a check-up yet nothing out of the ordinary was present though there was one that is the baby that had previously died with Angelica now has come back too but the only difference is that he have a mutation on top of his head of which is the apple stem and of which all the doctors have come to a conclusion the mutation was harmless as it wasn't like a parasite nor was it interfering with the baby growth, after a week has passed with Angelica now back alive he still couldn't believe it but she was here with him for real it wasn't a replicate nor is it a undead corpse no it was really Angelica back from the dead though there was still one thing he couldn't shake off that is of that voice has said to him "the cost of his child" and so he began to search for any information of the trees he have stumbled across he dug from corners to corners and finally he found it in a old ruins of the old L-corp there he found a research notes of an abnormality called "The tree of chances" of most of the documents were in not a good condition some corner burned or ripped apart so most of the information were missing but the crucial and important one still managed to be kept clean "The fruits of Tree of chances are vary in different colors with each representing the chance of that one desire being quench
-Red: a very low chance to fulfill of one desire and even bring more misfortune to that one
-Green: a decent chance to fulfill of one desire still bring misfortune but it is temporary and usually goes away in a span of months time
-Golden/Yellow: Guaranteed to fulfill of one desire but come with a price these price can range from minor inconvenience to major calamity misfortune and very rarely a blessing
In short this essentially boil down to boohoo my wife dead man get a random gacha machine out of no where and he pulled the UR in it as his wife came back to life and his child as well though the child have a apple stem but it's not a problem and that's it for part one y'all have a blessed day and remember Jesus loves you all
