A person identifying as panromantic feels romantic attraction to all people regardless of gender. To simplify, pansexuals do not care about and do not add a persons gender into the equation when attracted to someone.

Someone identifying as panromantic will have no romantic preference over those who consider themselves cisgender, bigender, demigender, transgender, androgynous, or any other gender, and can feel romantic attraction towards any of them without regard of their romantic attraction .

A common phrase for describing panromantics is, "Hearts not parts."
