((A/N: there is going to be a special cameo in this chapter at the end. This chapter is going to be full of drama so i figure this guest appearance will make it funny in the end))

I volunteered to go with Kiku to gather more firewood "this is kind of great, i mean it would be better if 2P Italy wasn't with us but nothing is perfect i suppose" i murmured "i agree completely, i'm sorry i almost lost it back there" i smiled at Kiku "it's alright, everyone's a little on edge, but we have to restrain ourselves" i told him, i had the eerie feeling we were being watched but every time i looked, there was no one there. "Kiku, this forest isn't haunted or anything?" i asked while looking at the dark trees "not that i'm aware of" he replied "but then again, i've never come this far before" 

"Let's head back, we got 2 big bundles of twigs we can use i feel uneasy" Kiku nodded and walked back with his bunch. When we got back to our campground, i could easily hear what 2P Italy was saying "Alfred, how do you feel? I'm sure 9/11 took quite a toll on you" i saw Alfred shake and fall to the ground like he had been stabbed, i dropped my bunch of twigs and ran to him kneeling down. Alfred was gasping, his blue eyes were wide and scared while he clutched where his heart was "whats going on!?! why is he like this?!?" I looked over at 2P Italy who had a pleased look on his face then Arthur stepped forward "he's not hurt, not physically anyways, that stupid wanker brought up a painful memory that all of us remember and it affected everyone, remember when the planes hit the twin towers back in 2001?"

I nodded but widened my eyes, that devastated America and if it shook the whole world then i realized that everyone in this world would have been affected, Alfred especially. "Alfred was out of commission for a year at least a year and a half at most, his heart hurt him like it was yanked out violently, he was at a world meeting when it happened, Alfred fell to the floor coughing up blood looking pale and gripping his chest, we got him to his room but Alfred was shaking like a leaf. We couldn't understand what had happened until we saw the news, we understood after that" Arthur concluded.

Alfred slowly stood up still shaking, one eye opened "you bastard, how dare you bring that up" his voice was strained, Alfred took his gun from his holster but i quickly stopped him "don't that's what he wants, we need to save Feliciano" I saw Alfred widened his eyes and walk away but he punched a tree and made it fall to the ground. I watched Alfred go towards Trigger and gently rub the horse's neck.

2P Italy smirked "so touchy isn't he?" he closed his eyes, smirk still on his face but he looked like he was concentrating. I was about to go and comfort Alfred but a hand stopped me "that wouldn't be a wise thing Kentin" Matthew told me and i nodded but i stared in Alfred's direction with concern. Lovino leaned against a tree and glared at 2P Italy with burning hatred "i can sense you staring at me idiota, but now that you got my attention answer me one question, how does it feel to be the brother no one wants? Antonio didn't even want you as a child, he tried trading you for Feliciano, I'm surprised you came with this pathetic group" i saw Lovino clench his fist and run over to the cage "what? hit a nerve did i? Your brother took after your grandfather more then you did, I'm sure Antonio only wanted your grandfather's inheritance" That did it, Lovino swung his fist and it collided with 2P Italy's cheek but it only made him laugh.

Luckily, Lovino didn't have a weapon so he couldn't kill him. Antonio went over to Lovino "i know it still stings mi amigo, that was a mistake that i regret ever making, if i didn't care about you i would have let the Ottoman empire take you, i wasn't after the inheritance either" Lovino looked at Antonio and smiled a little bit "i know, something i am grateful for even to this day" 

"It would have been nice to see how that armada went between you and Sir Arthur" that made both Antonio and Arthur freeze up " we don't talk about that"  Lovino ran to hide behind Ludwig, which was a sign something bad was gonna go down because from what i heard, Lovino doesn't like Germans. "I want to talk about it, was England the winner?" 2P Italy taunted, Antonio walked away but when he came back he was carrying a huge scary battle axe and i panicked. "Someone stop him!" i exclaimed, Gilbert got the hint and put a hand on Antonio's shoulder "come on, he isn't worth it Antonio" the Spaniard turned around and sliced Gilbert's cheek causing him to stumble back.

Ludwig saw what had happened and went to subdue and disarm Antonio but he proved too quick for the German. "Don't stop me Ludwig this has to happen, i will not put up with this anymore!" shouted Antonio who was glaring daggers "i know your fond of Italy! vould you risk his life over the fact that the arsch is getting to you?!" That made Antonio drop his battle axe and slump to ground. A slight breeze was felt but it disappeared, i found that was really odd which is why i wondered if the forest was haunted.

I sat down running a hand through my red hair letting out a sigh, 2P Italy knew how to jump the big guns. Earlier was annoying but harmless but now the nations were ready to kill him with what he was bringing up. "Beautiful fire does anyone else feel reminded  of 1812?" if i had been drinking something i would have spat it out. I happened to look at the nations were were in that preferably Arthur, Matthew and Alfred, they all had widened their eyes "I remember that, my brother was still under your rule at the time! It wasn't you who burned down my capitol, you had Mattie do it and he didn't want to!" Alfred stormed over and and shouted in Arthur's face who looked speechless "that's why i tried to free him from your control but if it wasn't for a certain human named Laura Secord, my attack would have succeeded" the look on Matthew's face was a mix of shock and anger 

"You started it eh, you burned the town of York in Ontario down after you attacked it and conquered it so i returned the favor!" Matthew shouted "what?! i didn't burn it down!" Alfred shouted back, while they were arguing, 2P Italy was just laughing away knowing he made a fight break out between the three nations. I decided it was time to intervene "guys calm down! Don't you see he's doing this on purpose either he wants us to fight among ourselves or he strikes at our most painful memories so we end up killing him" they stopped and looked at me before they took deep breaths to calm themselves "sorry Kentin" Mattie apologized which Arthur and Alfred followed suit.

I went to go sit down by the fire "Kentin, that  bella is quite special to you isn't she?" i looked at 2P Italy "what are you talking about?" i asked looking irritated "just that your pretty little one, you have no idea whats in store for her do you?" i stared at him dumbly, the 2p nations had plans for Chloe? i was afraid to know.

"You probably don't know this, but we have a master who wants little Chloe, she will become our masters and hopefully he will be ever so merciful that he will share her, she won't be so innocent after we are done with her" he smirked, it clicked in my mind what they were planning for her. That to me was downright sickening.  "You will never get Chloe, never i'll kill anyone who is threatening her" i warned, i tried to keep my rage under control, if i lost it then i was a threat to the mission at hand. 2P Italy turned his head and smiled to himself.

He knew he got to me even if my reaction wasn't like the others but he knew he struck a nerve. I went to go get more firewood with Elizaveta on my heels "Kentin, don't worry, we will save Feliciano and keep those 2P nations from hurting Chloe" i smiled at her "thanks Elizaveta, i almost lost control back there" i hung my head "i know, we could all see it" 

With Elizaveta i was able to collect more firewood, much more then what i could carry on my own but i felt like i was being watched as i did earlier. These woods were definitely freaking me out but it didn't feel threatening. When we came back, me and Elizaveta put the twigs in the pile. We looked over to see Kiku gripping his katana tightly so i went over to Alfred "what's going on?" i asked "2P Italy brought up the bombing of Nagasaki and Hiroshima" i stared in Kiku's direction looking worried but that was short lived when he snapped his head in my direction. I looked shocked but i remembered i was standing near Alfred, the look on Kiku's face was full of fury "dude, i told you before that wasn't my fault, it was my boss he didn't let me know he was going that road i would never think of using atomic weapons against any nation" Kiku just walked away still in pain for the memories that came to him, he didn't show it but that was too much. 

Lets just say by the end of everything, more painful memories were brought up. The Berlin Wall made Gilbert and Ludwig remember that time when they were separated. I found out that Gilbert after that was forced to live with Ivan, something he didn't particularly enjoyed. After that, 2P Italy had two guns on him, one each being held by the two Germans but Kiku and Antonio convinced them that 2P Italy wasn't worth it.

Elizaveta was reminded of her marriage with Roderich and that brought on Gilbert's apparent jealousy. That was nothing compared with what happened next. The War of the Austrian succession was brought up as well with the addition that 2P Austria was the reason Gilbert found out about Maria Theresa. Gilbert realized he was tricked, the 2P nations knew how he felt back then about a woman ruling a country and wanted to make sure he started the war. 

Gilbert for the first time i known him, he got down on his knees in front of Elizaveta "I'm so sorry for that, words can't express my regret of finding out this new information, if i had found out on my own without any help i would have still attacked, but it might have been a while before that would have happened. Can you find it in your heart to forgive me?" Elizaveta blinked then got on her knees and placed a hand on his shoulder "I forgive you, while part of me cannot forget, my heart tells me to forgive" they hugged "that doesn't mean we have to start liking each other does it?" Gilbert asked suddenly then the hug was broken "of course not, i still think your an idiot" Me and the others laughed.

I wondered if by now, the 2P Nations had found their human names, unfortunately for me the only way to find out about that was to ask 2P Italy himself but would he give me answers? I walked over to the cage and he turned to look at me "what?" "i want you to answer truthfully, did the 2p nations ever find out their human names?" i asked "hm some of us did, I know me and my pathetic excuse for a fratello found ours, I found out my name was Luciano Vargas while my brother is Lovi Vargas" i nodded and listened " 2P Japan is known as Kuro Honda, 2P Germany's name is Lutz Beilschmidt, 2P America's human name is Alan Jones, 2P Canada's human name is James Williams" Luciano stopped for a moment "oh si, and 2P England is Oliver Kirkland and 2P Prussia's is Klaus Beilschmidt , that's who's gotten a human name so far" I nodded and thanked him for being honest then walked away from him.

I studied the map carefully, the forest looked vast. It might take us a day and a half to go through it provided we didn't get lost. In the night and the moonlight, the forest seemed to take on a eerie feel. Again i felt that feeling of being watched and like before it wasn't threatening. I could sense from the feeling as well that it felt like curiousness, something i couldn't explain.

All of a sudden, i heard Luciano started laughing like a mad man "what's gotten into the blighter?" i heard Arthur asked "Don't know eh" Matthew answered "what are you laughing at, you lunatic?" Ludwig asked clearly annoyed "today's July first isn't it?" Luciano asked with great sadistic glee in his eyes "yeah, its my birthday, every...." something made Mattie stop his words and widen his eyes but yet Arthur still remained clueless "Two words, Sir Arthur, Independence Day " he brought it up! I had a feeling but a slight hope he didn't.

I watched as Arthur's eyes widened with a few tears falling from his green eyes with the memories "y-y-y-you wanker" Arthur's voice stuttered and his body became shaky. This was proof that what Matthew was telling me, this time a year, Arthur is reminded of that one heartbreaking day. He cared for Alfred like one would a little brother and being reminded of the Revolutionary War i imagine feels like a sword through his heart. Arthur went over to where the travel packs were and took out a gun.

His eyes were downcast but he could see enough to where he was going. Arthur stopped at the cage and raised the gun up to Luciano's temple, i ran over and grabbed his wrist but Arthur knocked me away and a bullet grazed my upper arm causing me to scream out after he fired it. I knew he didn't mean to shoot me but in Arthur's mind i was interfering with him killing Luciano. I looked over helplessly at the others "someone stop him!" i winced as i held my arm.

Ludwig and Gilbert both nodded at each other and ran to subdue Arthur while Elizaveta got me up to bandage my arm. Seemed like the two brothers succeeded, Gilbert was holding the gun while Ludwig held the saddened Brit "Arthur, i know it hurts but remember what you said when i picked the team to go and rescue Feliciano, you said he made all the battles a little easier with his surrendering, if you kill Luciano now, this journey would have been for nothing, Feliciano will die" Arthur looked at me with tears falling down his cheeks "i'm so sorry Kentin, i didn't mean to hurt you" i looked around and saw Alfred was stroking Trigger's neck looking away from the group. It was quiet after that.

Until we heard chuckling, whoever thought Arthur getting hurt with that painful memory of the Revolutionary War was funny then they were sadistic. I happened to see the glow of red eyes and i immediately froze up "good evening everyone" out from behind a tree stood a boy who had light brown hair and red eyes. He wore a little red top hat with a red and yellow ribbon hanging from it on his head and he wore a red trench coat, black pants with brown boots over top. I noted to see a small fang showing on the side of his mouth "who are you?" the newcomer smiled in a cheeky way "My name is Romania, you must be Kentin Phillips. Word travels you know" i heard Elizaveta scoff "i thought i smelled the stench of a hundred corpses" Gilbert  just shook his head and groaned but underneath his breath i heard him say "oh boy she's at it again".

"Nice to see such fine BOYS on a mission" Romania shot back which made Elizaveta stand up "you know Romania, i'm thinking of getting another dog have any good suggestions of what Romanian names i can use?" i stood back blinking my eyes "i didn't come to pick a fight with you Hungary, i heard news that some of the nations were on a mission to recover Italy, from what i see here, its true" he passed by the cage but as he did, he turned to look at Luciano, i could tell from even where i was standing, with Romania's eyes glowing from the firelight it would make anyone shrink back. That's what happened. When Romania looked over at Luciano, the little prisoner tried to move away from him like he was scared of him. Romania looked over at Alfred "i got a bone to pick with you America" 

Alfred looked puzzled "what do you mean dude?" i could see a sweat drop from the side of his head "does Twilight ring a bell?" that made Alfred widen his eyes "i had nothing to do with that" Romania scoffed "sure you didn't but what about The Vampire Diaries? True Blood? you made vampires sparkly and dependant on a girl what happened to good old vampire movies where my kind were independent? I will say this though, good work on the Van Helsing movie and that funny one Dracula; Dead and Loving It, Hotel Transylvania was also a good one" i listened with amusement with Romania's little rant, i could see why he'd be upset after all Romania is the place where vampire stories originated from. It looked like it  pleased Alfred with the compliments Romania was giving the good vampire movies.

I noticed something too, Romania was using the nation names instead of the human names, i wondered why that was or why Luciano seemed afraid of him. "I swear i had nothing to do with those movies and tv shows, what my people do with their free will is up to them not me but i appreciate that you liked a few" i looked over to see Arthur snickering, obviously over the pain he felt when Luciano mentioned the Revolutionary War, Romania looked over at Arthur "hey England, been a while hows Norway?" "havn't seen him lately chap but i assume he is well" Romania smiled exposing his two fangs but somehow he sensed my curiosity and looked over at me. 

"I know you have questions Kentin ask away" i sat down and cleared my throat "why do you use the country names for everyone and why are you just referred to as Romania? Don't you have a human name?" i asked which he only laughed "I don't have a human name, I'm sure you were told that while the younger nations know their human names already, the older nations had to go on quests and such for theirs. There are nations however such as myself who don't really care, sure I'm curious enough about mine but at the same time its not a priority, as for your other question i have lived through my life since 1881 without knowing the human names of the other nations and i have not grown accustomed to it so therefore England is England and America is America to me" i nodded in understanding

"One more question, why is Luciano scared of you?" i asked "because he doesn't have a 2P counterpart!" Luciano answered for him "precisely, i have no 2P self, from my understanding, a nation without a 2p counterpart is dangerous to even them, i have learned overtime to accept every part of who i am, sure i regret to say i had started to push my negative feelings aside and I'm sure that gave birth of my potential 2p side but as i begun to think, those feelings are who i am and i accepted that" Romania told me but he used his thumb in a pointing manner at the other nations"now if they had accepted all of who they were, they wouldn't be having these problems with their 2p counterparts" that resulted in a "Hey!" from Lovino and Antonio

Romania stepped over to the cage where Luciano shrunk back "scared little one" i could hear the grin in Romania's voice "but i must dash, i'll keep my eyes on you if you need my help just shout my name oh and uh watch out for the Ancient Doorway Forest, I'm not the only thing that likes to bite" I watched as Elizaveta tried to go and smack Romania in the head with her frying pan but Gilbert held her back "now, now feisty pants if you can't fight fair don't fight at all" i heard him say.

Then like that Romania was gone after he walked into the woods. He was a vampire i knew that for a fact, of course those fangs gave it away. That was interesting to know. Not the vampire thing but the fact Romania didn't have a 2p counterpart and according to him that made him scarier and more dangerous to the 2P nations.

((Feliciano's POV *sorry had to add this in sometime*))

I was shivering and scared. Crying out for Germany or Romano didn't help anything, of course i wasn't given pasta just this disgusting gruel and it didn't appeal to a gourmet like me. Si, i was in a horrible mess ever since i was captured. The door opened and out stepped Mr. Kentin. I stood up overjoyed, they found me. Now i can go home and make pasta "good evening Feliciano" that wasn't Kentin's voice. I looked closer to the one before me, i saw dark blood red hair, darker then any of the 2p nations, so dark i mistook it for black and the eyes cold violet "i must introduce myself but I'm sure you remember me when i was 15 and i was scorned for who i am and what i am, I am Keaton, Kentin's 2P counterpart and ruler of all the 2P nations, you can thank me for all those attacks on Kentin" i backed away from the evil smile he was giving me "no, it can't be"

"I wanted to be accepted in that 1P world but thanks to you it didn't happen due to the mark on my wrist" I didn't want to believe this Keaton person "what are you going to do with-a me?" i was very frightened 

"You're going to stay here until further notice, My 2nd in command brought you here, why not make you into a bargaining token?" i shook my head "please stop i don't want to hear anymore" Keaton just smirked evilly and i cringed then like that he turned and walked away from the cage but he stopped in the doorway "at least you won't be alive when we enter Kentin's world, take it over, then Chloe will be mine for the taking" i gasped "don't hurt Kentin's little bella!" "your not in a position to give orders" then he walked out

They had a plan for Mr. Kentin and Ms. Chloe and i was afraid of what they had in store for him, will i ever get free to go home to my big brother, Germany, Japan and the other countries?
