Gajeel P.O.V

I was focused hard on the doll in front of me. I didn't hear the door chime ring and nearly jumped out of my skin when someone touched my shoulder.

"God damn it Grey..." He laughed."Sorry man. How's Levy doing?" He sat across from me. I sighed and ran a hand through my hair.

"She started feeling contractions last night but it wasn't anything to bad." That's what had me so tense. Levy was eight months pregnant and she was bigger than Lucy had been for both her kids. Levy was so big that she had trouble walking and sometimes had to be carried because she was so tired.

"She's fine."Grey said as he pat my shoulder. I smiled a little."Yeah." We talked for awhile as I worked on the doll. The door flew open as Neal came running in, snow flying in behind him.

He was breathing heavy as he came to me. "Uncle Gajeel.... Aunt Levy..." He took a deep breath. "Aunt Levy has gone into labor!" I was up and out the door before he barely finished.

I ran down the snow covered streets, the frozen air burning my lungs. I slide around street corners till I finally reached our home. I threw open the door and I heard Levy cry out from the bedroom.

I tried to run in but Natsu was there and stopped me."Gajeel you can't go in. " I tried to push past him as Levy cried out again. "Damn it Natsu!"

"Trust me she's gonna be fine, you can't go in!" He shoved me towards the couch where Juvia was sitting. Natsu stood at the door, 'knight mode' on. Juvia pat the seat next to her and I sat with a heavy sigh.

She gently rubbed my back as I nervously ran my hands threw my hair. Every time she cried it set my teeth on edge. Hours had gone by and I thought I was gonna lose it.

It was quiet for a little while and I looked towards the door. I thought I heard something but the Levy cried out again. "Damn it." I muttered and started pacing. She cried out once more and this time there was silence.

Then there was a new cry, a small cry that formed a lump in my throat. The door open and an exhausted looking Lucy and Mira walked out.

They smiled and gave me peace signs and moved aside so I could go in. I rushed past them and realized, they didn't give me peace signs. They gave me a number.

Levy was sitting up in bed, she looked so tired but she smiled at me. She held two small blankets, one pink and one blue. The crying was coming from the pink blanket.

"Hey." She sounded so worn out. I sat beside her,"Hey." She smiled."Want to hold one?" I smiled softly and gently took the crying bundle.

She has blue hair just like her mom, and she was so tiny. When she finally started to calm down I saw she had my red eyes. "She's perfect." I said, annoyed at the hitch in my throat.

"He looks just like you."She motioned to the small blue bundle in her arms. I looked and she was right, he had my deep black hair and my eyes. He looked around calmly and gently held onto Levys finger.

"What are you going to name them?" Juvia asked from the door. ""I thought for a moment. "I like Kaya." I said as I looked down at her.

"Mmm Larkin."Levy said to him. "Kaya and Larkin. Perfect"I smiled. She nodded and yawned. "Come on guys mom needs her rest."Lucy said as she came back in. She held Levy lay back down, since my hands were full and gently took Larkin.

It didn't take long for Levy to fall fast asleep. I smiled and kissed her forehead before following everyone out of the bedroom.

"Congrats man."Natsu grinned as he pat my shoulder. I grinned."Thanks man." Lucy helped me gets the babies set up in the nursery and into the crib I had made. I sighed." Im gonna have to get another one of these."

I walked out and thanked everyone for being there. Grey had shown up after awhile. After they left I heard crying and went into the nursery. Kaya was crying again. I lifted her up,"Your gonna be a handful arnt you little lady?" I smiled.

Levy P.O.V

Man I felt like crap. I opened my eyes and looked around. Light was peeking in the window which told me I slept through the night.

"How are you feeling?" I looked to see Lucy standing by the door. I smiled a little."Well iv felt better." She giggled and nodded.

"I know the feeling."I smiled. "Think you can walk a little bit? It's best to try and get some feeling back in your legs."

I nodded and she helped me up. She kept her arm around me as she helped me walked. "Wheres Gajeel?" he wasn't in the living room. She shrugged and we walked to the nursery.

I smiled at the sight. Gajeel was asleep in the rocking chair he had made me. His arm wrapped protectively around a pink blanket while his other arm rested in the crib. Larkin had a tight grip on his finger.

"Here."Lucy grinned as she handed me a camera. I grinned and snapped a picture. I walked towards the crib and carefully lifted Larkin.

He let go of Gajeels finger and reached up for me. "Hello my little man."I whispered with a smile. He pulled on a lose strand of my hair while Lucy helped me back into the living room.

Lucy was kind enough to make me breakfast and while she did Gajeel shuffled out of the nursery. "Morning." I said with a smile. "Morning" he yawned. He didn't have Kaya with him,"She is gonna be a handful." he said as he kissed me. "Oh yeah?" he nodded.

"If you try to lay her down before she is completely asleep she will just cry." He sat beside me and laid his head on my shoulder. I giggled and kissed his head.

Lucy set plates of food down for us. We ate in comfortable silence, Larkin making little cooing sounds.

After awhile Lucy left and we sat on the couch, Kaya now in Gajeels arms. I smiled as I leaned against him. "I could get used to this."

He smiled."Me too." He kissed me softly. "I love you so much Levy" "I love you too Gajeel."

Our family was finally here and I couldn't be more happy.
