(a/n): Just a heads up, this story will still follow the canon story, but at the same time, it won't... You'll see what I mean in the next few chapters.

Also, remember that Ruby and Yang knew about the abuse, but they didn't know about the full extent, as in they didn't know it was still effecting you. Yang has a suspicion that something was up, so when she went looking for info on her mother, she was also looking for info on your previous family without you or Qrow knowing.

POV Yang

Yang (mind): "I've been to every bar, every "tavern", every place I can think of for info about either my mother or the Oum damn family that did "That!" to Thorn! And NOTHING!"

My eyes are already turning red due to my frustrations about this search. I decide to try "Junior's bar" to at least look for my mother.

Small time skip to after I beat up his goons

????: "Who's she, Miltia?"

????2: "I don't know Melanie, but she has to learn her place."

We start fighting, as I knock the red one out and start fighting the white outfit one.

She put up a tougher fight then the others, but I still beat her down. Now Junior steps out with a...

Yang: "... Is that a rocket launcher?..."

He starts firing from it, which I block alot of missiles with my shotgun bullets, then he knocks me back with his bat. Now I'm pissed!

I start beating him down harder, breaking his bat, but it turns out he ripped off some of my hair... HE'S A DEAD MAN!

NO MORE MS NICE PERSON!

I start charging at him, hitting him so hard, he flies out the building, landing outside. I jump out as well, running into my siblings.

(A/n): if the music is still playing, you can stop it now.

Ruby: "Yang? Is that you?"

Thorn: "What the heck, Yang? What did you do to this place?"

Yang: "Oh, hey sis! Hey there, Bro!"

Ruby: "What are you doing here?"

Yang: "... It's a long story..."

Time skip to present time.

POV third

Ruby: *crying* "Please, Thorn... Don't leave us..."

Yang: *crying as well while hugging you* " Please... We need you here with us..."

Weiss: *crying and hugging you as well* "Please... We only just met, I don't want things to end like this..."

Thorn: "... I'm sorry..." *starts to cry as well, then hugs them back*

As you begin to calm down, the one that speaks out first is the one with the black bow.

Bow girl: "what happened that caused you to do that?..."

Thorn: "I... I don't know..."

Ruby: "Thorn..."

Thorn: *sigh* "... Ruby, Yang... Remember what I said about my past?..."

Ruby & Yang: "... Yeah..."

Thorn: "... I've never told you the whole truth..."

POV Thorn

When I said this, Ruby's eyes became bigger as she was about to start crying. As for Yang, her eyes are already crimson red, her hair almost on fire, and she was about to run to Vale to murder my old family.

I decide now is a good time to tell them about my past. About how my sister's used me for a practice dummy for their weapons. How my old father would "Lecture" me. And about what caused me to try to end things...

Yang: "LET ME AT THOSE FUCKERS! I'LL END THEM! I'LL MAKE THEM WISH THEY DIED YEARS AGO!!"

Yang, hair glowing with red eyes filled with tears, had to be tied to a tree the whole time by the bow girl (who I now know is named Blake) to keep her from going on a rampage in Vale. While Ruby, who almost broke down in tears, had to be kept still by a glyph that Weiss made. As for the other two, they looked ready to let them go, but they kept them still long enough to calm them down.

Time skip

POV ???

I get to the spot I'm supposed to meet R at, yet they haven't shown up. They better get here soon, otherwise I'll be missing-

R: "Ready to go?"

???: *Nods*

The two of us start heading for the building that apparently belongs to the Malachite family... These asswipes...

R breaks the door down, and to our disappointment, the house is empty. Either they knew we'd be coming, or they left a while ago...

Doesn't matter, we should just burn this place down.

As we begin burning down the house, me and R decide to leave our symbols in case the family decides to return and want to know who's going to cause them harm if they mess with him again

Before I leave, I turn around to the house to say one final goodbye to it

Then, I hit the ground with my blade, sparking the oil leading to the house and watch it burn before we leave.

(A/n): sorry for the short chapter, I'm still trying to get used to writing these types of stories. Anyway, next chapter is the start of the initiation.
