It's been a tiring few weeks since the start of the school year and the Vytal Festival is close. For some reason Weiss invited you and Neo along with her team to town.

POV Thorn

Thorn: "So... Why are we here again?"

Weiss: "What? You don't like hanging out with us in town?"

All four of the girls look disappointed when she said that, while Blake was giving me the "Fix it" look.

Thorn: "I never said that!" *They start to smile again* "I'm just asking why we are at the docks..."

Ruby: "actually... Why are we here?"

Neo: ... You're trying to spy on the competition, aren't you?

Weiss: "N-no I'm not! Uhh..." *Idea pops in her head* "... I just wanted Thorn to keep me company while I look around the docks! You four are just extras"

After saying that, Weiss notices that Ruby, Yang, and Neo looked pissed off at her, while Blake looked confused.

Ruby: *something catches her attention* "Huh?... What happened there?..."

The six of us then head for where Ruby pointed at, it being the Dust till Dawn store that has police tape on it.

Thorn: "Wait, isn't this where we ran into that cane guy?"

Ruby: "Yeah, it's also where you had me chase the guy while you fought your ex sisters!" *Makes a mad face*

Yang: (angered) "think they still work at Junior's?"

Blake: "doubt it. If they still worked around here, they would have attacked you earlier."

Thorn: "Oh, they're still there all right..."

The four girls stopped walking and looked at you, then you stopped to stare at them as well.

Thorn: "... What?..."

Yang: *eyes turning red* "... How do you know?..."

Thorn: "... Lucky guess?..."

Neo: he goes to Junior's with me for a drink when you all are asleep.

RWBY: "WHAT!?"

Thorn: "NEO?! WHY'D YOU TELL THEM?!"

Neo: better they know now then when you are passed out drunk.

Thorn: "Still! Did you have to mention the drinking part?!"

After saying that you feel murderous intent coming from team RWBY directed at you. Mainly from Ruby, Weiss and Yang

Thorn: "hehehe... I can explain?"

RWY: (unison) *giving you an evil angry smile* "Go ahead, Thorn. EXPLAIN it to us"

Thorn: "... I'm dead either way, aren't I?..."

RWY: (unison) "Ohh yeah." *Takes out their weapons*

Thorn: "..."

Then, out of nowhere, Shadow appears and creates a portal of darkness behind him ((A/n): think the portals of darkness from the Kingdom Hearts games) and you both jump through before Yang or Ruby could hit you.

Once you're through, you look around, noticing you are at the statue at Beacon.

Thorn: "hehehe... Thanks for the save, but they are going to be pissed... Damnit, why did Neo have to tell them about our late night dates..."

You look around to make sure it's safe before you notice a bench near by.

Thorn: "... I guess I can rest till they find me..."

You then go to the bench, lay down, and fall to sleep while Shadow stays nearby making sure they don't find you.

Timeskip

Shadow awakens you when he senses someone running here. You look towards where the person is, only to see Blake looking at the statue before taking off her ribbon.

With her bow off, you see two cat ears on her head. Then you noticed something that made you feel worse... She was crying.

Noticing this, you rush off the bench and go near her

Thorn: "... Blake?"

Blake turns around, now noticing you, fear in her eyes.

Blake: "Thorn!? Please, it's not what it looks like! I-I-" *Backs away slowly*

Thorn: *walking slowly towards her* "Blake, calm down... I won't hurt you, but still, please call down... *She starts to calm down* now tell me, what's wrong?"

Blake begins to shake again, until... She runs to you, burying her head in your chest, crying. Her cat ears flats on her head, showing fear.

Blake: "Please... Don't let them find me..."

When she says this, you look at where she came from, only to see Weiss with an angry look along with two people you can't recognize coming towards you fast. Panicking, you look around close by for a spot to have Shadow create a portal.

Thorn: "Shadow! Portal, now!"

Shadow then opens another portal, and you carry Blake (bridal style) through it, not noticing the voices of the people coming towards you fast.

POV Ruby

Ruby: "THORN, WAIT!!!"

Too late, he ran through the portal that Shadow created, leaving us behind. Once the portal closes, Yang runs at Weiss, grabbing her by the collar of her dress, lifting her off the ground alittle bit.

Yang: *eyes red with anger, hair flaring* "LOOK WHAT YOU DID, SNOW BITCH! Not only did Blake leave, but so did THORN!" *Pushes her to the ground, about ready to punch her till Ruby held her back*

Weiss: "..."

Yang: "SAY SOMETHING, DAMNIT!"

Weiss: *shaking* "...p-please... Stop yelling a-a-at me......"

POV Thorn

Once I step out of the portal, I check on Blake, who is still in my arms.

Thorn: "Blake, you ok?..."

She doesn't respond, all she does is continuing to shake in fear, holding on to me for dear life while she cried her eyes out on my chest.

???: "Hey, is your friend doing ok?"

I turn around to see a yellow monkey faunus, who was walking up to us. I hold Blake closer while I get in a defensive stance, with Shadow coming out of my shadow, ready to defend me. The faunus stops walking and gets nervous.

Faunus: "Whao-whao-whao wait a minute! I'm not here to start anything!"

Thorn: "What's your name and what do you want?!"

Faunus: "Ok-ok, let's just calm down. My name is Sun, Sun Wukong. I'm from team SSSN, and I'm just asking cause I met that faunus in your hands earlier today, and I wanted to know if she's ok..."

Thorn: "... I wish i knew... Anyway, you know any place I can have her rest at?"

Sun: "Yeah, I know a hotel that'll take anyone, even faunus. Chances are they'll help. I'll lead you there."

Thorn: "Thanks... Oh, btw, I'm Thorn Branwen."

I start following Sun to a hotel, and he starts to slow down a bit to walk next to me.

Sun: "So, did she tell you what happened?"

Thorn: "sadly, no... I just found her at the courtyard of the school, then when she notices me and I try to calm her down, she ran at me and hasn't let go since..."

Sun: "that's not a good sign... Oh, we're here, I'll see if you two can crash at my room."

Thorn: "Thanks again, Sun."

Sun: "No prob, Thorn! Let's go hit the bed!"

After he checked, we went to his room, where I set Blake down on the bed, still shaking with fear, so I went to the chair close by to sleep on while keeping an eye on her, and Sun sleeping on the couch.

Also, I got a kinda important question to ask... Who's going to be the "big brother" or wingman character for Thorn/reader? You know, the one that'll teach him about girls. These are the choices:
