Ruby Rose, a small girl around the age of 5, is currently chasing her older-half sister, Yang who is 7.

Ruby: GIVE ME MY COOKIES YANG!

Yang: No can do Rubes!

Yang keeps running towards the forest with Ruby following close behind her.

Ruby however had a sense of uneasiness when going through the forest. Sure her father, Tai, her mother, Summer, her aunt, Raven, and uncle Qrow are watching--

Unexplainably, she feels a bit on edge due to her clumsiness however it doesnt feel right to her.

Ruby: Yang! Wait!

Yang turns around and stops. Her little sister never really spoke serious unless it's urgent or when something is about to happen.

Yang: Yeah Rubes?

Ruby: It doesn't feel right..

Yang does a head tilt with a confused expression.

Yang: What doesn't feel right?

Ruby: Its- uh...to quie-

Ruby looks around her surroundings with visible fear etched onto her face.

She spots a glowing white light just on the right of her.

Yang: Rubes? Yo! You there?

Ruby: Y-yang.. What is that?

She points to the glowing white light. Yang with big-sister protection instincts goes in front of Ruby.

Yang: Go get mom, dad, Uncle Qrow and Aunt Raven.

Ruby did what she was told running out of the forest with a visible trace of rose petals on the ground.

Yang approaches the light with extreme caution while she keeps her distance.

She stares at the light for 5 mins before it glowed a bit too bright as it bursted sending a few waves of air knocking her to the ground.

Tai: YANG!

Her father runs up to her with visible father-mode protectiveness as the rest followed after.

Yang: I'm fine dad!

She waves him off as she looks towards the last time she has seen the white light, instead a short green haired boy was sleeping there with a scythe.

Summer who is a bit of a worry wart dashed towards the green-haired child.

She lifts him up while Qrow takes the scythe that seemed a bit heavier than expected.

Summer takes a look at the child in her arms and somewhat seems peaceful with himself.

Although a question plagues her thought-
'Why is he here in the forest alone with a scythe?'

Summer digressed it and carefully ruffled his hair.

Raven: A boy? He looks of the age of 6...

Qrow: And if he has this kind of weapon he must be either skilled for a kid.

Tai: Question is...what are we going to do with him? We can't leave him out here.

Ruby: And that is not what hero's do in my books! They do not leave people to fend off for themselves.

Yang: Agreed!

Summer felt some movement from her arms to see the cinnamon roll wake up wit-

Summer: Silver eyes!

Raven, Qrow and Tai looked at Summer.

Raven: Silver eyes?! How can that be?

???: I'll answer that question if you don't mind.

They look again to see the child fully awake with a smile on his face.

Summer puts him down while backing up a bit.

???:...I guess god forgot to say that I'm 6 again.

All: Again?!

Izuku: Oh that's right... Ahem! My name is Izuku Midoriya. As for your question Ms.?

Raven: Branwen.

Izuku: Ms.Branwen, I have silver eyes for a cause... Even though I have no idea what power they possess. Where's my scythe?!

All: That's your weapon!?

Summer: What's a bit more surprising is that he doesn't know the power of having silver eyes.

Qrow takes his flask and downs it a bit.

Qrow: Do you know how to use the scythe? Even if you d-

Izuku: I can fight with my fists and legs.

Yang: Bet you can't jump 10 meters off the ground.

Izuku looked towards Yang.

Izuku:...okay. Stand back though.

(Make him look a bit more smaller and without the uniform)

All: How?!

Tai: He can use lightning powers!? That's not possible!

Ruby: Sparkly....

Izuku jumped into the air easily going over 10 meters.

After a few seconds they can see a green spark coming down...

Slam!

They see Izuku with his legs implanted to the ground with a crater around him.

Yang:...Guess...he yanged it with a bang?

Tai: Hahah!

While the rest just deadpanned her except Izuku was full on laughing with a bit of tears coming out.

Izuku: Good one Yang!

Yang grew a smile as well.

Izuku: Can you give me my scythe now?

All: Nope!

Summer: I can't let you go out there! There are creatures out there that can and will kill you.

Izuku: Then...let me join your family?

Ruby: I...can get a BIG BROTHER!

Yang: I always wanted a little bro.

Qrow: Not going to lie, I wanted a nephew.

Raven: That goes the same for me.

Tai and Summer: A son... Sure we'll adopt you!

Izuku: I have one request though..

All: Go ahead!

Izuku: Who's name should I take for my last name? I still want to have Midoriya as my last name as well.

Summer: Rose?

Tai: Xiao Long?

Qrow and Raven: Branwen?

It's your choice!

Will it be...

Izuku M. Rose?

Izuku M. Xiao Long?

Or Izuku M. Branwen?
