Ashe/Icy's POV

I closed my eyes tightly trying to block out the noise.

"WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?!?"James shouted making me get up.

Did he already find out?

My heartbeat started beating faster.

I slowly went to the door and opened it just a little tiny crack so I could see.

"It's called self defense James"Flamey shouted back.

"Killing him!!,that is not self defense"

"He was going to stab me"

"Couldn't you just take the knife away"

"Oh yeah when he was practically jabbing the knife towards me"

I opened it and tiptoed to the top of the stairs.

"Guys"I whispered softly but they continue fighting.

I bit my lip,because Flamey is getting blamed when it was my fault.

"Guys"I said,they hardly even glanced at me.

"GUYS!!"I shouted angrily.

They looked at me shocked and a bit scared.

"It wasn't her fault he was still being a jerk"I said and Isabelle and James sighed.

"Why didn't you tell us"Isabelle said.

"Mostly because you never believe me"I said.

She slammed her fist into the table.

"How do you know that"

"B-because I told you but you said he was too nice to do such a thing"I stammered.

She rubbed her forehead making me gulp a bit.

"You never told me"

I felt my blood boil.

"Did I or did I not tell Isabelle"I told Flamey.

"Yeah but like always she ignores us or tells us something else"Flamey said while rolling her eyes.

Isabelle flipped the table.

I'm used to it though,just one thing would piss her off big time.

Vampire thing though.

I winked at Flamey and she smiled gratefully.

"Why didn't you tell me"James said his eyes showing his anger.

"Because you weren't always there for me"I said.

His eyes saddened but said nothing else.

"Why?"I whispered softly trying not to cry.

They looked at me while Flamey started going for the door quietly.

"Why don't you guys ever believe what I say?"

"We do"They said.

"NO YOU DON'T"I hissed and watched as Flamey got out.

"Just go back to bed Ashe"They said.

"WHY?!,because I'm younger and stupid and useless"I said and started going back to my room.

"No wait Ashe it's nothing like that"

I closed the door and saw Shanna running.

They started pounding on the door.

Great what a great cover.

I froze the door and opened the window.

This is high.

I made more snow and jumped out of the window.

I started running after Shanna.

"Icelyn,Icelyn please come"I said summoning my dragon.

I heard the footsteps of James and Isabelle but Icelyn came and swooped me and started flying making me sigh in relief.

"Thank you"I said while petting her head.

"Welcome Princess where do you want to go"

"Anywhere where Shanna could have gone"

She nodded and started flapping her wings.

Shanna/Flamey's POV

I felt like crying,I couldn't resist the screaming from my brother James and my sister Isabelle.

I was about to burst to tears when I hear Ashe shout,she started to blame herself about what happen when James and Isabelle told her why she never told them,

Icy said that because they never believed her and it's true she winked at me making me smile gratefully, I slowly started to head to the door.

When I finally got out of there,I bursted into tears.

I summoned my phoenix,Flames.I called her two times when suddenly I saw a big black bird coming down.

It was a good thing that she was not on fire.

"Princess where do you want to go and are you ok?"

"Take me anywhere far away from here please and i'm ok just a bit sad... but i'll be alright"I told my dear Flames.

"As you wish princess"

"Please just call me Shanna"I said.

"Ok shanna"Flames said.

I slept on the soft feathers of Flames when she landed,I woke up and found myself surrounded by black burned trees.

"Flames what is this place?"I asked her alarmed.

"Well this is where your mother told me to bring you"

"My mother!?"I asked her shocked,"My mother is dead"

"No she's not"Flames said.

"Yes she is,she died a long time ago"

"Maybe you felt that you missed her so much that's why you thought that but sorry to disappoint you but no"

"Let's get out of here this place is giving me the creeps"I mumbled.

"I'm sorry Shanna but I can't let you leave from here until you see your mother"

"Stop confusing me Flames and get me out of here"I shouted to her with tears still on my eyes.

"I'm sorry but no"

She did a spin making me fall and she started leaving.

"Wait don't go,wait FLAMES COME BACK!"I yelled but it was too late because she left.

I felt cold and sad when suddenly I hear someone coming,I tried to hide but it was impossible because all the trees and bushes were burned down and filled with evil in them.

The best I could do of hiding was to to try to camouflage in the black trees.

I heard some whispers and the next thing I know I see a women in dark colors looking around like if she knew that I was there.

I tried not to do anything but it was useless because the next thing I know I see weird creatures sniffing the ground getting closer to me.

I did not know what to do so,why couldn't I have brought Icy with me?

I just had no choice but to use my powers.

I created a fireball and blasted to the weird creature somehow I saw ninetails covering him to protect him or her but that's impossible only...only our mother had ninetails after all she was a nine tail fox.

Could it be that my phoenix Flames was right and that our mother is alive but she died a long time ago.

Why would she hide from us?

Then I saw the nine tails women come to where she saw the fireball come out,I tried to hit her again but I couldn't that's when the women spoke "Come out my dear girl,I won't hurt you,I promise it's just that no one has ever come to these places it's just rare come out please."

"No"I said quietly,"If it's bad to be here I'll leave so that you'll have no trouble"

"No!"She shouted,I was able to see her she looked beautiful but with dark cloth and I was able to feel her power it was so dark it started to hurt me a bit but not really and I wonder why.

I stepped out of the bush that I tried to hid in.

I was able to see her clearly,my eyes widen she looked exactly like our mother only that her powers were light and did good but this women that looked like my mom had evil powers I was able to feel it

My heartbeat started pumping like a wild machine about to malfunction.

I looked down so she couldn't know that I was staring.

"Child look up,I can't see your face"

"You don't have to"

I could hear her hiss,I gulped.

I felt her getting closer at me then I felt her finger lifting my chin we were able to meet eye with eye,I felt a bit scared her eyes were so black like if she was being controlled by some big evil magic or something.

I wanted to run away in that instant but something about her made me stay there.

Also because I wanted to get information about what is this place,I was able to see a big castle behind her.

She caught me looking behind her she turned around and saw that I was looking at the castle.

"Do you want to see the castle closer"She asked.

"Sure"I said,she command the creatures that were with her to leave us alone because I wasn't any danger to her.

So then they left she turned to me and started to walk around me,I felt a little nervous about that.

"So shanna my dear how you been?"

I turned around quickly facing her.

"H-how do you know my name,I never told you"

"Well you are my daughter"

"What no you're not,my mother died a long time ago and she was not..."I stopped because I was scared.

What was she going to do when I told her that she was evil?

I didn't care and told her "My mother was good not evil"

"I see you mean-"

"I loved my mother and knew her power of good and it's true you do look like her but you're not"I said cutting her off,suddenly I saw her turning around her hand was on her forehead like if it started to hurt her.

When suddenly I saw her clothes change from black and purple to white and red like the real clothes of my mother.

She started to scream like if she was in pain then a big white light exploded I saw all the evil inside of her going away like if she was trapped inside a vortex of evil or a evil magic spell and she finally broke free from it.

I didn't know what to do so I was just standing there looking around.

There was acres of land burned,not a single thing alive.

I suddenly see the women she was in the floor,I went to her quietly to see if she was ok,I saw her clothes just like our real mom.

My breath hitched,I saw her open one eye and saw me and smiled a bit. Could this really be our mom?I asked myself.

She got up and I helped her up because she looked like if she was going to faint.a

"Are you ok?"I asked a bit nervous.

"Shanna is that really you?"

She looked at me as I helped her up.

"Oh my love how much I'd missed you look how much you grown, you look very beautiful"

I was confused so I started to walk away.

"No please don't leave I'm your real mom,I promise,I know you think I died but I'm not dead"She said.

"No you're lying to me if you were my mom you would still be with us and not here in this horrible place"

"I know"She said in a pleading voice,I was about to run when suddenly I felt soft things on my body they were big so they almost cover my whole body.

These things were like hugging me but what are they that when I felt the arms wrapped around my neck like in way of hugging me.

"What is this"I asked myself.

That's when I notice that the big soft fuzzy things wrapped around me were tails.

I slowly turned around and saw the women with nine tails and exactly when my eyes landed on her eyes...

I knew that she was mother.
