Isabelle's POV

I rubbed my forehead trying not to cry.

This is depressing, I should have never acted the way to them.

I tried holding back a sob but being a vampire is hard since our emotions double, it's hard.

James was pacing back and forth near the table.

Why why do I act this way but sometimes it just gets annoying having to repeat myself to them.

Ugh why why, ugh I'm going to give up.

I mean yes they're a big part of me but still they're so annoying, well sometimes.

"We have to find them who knows how much land they have covered"

"Double trouble" I said angrily while almost flipping the table.

See only one thing can get me so mad that I want to throw anything that I have.

James looked a bit startled but shrugged it off.

We started making our way out looking for something that can show us where they went.

I saw James turn into a bat making me sigh and turn into a bat too.

We flew up looking at the trees that had a bit of burn and frost.

This won't help out at all because they all have burn or frost.

I flew back down with James behind me.

Why did I not think about this before?

I turned back and started smiling like crazy.

"Okay calm down" James said angrily.

"Shut up"I said and he rolled his eyes but smiled.

He got closer to me and I squeezed his hand focusing.

"OUCH" He said.

I rolled my eyes and saw images pass.

Ashe was flying her dragon but I couldn't see Shanna.

And it just stopped.

"No no no there's a spell or curse or something evil" I said while running my hand through my hair and then fixing it again.

Hey my hair has to look good.

"What is about girls and their hair" James mumbled.

"What is about boys and sports"

"There not the only ones that like sports"

"Think about one girl that likes sport and doesn't care about her hair"

"Ashe" He said,and my blood boiled.

"You don't know her"I shouted angrily.

"You don't know her not me" He said while pointing at me.

"I've been there for her... you haven't"I hissed.

"Have you really been there for her"

I stayed quiet, she never told me.

All she ever told me was that she loved me or that she was just kidding around about something she said.

When ever she would complain about something I would just tell her in front of others that she was just imagining them.

James looked satisfied and started using his hunting skills.

I looked around and for the first time, I had nothing to say or to do.

Why did all of this have to happen?

Now everything is messed.

More pine trees here and there,snow falling softly.

"How did you guys manage?" James asked.

"I would hunt and Ashe somehow manage to get other materials"

"What about Shanna?"

"She would be in the look out or create a firewall to protect us"

He nodded while walking and me following him.

I rolled my eyes a little.

"How did you manage" I said while looking around.

Trees some have frost designs and some have ashes formed as a flame.

"Well sort of like you but I took refuge near a waterfall.I hunted some birds for food and drank the waterfall"

"Huh that sounds easier than what we did"

"It is but at least you had more eyes"

"It doesn't matter it was still as difficult"

"Are you saying that Ashe and Shanna are a handful"

"You have no idea"

He put his hands in his pocket and I looked at him.

"You've changed"He mumbled.

"Everyone does" I said while walking farther but stopping.

"No-"

"Yes everyone does change"

He looked taken back but stayed quiet.

I turned away trying to hold back tears.

"It's your choice to change"James whispered and I wiped my eyes preventing myself from crying.

I glanced at him,he was already looking for more clues.

I sighed,a shaky sigh.

Ashe/Icy's POV

I clung to Icelyn's scales scared of falling.

My eyes wonder around and I slowly let go and laid back on Icelyn's back.

"Why is Isabelle mad"Icelyn whispered comfortingly.

"Me and Shanna killed Ander"

"Oh my,that bully deserved it though"

"No one deserved to die and besides he was James best friend"

"Ok but what does this have to do Isabelle"

"I guess... I have no idea"

My blood boiled and I sat up.

"I mean who does she think she is, all she does is jabber or gnaw me for doing something wrong or she tells me that I complain a lot"

I stopped and sighed.

"Sorry" I said while petting Icelyn.

"Guess I do complain" I whispered softly while a tear rolled down my cheek.

"You just uh..."

"Need to change my attitude and see things in a different point of view" I said and she stayed quiet.

Guess I do.

"Where we going?" I asked while looking at some burned trees.

That's new, I have always been running around in the forest but never seen this.

A felt a wave of evil rushing over making me gulp.

"Icelyn turned around" I said but she ignored me.

"Icelyn I swear" I said angrily.

"You usually don't swear" Icelyn said and acted surprised.

I tried acting angry but I'm shaking with fear.

Have never really gotten over the fear of what happened last time.

"Icelyn if you don't head back I will throw myself from your back" I said threateningly.

She ignored me again making me angry.

I stood up making her look at me.

"What are you doing Princess" She said.

I shrugged innocently and jumped from her back.

Woah... this is amazing.

Icelyn roared and I could feel the wind of her icy wings.

My hands gripped an unburned tree branch.

Okay so far so good.

I let go and look at Icelyn who was coming towards me.

Shoot.

I started running towards Angel and Daniel's pack house.

If I'm not wrong,hopefully I'm correct.

Footsteps,not Isabelle's or James's.

Shoot I forgot about the Hunters.

"Ooof" I said tripping over a root of a pine tree.

The day I choose not to use shorts and bring a sweater.

"Over here" One of them shouted,water started oozing from my nose.

Icelyn landed next to me,bowed and left.

Seriously?!?!

Snow started falling making me smirk a little.

I scampered to my feet and put my hands up.

The snow started falling harder.

"It's an ice person"

IT?!

That's how they address us immortal people.

IT?!

A hoodie appeared making me smile in relief.

The hunters catched up and I waved my hand making icicles.

That should hold them,I started running again passing Angel and Daniel's house.

More water started oozing but then I hit something and fell.

I groaned and wiped the water but soon was squashed by four arms.

"PLEASE DON'T KILL ME" I screamed at the top of my lungs.

"Calm down geez"Isabelle said.

I brought my feet up and crying sounds came out from my mouth.

Wait I have never been able to do crying sounds, and then just like that I started laughing.

James laughed a little but Isabelle just looked at me creeped out.

I smiled at her and she looked away.

"Look who's smiling" I said while giggling.

Isabelle looked at me and a smiled cracked on her face.

"Where's Shanna?" James asked and I shrugged.

"Wherever she is she'll be fine" I said.

"How do you know" Isabelle said and I raised an eyebrow.

"Whenever she's sad she will summon Flames or uh her wolf" I said,not knowing the name of her wolf.

Isabelle nodded and helped me up.

"Let's go home and wait for her so the hunters can't get us" I said while pushing James and Isabelle towards our house.

"Hunters?" James said.

I nodded when we entered the house.

James sat down confused but we waited.

Shanna/Flamey's POV

I felt so happy seeing our mother alive and well.

"Mom" I shouted," I missed you so much"

I turned around and jumped on her, I guess I did it too hard because I was to drop her to the floor.

"Oops sorry I guess I got to excited" I said.

"It's ok" Our mom said, two of her tails were surrounding me like in a way to protect me from something.

"Mom now that you are with us why not come to where we live we have so much to talk about I'll tell you all about it on the way their let's go"

I started to pull her but she didn't move or budge.

"Mom are you ok?" I asked.

"Yes honey only that I don't think it's a good idea to show my face to your sisters and brother I'm suppose to be dead"

"Who cares they can forget about that,after all that happen to James aswell"

"Hu?"

"I'll tell you later come on let's go"

"Ok fine but how are we supposed to go back I don't think your house is close by...is it?" She asked.

"No we'll fly their"

"What!" She shouted.

"Ya my spirit animal can take us Flames my phoenix that's how I got here"

"Oh ok"

"Just let me call her ok"I said.

"FLAMES!" I shouted then out of nowhere a bright reddish with yellow bird came and the closer she got the more you can see she was on fire when Flames finally landed.

Mom looked a bit scared.

"This is your bird" She said.

"Yes she's made of fire after all I'm fire myself we all have one" I said.

"James,Isabelle,Cassy, and Ashe oh my"She said," How amazing is that" "Ya I know you'll meet them once we get there"

I helped my mom up on Flames.

"So why did you get here?" She asked.

"Also why were you crying" She asked.

"It's because I killed someone" I said.

"What?!Why would you do...what?!" She said.

"Sorry it's just that I had to the one I killed was a boy from my school, I did it because he was bullying Ashe you should've seen the way he left her.I just couldn't resist seeing my sister being bully in front of my eyes"

I felt my eyes turning fire red like always when I get mad, I saw my mom from the corner of my eye and saw that she was a scared.

I tried to forget about it when all of sudden I felt our mom hugging me.

"You have grown I'm so proud of you my dear Shanna"

"I knew you would grow up to be just like your Mother"

I turned around and hugged her back.

"Thank you mom" I said.

"Know I need to train you to be even more stronger and become like me" "How like you?" I asked.

"Well I never told you or anybody but before I met your dad, I was an assassin until I met your dad and fell in love and then we got married and had you and your sisters and brother.I was the happiest person alive"

"I know" I said with a smile.

"That's pretty cool I guess that's how I got to be a good fighter because you were the one that saw me all the time" She said.

"So how's the rest of my family"

"Good only that..." I stopped and got started to get sad

"Only that what?" She said.

"It's just that cassy is not with us"

"What do you mean my dear?"

"It's just that she became evil"

Mom looked confused more than ever.

"Uh nevermind,oh look we're here" I said while getting off Flames and helping Mom.

My heartbeat pounded wildly, what if they don't believe me?

I shakily got a grip on the doorknob and opened it.

James and Ashe were staring at each other while Isabelle was watching excitedly.

'Ugh how much longer" James said trying not to blink.

Ashe didn't respond but soon James blinked making them rub their eyes.

"Hi Shanna oh ma'am" Ashe said respectfully.

James and Isabelle were just staring.

Mother's tails just waved around nervously.

"Mother?" They said except Ashe who kept her distance.

Right after all she've been through she would have trust issues.

Mother was about to burst into tears but hugged all of us.

"Ashe oh my you've grown"

"Uh yes uhm well I will see you guys later" Ashe said while going to the door.

I blocked her way.

"What it's time for school"

I looked at her up and down.

Ashe/Icy's POV

They were staring at me with a what-the-hell look.

Not my fault that I sense some evil around the house.

James was sitting down and tears were streaming down his face.

I looked up looking at the woman,my bangs falling over one of my cheeks covering a bruise I had.

She looked just like Mom,but I don't want to be rejected.

Or make any mistakes so I stayed put.

"Where do you think I will be able to sleep" The woman asked.

"There's an empty bedroom upstairs near Isabelle's room" I said while smiling as kindly as possible.

"Thank you"She said, I nodded.

Once she was gone, I felt a slap across my bruised cheek.

"Ouch that hurt" I told Isabelle while approaching her.

"That's nothing" She retorted back.

I felt my blood boil making the pain numb.

"You're right it isn't I could think of many things that hurt even worse"

"Oh please don't tell me that Ander made things worse"

"No it was nothing compared to what you did"

"What did I do I just slapped you"

"NO you rejected me in front of the whole school and you didn't do anything when people started telling me things" I said angrily.

"I never did that"

I felt my eyes turn white and I flipped the table with one swing.

Isabelle and James took a step back.

"The same thing you always deny and never accept" I said while grabbing the two ends of the table and slamming it back in place.

I turned around and headed for the door.

Shanna made way and I slammed the door behind me.

I pushed my bangs back and let out a shaky breath.

Tears well up and I sighed.

"I never did that" I mumbled angrily and one tear rolled down.

"Yeah sure" I said while blowing my bangs off my face.

I got to the school and saw it close making me bit my lip.

Let's try something new, I would act like Isabelle whenever she is mad.

A few minutes later James, Isabelle and Shanna came and I headed for the now open school.

Angel and Daniel waved from the doors making me smile.

"Hi" We said in union.

We started walking quietly.

"Have you heard that Ander has gone missing"

"Missing" I said a bit shocked.

How did they find out?

"Yeah people say that he was hunting but never came back"

My heart beat started speeding just like my phone ringing.

Wait my phone?!

I blushed a little when everyone looked at me.

I took it out and saw who is calling right now, which is James.

Daniel and Angel looked at me and I pressed ignore.

"Sorry" I said while blushing a bit more.

"You know you could just have answered it" They whispered when I turned off the phone.

"I don't want to" I said while hugging myself.

They nodded and we headed for class passing James.

He's going to be so mad.

Finally lunch, I wonder what were having.

"You haven't really talked a lot"Daniel said.

"Really" I said while poking at my food.

Isabelle and James looked at each other and I sighed.

Have no idea why I feel so down, it just happens.

Shanna looked up and looked at me weirdly.

I glanced at the hunter's table and saw Ander's other friends that also helped him bully me.

"I have to go" I said while grabbing my tray and throwing it away.

I saw another one of Ander's friend about to hit a girl, I bumped into him so hard that he stumble forward.

"Hey watch where you're going" He shouted but I ignored him.

"HEY!!" He shouted while grabbing me from the collar.

He turned me around and smirked.

"Well Well what do we have here?, A lost girl"

I glared at him although I knew he wasn't going to move.

"No I'm not lost your the lost girl"

He pushed me and I stumbled backwards.

Something in me took over and I pushed him back,he slammed into one of the lockers.

More of the hunters came looking angry.

You just can't touch any unless you want to get beaten to a pulp.

"You have something to do with Ander, don't you"One of them said while walking around me.

My heartbeat stopped, I still remember how I tried grabbing him but ended up tripping him.

"Of course not"

"Yeah right you froze"

"How are we supposed to know it wasn't you, your his friends"

"We're his friends"

"Exactly no one would ever realize it"

One of them were about to punch me but I ran.

Great I left her alone, I turned around and saw them about to punch her.

This is going to cost me a lot.

I grabbed a balloon and threw it.

James was there and face palmed.

"GET HER" They shouted while chasing me.

No damn you stairs.

Oh railing this is why we have you.

I jumped on the railing and slided down while laughing a little.

Shoot,we are in the second floor and the railing stops.

I glanced at the hunters who were gaining on me.

No time for slow railings, I jumped from the top of the stairs to the bottom of the stairs.

"Come back or are you chicken"

"Or" I said while smiling and running off again.

This is how usually I would escape.

A yelp escaped my lips when something passed by.

Suddenly I tripped and saw that Ander's friend, threw himself grabbing my leg.

"Let go" I said while accidently kicking him in the nose.

"Sorry" I added and mentally face palmed.

I got up and so did he, he swinged and I dodged.

Chris,one of the hunters got in between when I was going to throw a punch.

"Calm down would ya"

I rolled my eyes but didn't do anything.

"What are you guys doing"

"She started it, she threw a balloon"

"A harmless balloon that ended up flying out of my hand"

"Was not"

I rolled my eyes once more but didn't say anything.

Chris looked at me and I stared back at him, he was sort of like a big brother to me.

While Chris was giving me another one of his lectures I saw one of the hunters grab my drawing book and light it up in flames.

James looked at me and at Chris.

"Ok that enough with the lecture Chris, I think she has it don't you"

Tears filled my eyes and I ran that book was the only thing that had a picture of my parents,and the first gift I had ever had from them.

Angel and Daniel were with the girl making me smile a little.

"Are you ok?" I asked and she nodded.

"You have no soul" Daniel said.

"I'm sorry,wait for what?"

"You didn't tell us to help you"Angel said and I rolled my eyes.

"Are you ok,you have a bruise"The girl said.

"I've had it since last week"

Angel and Daniel were about to say something but stopped.

I know what is coming.

"Why the hell would you do that Ashe" James said and I shrugged.

"You know Isabelle is going to kill me"James added and I raised an eyebrow.

He rubbed his hair and left.

"He's your brother?" The girl said and I nodded.

"My name's Ashe, nice to meet you Abela" I said while taking out my hand for her to shake it.

Angel and Daniel and Abela looked at me as if I was wearing something.

"What?"

"Stalker" Angel said.

"Her name's on her binder" I replied.

Abela blushed while Angel and Daniel's mouth dropped.

I laughed a little and we entered the classroom.

Shanna/Flamey's POV

I wonder what was going around with Ashe I thought she was ok.

After what happen to Ander and that our mom came back but it seem to do the opposite of that.

I wonder why I feel good having our mom back to us but why not Ashe.

Oh well I guess I will have to figure it out by myself.

Oh shoot, I know why maybe she's mad with me because I told her that I will teach her to unleash her ultimate.

Maybe that's why I guess I can do it after school I'll take her without telling anybody.

It might be dangerous after all I don't know if her ultimate is big,small,strong,weak,or even dangerous around people.

That's why I'm going to teach her to control it maybe she can practice around dummies.

Yep that's how I'm going to do it just incase, I'm going to wear my fighting armor with a fire barrier because I'm going to fight her so that she will be able to get strong and fight back those hunters and I'll ask our mom to give me a tip for Ashe.

Later after class I went to James.

"Hey James what are you doing?"

"Oh Hi nothing much and you looking for Ashe?"

"Have you seen her"

"Um let me think oh ya she was with her friends... Daniel and Angel?"

"Oh ok thanks wait but where?"

"Oh right sorry they were going into the forest to play or something like that"

"Ok thanks" I said and left.

I was entering the forest when I heard some whispers and I was able to recognize one it was Ashe.

I followed her voice they were surrounded by beautiful flowers and my favorites,red roses.

Oh right it must be Angel and Daniel they have nature powers.

Angel has like plants and stuff like that, while Daniel has animals and a little bit of plant's power.

Very cool but then again besides us they are the only immortals with powers.

"Hey Ashe" I shouted.

"Oh uh I...Shanna want to joined us"

"Oh no I just came to ask you something"

"Oh sure what is it"

"Oh um can you come it's sore of private"

"Uh sure?"She said while standing up.

"Sooooo what do you want"

"Oh um well I figured your kind of mad and sad because I forgot to teach you to unleash your ultimate remember" I said.

She looked clueless.

"That I will teach you but I never did"

"Oh ya but when we can do it after school we need one more class and their"

"Oh ok see ya then ok"

"Oh wait"

"Yes?"

"But where are you going to train me?"

"Just go to our house and I'll take you from their"

"Ok"She said and then I left.

I felt so excited not only because I'm going to teach Ashe's ultimate but in one month it's going to be my birthday and Ashe's too.

I was born a few minutes ahead but still and we are going to turn 15.

Man time goes fast, oh well no worries but their is something that I always wonder.

Will Ashe ever fall in love with somebody, I mean she will but how she's to shy and does not trust anybody besides me.

I think and I also wonder will I fall in love too and will James, Cassy and Isabelle.

I guess I can ask Isabelle for a time bubble but that's to much trouble, I guess I will have to wait until that happens...if it ever happens.

I went to my last class which is a weird one for me because is about how to kill a mythical animal,

To bad they don't know that they don't know that they are very nice like the one I have flames.

So beautiful, oh well it's not like a have a choice.

Finally it was after school I guess Ashe must be happy about this because it's about to get serious.
