Shanna/Flamey's pov

It was Saturday,December 22.

I woke up in the early morning and notice that the whole pack was not their beside james and isabelle and ashe and of course me Wonder what happen,I took a quick shower and woke up Ashe.

"Ashe,Ashe"I said shaking her.

"What?"She said sleepily.

She usually likes to sleep through the whole Saturday.

"Hey help me in something"I whisper.

"What happen, wow where is the pack?"She said happily.

"Wow how did you knew that their was nobody here besides you and me and our brother and sister"

"Because I'm able to feel them just like you"

"Oh ok hurry get ready"

"Ok just hold up"

She took a quick shower and got dressed into her normal clothes just like me.

"Hey today is our birthday which means that we can do whatever we want ...right?"Ashe said while grinning mischievously.

I nodded and smiled mischievously too.

"Ok I have an idea we should booby trap the outside-"

"So if anybody tries to get out they get pranked"I said finishing off for Ashe. We went outside and Ashe put an ice bucket.

"From an angle so you can't see it"I said.

Ashe rolled her eyes but moved it.

"This is going to be very good"I said.

"Ya",said Ashe while putting some wires on the floor.

There is a tiny fence of the wires and I have no idea what they're for.

"Hey I have another idea"

"Really?"Ashe said.

"Ya let's go back inside"

We were in the living room and Ashe crossed her arms while looking at me. "Ok so what's the plan?"Ashe asked.

"Well since it's our birthday I guess we could also prank James and Isabelle"

"Ok but how?",said Ashe.

"Well I was thinking about throwing feathers at them after they take a bath or something"

"And we can also put paint in their shampoo"

"Nice,Ok who do you want to do?"

"James"

"Ok I'll do Isabelle,what paint you want?"

"Well since he is a boy let's do pink"

"Ok then"

I just go upstairs and got paint,I have paint in my room because I sometimes get bored and start to paint anything that pops into my head,sometimes just like Ashe just that I don't keep my paintings.

"Ok Icy here"

I gave a small bottle with pink paint.

"Ok let's go"

"Ok"

We started to go to james room which was basically Icy's room,they share because Isabelle doesn't trust James by himself.

But she does with Icy,weird.

"Ok now where does he have his shampoo?"I asked Icy.

"Oh I think in his wardrobe"

We check inside and found it.

This is amazing no wonder Icy likes this.

"Ok now it's your turn to do the trick ok?"Ashe said.

I saw Ashe getting the shampoo and throwing it away.

"Ok good here the pink paint you requested"I said while handing the paint. She started to pour it inside,we put james shampoo back the way it was not an inch more or less.

How can be Ashe be so accurate I would never know.

"Ok so you are going to do Isabelle,right?"

"Ya"

"Ok what color are you going to do?"

"Well let's do her least favorite color"

"Ok that would be poop green"

"Yep"

"You got it?"

I got green paint mixed with black that accidently had mixed and kept,we entered Isabelle's room.

"Ok so where does she have her shampoo?"

"Under the sink"--said Ashe--"If no then I think inside the bathroom"

We went inside and saw it next to her mirror,wow.

"Ok found it"I said.

"Prank time"We said in union.

Ashe threw a little giggle,I threw away the shampoo and put the black-green paint inside of the bottle.

"Ready"I confirmed to Icy,and put it back the way it was.

Isabelle and I don't share rooms only James and Ashe so we went back to the living room.

"Ok now what?"Ashe asked while going to some cabinets inside the kitchen.

"Ok now when they go in and use their shampoo they will asked us what we did to their shampoo so when that happens we are going to throw feathers at them"

"But how are they are going to get stuck to them"asked Ashe while coming outside and putting this blob thing under the couch,well almost everywhere,where you can't see it.

"Well you know because they're wet so it's going to get stuck to them like glue"

"Oh I see then we run but where?,remember we put the ice wall"

"Oh right I guess we will make them look for us"

"But how?"

"You'll see"I said but in my mind I was thinking how could we hide.

It's easier said than done, it's going to be hard but ''ll come up with something.

"I always do,right?"I said to myself a bit scared and I wonder if they even now it's our birthday.

I hope so.

Later that day James woke up first,wait he was inside?

"First victim"I whispered to Ashe.

"Yes let's go ok, we have to be ready with the feathers"

Since some of our pack members hunt that's how we got the feathers from. "Ok Ashe here's a bucket filled with feathers ok"

Ashe nodded while smiling,well she does have more experience with this kind of stuff.

We saw james coming out of the door and he looked really mad.

"ASHE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHANNA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"He yelled.

"Ok go go"I said but Ashe was already going to him.

"Yes big brother what's up,beautiful day"

"Don't act,look at my hair it's pink"

"And..."She said.

"What do you mean and ca-"

When suddenly I saw ashe throwing the bucket of feathers to James in mid-sentence and ran to me.

"Ok Isabelle's turn"I mumbled under my breath.

James just went running inside the bathroom like getting ready for something.

We went running to Isabelle's room.

"SHANNA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ASHE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"She screamed.

"Yes"I said going to her.

"What did you did to my hair?"She said.

"Me nothing"I said.

"Sure I so be-"

That's when I throw the bucket of feathers to her and she also goes back to get ready for something.

"Ok let's hide"I said we both dash downstairs.

"Where are we going?"--Ashe said--"There's no place to hide in the living room"

"Yes their is watch"

I lifted a piece of the painting,I once made which led to an underground tunnel.

"Wow"Ashe said.

"How did you knew this was here"She asked once we had entered.

"I used my fire magic to tell me where we could hide"

"Oh nice,ok stay quiet because they could still hear us"Ashe whispered.

"Ok"I whispered back.

After a while Ashe and me heard voices,it was James and Isabelle looking for us.

"Ok"--I whispered to Ashe--"When we don't hear anything we will come out"

"Got it"She whispered back.

After five minutes or so I couldn't hear anything.

"Ashe it's time to go up"I said.

"Ok"She said back.

I hope they are not in sitting in the couch because they will get scared in front of the couch.its the opening so ya.

Hope they are not there.

We came out and I couldn't hear anything.

"Wonder where they are,well they're here but were"I asked Ashe.

"Don't know,wait I think upstairs"

"Oh ok let's just stay here after all they want to find us"

"True

We sat down when suddenly somebody was coming downstairs very quickly.

"So there you two are"

Ashe and me turn around and saw that it was James and Isabelle.

"Oh hi"Ashe and I said in union.

"Stop acting"Isabelle screamed.

"What do you mean?"I said.

"Don't act"--James said--"look at what you done my hair is pink"

"And my hair is green"--Isabelle said--"and we have feathers all over and ice fell on me" james said

"When I went to the kitchen,you guys know better than to act like that"Isabelle said.

"You guys better apologise and clean up for what you did"James said. "B-but"I said.

"No buts"James shouted.

"Ok"I said almost crying.

I called Ashe and motion her to let's go.

"Ok"Ashe said while destroying the ice wall.

"They will get more mad if they find out about it ok?"Ashe said also about to cry like me.

We cleaned up everything then left outside, we were walking to the garden where we trained last time.

We sat down without saying anything, when I broke the silence saying.

"I guess they forgot our birthday"I said.

"Ya that's sad and they are our family,I can't believe it I had so many pranks to still do on them"

"Ya I know I also had a prank that always wanted to do on them"

"Really?"--Ashe said--"What what,tell me please"

"Ok I'll tell you,when James went to sleep I wanted to put makeup on him and dress him like a woman"

"Oh nice prank"Ashe said.

"Ya I know but since this happen I doubted they will let us prank them" "True hey I'm bored let's go somewhere"

"Ok but were"

"Don't know to sad to think but I do not want to go back home"

"That's for sure"

"You got that right"Ashe said.

"Ok can you think of anything why not to take a flight"I said.

We called our animals since Ashe shook her head.

"FLAMES"I called and saw a black bird coming while Ashe called her animal.

"ICELYN"Ashe called and a big ice dragon came next to my bird.

We got on and left.

"I'm bored Flames take us somewhere far away from here"

"Ok princess you mean like last time"

"Ya only not to that place"

"Ok"

"Same for me Icelyn"

"Ok my princesses"

Our animals took us far away from home we passed Ashe's friends home, Angel and Daniel, they saw us and waved hi and we waved back.

After that we saw Cassy walking with some friends she looked up but ignored us.

"Ok that was weird"I said to Ashe.

"Ya"Ashe said.

"Oh well we can't do anything for know"

Later we landed somewhere that we never knew existed around us, it looked like my garden only more like forest,I guess it was a mixture of both.

"It looks beautiful"Ashe said.

"I know thanks Flames"I said while getting off.

She started leaving,"If you need help just call me my princess"

"I will"I said going in.

"Wait!"Ashe shouted.

I stopped while she was saying bye to her animal like me.

"Ok ready?"I said.

"Ready"Ashe said.

We both went in together, it's was amazing it was day so the sun shined bright making this beautiful forest look nice, it had flowers that I never seen only in books and some were made of completely of fire and some of ice. Ashe was so excited that she was about to pick up an ice flower,when I stopped her.

"Wait"I said while smacking her hands.

"What?"Ashe said.

"Don't pick them up we don't know if this might have dangerous stuff,it could kill you and I would not like that on our birthday"

"Ok"Ashe said, she just smelled them a little.

"Shanna"She shouted,

"Yes"I said looking at more flowers.

"Look their red roses next to fire roses"

"I know"--I said--"I saw them already"

"Oh ok"

I saw a curtain of leaves around and in the middle of the whole place was a big beautiful fountain with water.

"How nice"I mumbled,Ashe looked confused.

"Here"I said,she came next to me.

"Look"I said.

"Wow that's a big fountain,wonder how many people have peed there"She said.

"I know,wait what"--I said and she just shrugged--"And the water is so bright,I wonder who owns this place or helps it grow and keep it safe"

"Let's just hope they don't try to hurt us because that's not how it is,after all we just came here because we were sad but this place made me more happy"

"Ya that's right"Ashe said,I went to the fountain and read a sign in the fountain.

It said whoever drinks from this fountain will gain the power of seeing the evil power of people or the good power they have inside of them "Wow"I breathed out.

"What?"

"Read it"

"Ok"

She got closer and read it.

"Woah"

"I know right"I said.

"Ya but I have that"

"Sure you do"

"Really I do"

"Well I know who has the evil power but I can't see inside of them"

"See you don't only part of it maybe you should get that power"

"What?"--Ashe said,her eyes widen a little--"You mean drink the water from this fountain"

"Ya I'll do it with you"

"Ok"

We both got water and drank at the same time,I suddenly felt weird,I looked at Ashe and I saw the inside of her.

Were her magic and power comes from.

"Wow this is awesome"I said to myself I saw the color was blue,I guess that means she's has good inside of her.

Wonder what color is for evil,I guess it's black.

"WOW!"Ashe screamed making me jump scared.

"What"I said anxiously.

"I can see the inside of you and your magic or power is red"

"Really?"

"Ya"

"Nice yours is blue"

"So what's the color of evil?"She asked.

"I guess it's black"

"I guess so"

"Well let's take a last sneak peek here and let's go back"

"Ok"

We looked around and saw a lot of flowers,after five minutes O told ashe it's time to go.

We left and called our spirit animals and left back home.

"It was a nice place"I said to Ashe.

I saw Ashe's animal and mine and also saw the same colors as us,Ashe's dragon was blue and my bird was red.

Nice maybe like that I can tell the evil people around us.

I glanced at Ashe who was just staring at the clouds.

Sometimes I wish I had the powers of the other immortal twins,where they could read the twin sister's mind so they could know what's going on and what their troubles are.

Ashe/Icy's POV

Clouds are pretty.

Clouds can't fall and get hurt,they keep floating.

Clouds can rain with people still loving it,people can't, once you do something they start hating you.

They're always up never down.

I sighed and smiled as I felt the wind in my cheeks.

"Do you think they would remember by now"I said while closing my eyes.

"Maybe"Flamey said unsure.

I opened one eye and glanced at her watching her fidget.

"You don't have to lie"I said making her look at me.

"Know who said anything about lying"

"Last time Isabelle really did forget"

"Uh yeah it was an accident"

"If you say so"

"Look maybe they forgot t-"

"Please no excuses"

"Ok look I just don't know why they could have forgotten"

"Meh"

"Are you going to be like that"

"Hey stop gnashing me about how I act,you should act like to Isabelle"I said while laying back on Icelyn's back.

Icelyn did a spin making me fall and scream in delight.

"ASHE!!"Isabelle scream.

"What in the what?"I said confused and stopped gliding making me fall harder.

"Oh shoot Oh shoot Oh shoot,this is amazing!!"I said while laughing.

Icelyn swooped up making me laugh and clap my hands.

Woah okay that was a bit childish.

"Never do that"James said while flapping his wings.

Icelyn chuckled a bit and did more spins,making me laugh a lot.

She stopped and I hold my stomach.

"That hurts"I said while holding into Icelyn's stomach.

Icelyn laughed shaking a lot almost making me lose my grip.

Shanna laughed while Flames went near Icelyn.

"Thanks"I said while petting Icelyn's head.

She flew to the ground really fast and stopped just in time before my head hit the ground.

"Welcome princess"Icelyn said while I got down from her stomach.

Flames slowly came making me fake yawn.

"Hey don't be mean"Shanna said and I stuck out my tongue while she hoped off.

"Fine ok ok that was pretty slow and calm"

I crossed my arms and Flames looked sad and I petted her making Icelyn growl.

James and Isabelle turned back to their human selves.

Icelyn and Flames bowed before leaving.

"That was fun what's next"I asked Shanna who smiled and grabbed my hand.

"Hey where do you think your going"

We ignored them and continued walking around the forest.

"Watch this"I said while waving my hands and creating outfits for us making her smile.

"Race ya"Flamey said while running at full speed.

I turned into my wolfy self and started running after Shanna.

Other steps ringed into my ears as I glance to the sides seeing Isabelle and James.

Woah there power is so bright,I growled and started running faster,passing Shanna.

I jumped over a bush and put my paws on top of the trespasser.

"How dare you step on me"

Wait a girl voice?

I growled and she slapped me in the face making me step away a bit,shocked.

"How dare you trespass"I growled and turned into my human form.

She stood up and looked surprised when she saw me.

My eyes widen and then she suddenly disappeared.

I waved my hands making snow fall and saw footprints,I slowly made my bow and arrows and shot the arrow.

"Hey that was rude anyways I'm leaving"The voice said and I could hear the person running and I shot some more arrows just incase.

Suddenly I was blown away making me hit a nearby tree.

Woah ok that was hard,at least she didn't enter the territory.

Shanna halted and stopped when she saw me sitting under a tree.

"Sorry"I said while getting up and melting the snow.

I blinked a couple of times taking away the color of the power and the inside making me sigh in relief.

It's sort of disturbing.

James and Isabelle came after a few minutes and we were just silent.

"Ok well bye"I said while running again to the house.

I gasped for breath when I entered the house.

Everyone of the pack stopped,smiled and continued doing what they were doing.

"Happy Birthday"My Uncle Chef said and I hugged him.

"Thank you"

"Aww don't worry,hurry eat it before your brother and sisters come"

I sat down and ate as slow and fast as I could.

It took a few minutes for me to finish the slice of cake.

"How's the sample"Uncle Chef said while coming out.

"UH....very good"I said while looking at the cake that I had accidentally scooped the chocolate frost.

Well more liked dipped my finger into the chocolate frost.

The door opened and Isabelle,James,Shanna and Angel and Daniel's wolf pack came in.

I got up really fast knocking down the chair and hugged Angel and Daniel's mom.

"Aww you've grown to a beautiful tall lady"She said while pinching my cheek.

I winced but she continue pinching my cheek and moving my head.

She started moving my head faster making me dizzy.

"Happy Birthday Shanna and Ashe"She said happily letting my cheek go and hugging Shanna.

Yay that's out of the way,I backed a bit and bumped into Daniel's friend.

"Hey Ashe"

"Hey Carlos"I said while he rubbed my hair.

He put a hand over my shoulder and continued rubbing my hair.

I tried pushing his hand off but he didn't let go.

"Darn the C"I said and we both laughed.

He grabbed both my hands and pulled me on top of his shoulders as a piggy ride.

"Carlos put her down,she's getting too old to be carried"Isabelle said.

"But she's not ageing"

Isabelle gave him a stern looked and he just continued carrying me.

Shanna laughed when I started gripping him to hard.

"Not to hard"

"Sorry just stop bouncing"

He sat down making me roll of him and into the ground.

"Happy Birthday"Angel and Daniel said while pushing each other.

I smiled and nodded while Shanna jumped on me.

I started to gasp and she laughed while I pushed her off of me.

"Has anyone ever actually trespassed"Auntie said while sitting down and looking at Isabelle.

"No never"I said making Isabelle give me a stare.

Oopsie

Sorry I mouthed and she rolled her eyes but smile.

"Ok that's good"Auntie said and sighed.

My heart started beating faster and it stayed very quiet.

"What is this"A voice boomed and I got up and looked at the woman who had come with Shanna.

"Never the less"I mumbled and Carlos laughed.

"Why are you laughing"She suddenly boomed making him jump.

I stifled a laugh making him roll his eyes.

Angel sat down next to me making the couch jump.

I looked at the woman and there was a tint of black and everything around the tint of black was purple.

Uncle Chef came with a big cake, and put it down in the table.

"Come on Birthday girls"He said while Shanna ran to the table.

I went and sat down and scooped a bit of the frosting.

Shanna glared and I dipped my finger a bit more making her laugh.

"Ok ready"Uncle Chef said while putting candles.

We nodded and Shanna blew on the candles setting the whole cake on fire.

We both screamed and started laughing.

He sighed,smiled and grabbed another one that he always prepares since he knows that she always burns the first cake.

"Ashe take the first bite"Shanna said and I shook my head.

"The oldest should their always first"I said and she looked a bit scared since I did my best polite,uh self.

She was about to take a bit brought herself up.

"You won't push me in,would you?"

I shook my head but smiled.

"Someone hold her"Shanna said and my mouth open a bit.

Carlos came and grabbed both my hands and pinned them behind me.

"What I'm not going to do anything"I said and Shanna looked a bit more relieved.

I glared at her but she bent down,took a bit and kaboom.

I laughed while Carlos stifled a laugh.

Shanna glared at me as she wiped her face with a napkin.

"Hey I said I wasn't going to say anything,the cake did it"I said between laughs.

"Cake didn't like you"--I said and everyone else was laughing--"Beep Beep here comes the third one"

Uncle Chef smiled as he put it down.

"Here's your second chance"I said while smiling.

"Nice try your turn"Isabelle said.

"B-But why me"

"Because it's your turn peepsqueak"

"Give Shanna a s-"

"No thanks"Shanna said and I frowned.

I shook Carlos's arms off of me and bent down.

"Someone hold the Chef down,no offence Uncle"I said and smiled at him.

"Someone hold Carlos,and Shanna and James and Isabelle an-"

"Anymore"

"Yes please stand five feet away from me and the cake"I said while smiling.

Isabelle rolled her eyes but had to back away since she was pinned and being pushed.

I smiled and bite on it and it was good.

"Thank you"I said while eating a bit more.

"Oh come on"James said.

"I cooked it right Uncle"I said and he grinned and nodded.

They slowly came next to me and sat down while I smiled.

"Sometimes we hate you"Angel said making all of us laugh.

The woman still didn't look any happier.

"Look out for rocks"I said while eating a piece and a crunching sound came out making everyone's eyes widen and push the cake away.

"And snakes and evil spirits,you guys don't like frozen cake"I said making everyone glare at me.

James smiled a little but still glared.

"Party poopers"I mumbled while trying not to give in to the pain from the woman's evil magic.

It's so small yet so strong.

I hear footsteps but not inside the pack more like the same footsteps I heard when I tried stopping the trespasser.

Everyone else was eating and I glanced at Shanna.

"Shanna help me,trespasser"I mumbled very quietly.

Her eyes widen as I got up and said a fake excuse.

She followed me and we started running and saw the figure the same place where I had attacked her.

"Leave"Shanna said while creating fire pillars on her hands.

I aimed some arrows at the figure.

She waved her hands and I suddenly saw flowers and a banner saying happy birthday and saw her smiling.

Creepy.

"Leave"I said while letting an arrow go,it hit her hair but didn't injure her.

She screamed carefully collected her hair and left.

The spell started wearing off and Shanna looked at me.

"Do you thi-"

"We can't be sure and I don't want to make obsussions"I said cutting off Shanna.

It's sometimes better not to go to conclusions.

We started making our way back to the house,each one of us quite.

Shanna/Flamey's POV

I wonder if that girl that we saw out there was Cassy.

There's a good chance it was her but I guess Ashe doesn't think the same. Oh well we went back home it was very quiet especially when we entered.

I saw James looking at me weirdly,I just turn away.

"It's time for you presents"

"Really?"I said.

"Ya",said our Uncle.

"Ok here's yours Shanna and this is yours Ashe"

I gently shook my box and so did Ashe making both of us grin.

I open it first.

"I wonder what it is"--I said,I open the small box--"Wow,I like it"

I thanked my uncle.

"Your welcome"

"But is it just a necklace?"I said.

"You know me good my dear girl everything I give you will never be simple you know that,it will have magic or at least a kind of power"

"Really and what power does this necklace have?"I asked anxiously.

"You'll find out at the right time"

"Ok"I said a little disappointed,looking at it I saw Ashe opening her present and it was also a necklace.

"Wait?"--I said-"Are they connected?"

"You catch on good Shanna that's a good gift that you have"

"Thanks I guess I learned that thanks to our mom"I said while looking at our mom.

She smiled at me but I saw inside of her, some stripes of evil and of anger and also sandness.

What is happening?

I looked at Ashe her necklace started to glow blue and so did mine but mine glowed red.

That's when suddenly I saw that Isabelle had also a hidden necklace in her neck that started to glow white and James also had one his started to glow green but he had a bracelet not a necklace like us.

"What?"I said.

I saw everybody looking at us confused and scared,I felt power surrounding us like making a circle.

I saw myself and I was covered in fire Ashe was covered in ice, James was covered in wind in this case you could feel it ,and Isabelle was covered in white,I guess because her power is time.

After a few seconds it went off.

"I thought something was going to happen"I said.

"It will when all of you are together again"

"All of us?"Ashe said,I looked at her making her remember the intruder.

"Oh"She said.

"You mean"--She took a deep breath--"You mean Cassy"

"Indeed"Our uncle said.

It was very late in the night well for us but not for my Uncle.

After all were in vacation because Christmas is coming in a few days,After feeling the power of our necklaces and knowing that when Cassy is here something will happen.

"Hey"--I said to James and Isabelle--"When did you guys get your necklace and bracelet?"

I'm a bit mad because we did not get them sooner.

"Oh"--said Isabelle--"In our birthday like you and Ashe"

"Ya I know but when and why did you two not tell us anything?"

"Oh sorry,Uncle told us not to say anything and we got them before we lost James and Cassy:

"Oh"I said a bit sad because I remember that horrible time.

I felt a two arms hugging me making me look up and see James hugging me.

"Don't worry"--He whispered--"That will never happen again"

I hugged back thinking that but would it be true.

I hoped that we will never be separated from each other.

I hope not and I also hope that Cassy will come to us like James did.

After hugging James,I went to Ashe.

"Hey Ashe"--I said--"Do you want to go outside?"

"Sure"

We went outside making Ashe turn to me an cross her arms making her look more tougher than before.

"So what did you want to talk about?"

"It's because um",I stopped not sure of how to say it.

"What is it?"Ashe looked worried.

"Is because when I saw you guys surrounded in your power,I saw our mom and saw that she had stripes of evil inside of her"

"I know"--Ashe said--"That's why my chest keeps on hurting ever since she moved in"

"Really?"I said a bit freakout.

"Why didn't you told us or at least me"I said.

"Because you wouldn't believe me"--She said--"After all you missed her and so did I and everybody but when she came I fet the evil inside of her so I thought that she was not my mother"

"I know but thanks to the fountain I'm able to know who is good or bad"I said to Ashe.

"What are you planning to do?"She asked.

"I guess for know l'll just act normal but just in case just tell me if you pain gets worse ok? and I'll figure something"

"I can take care of myself got it?"Ashe said.

I smiled and rolled my eyes.

"Good"We both said while smiling.

We went back inside,played a few games like one that we found in school it's called sorry.

Only four players can first it was Ashe,James,Isabelle,and me we played four times and James won two while Ashe and I won the other two and Isabelle was not mad which is surprising.

But the thing that was most surprising was that it was 1:00 am when we went to our beds.

I couldn't sleep thinking about everything;I mean Cassy,our mom and Ashe and wondering if James was right about us never separating.
