Background: Tokusa Midorigawa is the next Deka Green, he's is the successor of Seinichi Enari. He is a husband of his wife name Yuri Asugawa, Tokusa is a young brother of Tachibana who own a Ramen shop, and Tokusa work as a waiter while Tachibana is a chef. Tokusa see Tachibana as a great brother, and he meet Yuri in high school, she often help him in Ramen Shop, they help Tachibana's shop. He also know Kuroki and Tsutsuji who are best friend in high school, one day when Tokusa and Kuroki goes to school, Akamatsu bully them as a teacher, and they both tried to fight back. But when Yuri exposed the truth about Akamatsu being a pervert, the school fired Akamatsu and Tokusa hug Yuri. Later Tokusa got marry to Yuri and they become an married couple. Later Tokusa and Yuri join Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department to become Police Officer, they see Banji is cool which they admired him. Tokusa and Yuri find themselves in a warehouse after someone kidnap them, reveal it was Alienizer. Then Banji and Skylar arrive, they fight Alienizer before DekaRed found them, he save them and bring them to Dekabase, they were shock to see Doggie is alien dog, and Doggie explain that their jobs to save the world from Alienizer, Yuri is worry but Tokusa accept it, and Yuri agree.
