No one's POV

We see a young boy, around his young teens, looking at a girl with long red hair.

Girl: Y/n L/n... Would you please go out with me?

The girl bows, hiding a mischievous smile, as she wants to use Y/n to boost herself on social media.

Y/n: Sorry, but no. I've seen your type.

Girl: ...Eh?

Y/n: You only want me because I'm a top gamer. Only to boost your own popularity. Sorry, but I'm not going to date those who only want to use me for their own gain.

Girl: But... But...!

Y/n: Butts are for sitting, girl. Sorry. Find yourself a better man.

Y/n then leaves, as the girl falls down to the floor.

Y/n(Narrating): My name's Y/n L/n. I'm a top tier gamer, and one of the best players in the Splatoon 3 world. But it's due to this that a lot of girls, whether their gamers or not, have tried to use me to boost their own fame. I've dated so many girls like that I've learned if a girl wishes to use me for their personal gain.

Y/n then enters his room, and starts training in Splatoon 3 Private Battles with some new players, as he did start sort of a lobby to help new players understand the mechanics of the game. About a few hours later, it gets dark.

Y/n: Alright everyone, good job today! Now make sure that you use these techniques in Turf Wars and Anarchy Battles when you get the chance!

Y/n then hangs up, and heads to bed.

Y/n: *yawns* Well, that was an eventful day. Time to finally hit the hay.

Y/n then lays down on his bed and goes to sleep. But soon, his body vanishes from his bed, as if he never even existed in the first place.

Y/n's POV

I open my eyes, and find some weird type of café.

???: Here you go, sir.

I turn to where it's coming from and see a maid.

Y/n: Thank you.

Maid: No problem! By the way... You're Y/n, right? One of the best Splatoon 3 players?

Y/n: If you're going to ask me out, don't bother.

Maid: Oh no, I've seen how you've humiliated some of those greedy girls that have asked you out! Especially that one with the two-timer girl at a high-school homecoming event! I just... have a few questions for you!

Y/n: That's all? Okay, you can sit down if you'd like.

Maid: Thank you so much!

The maid then sits down, and pulls out some paper and a pen.

Maid: So... Would you consider Splatoon 3 more fun than your current life?

Y/n: Hmmm... Odd question... But yeah. It's a hell of a lot more fun than my boring day to day life.

Maid: Okay, okay! Do you have anyone you treasure? Like someone you love, or family you really care for?

Y/n: Hmmm... Yeah, my parents, who let me do this.  They were the only ones who believed in me, and unlike other parents, they used what I gave them to help me go into college.

Maid: Interesting...! This one's a weird one, but I'm going to ask it anyways. Do you believe in God?

Y/n: A tiny bit... I mean, a few things that happened were a miracle, but other than that, I earned everything myself.

Maid: I see... Okay, this is my last question. If you were given the chance to go to another world, and given the same gear/weaponry from what you currently have in the multiplayer and what you had in the the Story Mode, "Return of the Mammalians," would you accept it?

Y/n: Huh.... I mean... I guess... Would be a bit interesting to see how an Octoling would affect the world...

Maid: I see! Thank you for your time!

Y/n: You're wel-

Maid: Enjoy your new life!

Y/n: Wait, what?!

Suddenly, the floor collapses beneath me, just like in the Story Mode, and I start to lose my conscious.

I then wake up and see a very familiar face looking at me.

Y/n: Sa...komi...?

I then start to get up, and as I look around, I notice a mirror and see my appearance.

Y/n: Now way... This can't be real... I'm... my avatar from Splatoon 3?!

Y/n: How did this happen?! What's going on?!

Suddenly, I get a beeping sound, and I check my phone and see a text.

Hello Y/n!

I've decided to text you and let you know that I've sent you to a parallel world, one where there's magic and science combined! This is will be your new life, starting today, and I've decided to put you in an area where you'll get some SUPER strong items! Have fun!

Y/n: What?! Wait a minute... That maid... She had to be... I mean, I've seen things like that before in Isekai animes before! So that means... That maid was a goddess.

I then start looking around the area, hoping to find what she's talking about, and see a broken down building.

Y/n: I'm guessing this is the area she talked to me about... Either way, dangerous or not, I should inside and get some shelter, and maybe some food if I can find anything in there

Y/n then enters the building, and after going a bit deeper in, the a robot is seen.

Y/n: A robot. But how will I be able to-

Y/n then notices the robot has one eye, and no arms, so Y/n tosses out a Splat Bomb, and as the robot looks at it, the bomb goes off, blinding it, and allowing Y/n to get through to the next area. Y/n then looks the door, and barricades it, just to make sure nothing can get inside.

Y/n: There we go.

Y/n then looks around and notices how destroyed the area is.

Y/n: Wow... This place is really been hit hard by something. But that question is-

Suddenly, Sakomi gets out of Y/n's bag, and starts heading through one of the doors.

Y/n: Sakomi!

Y/n then chases his little companion into another area. After a few minutes, Y/n manages to grab him.

Y/n: Hey, you've got to *looks up* stop... doing... that...

Y/n realizes that he's in another area, and he's right now in front of a giant spaceship

Y/n: Holy shito...! That is one big ship!

Y/n then starts to head inside it, but unknown to him, we walked in front of an invisible sensor, which triggered an alarm.

Y/n: Ah shit.

Y/n then starts inking the ground, and after a few minutes, hides within it as he hears footsteps. The footsteps become more clearer and Y/n sees a young girl looking around.

Girl: There is nowhere for you to run, and nowhere you can hide. I know where you are.

The girl's eyes the glow a bright yellow and after a few seconds, points her guns at where Y/n is and begins shooting at it, but Y/n uses his Ninja Squid that was apart of the hero gear in order to get away.

Girl: I can hear you as well.

The girl then keeps shooting in every way Y/n goes, leaving him with no choice but to come out of his ink, allowing the girl to see what he looks like.

Girl: What the?! What are-

Y/n then starts shooting at the girl, and after taking some blasts with the hero shot, covering her eyes, he grabs her from behind.

Girl: Let go of me this instant!!!

Y/n: Sorry, but I've got a crap-ton of answers, and you're going to answer them all!

Girl: You won't get any answers out of me, New Human... or whatever the heck you are! I won't stop until my creator's desire is fulfilled! I will eliminate all New Humans, starting with you!

The girl then grabs Y/n's arms, and tosses him, but before she can shoot him, Y/n tosses Sakomi, allowing the little Salmanoid to attack the girl, which confuses her.

Girl: What is this tiny thing?!

Y/n then sticks his landing, and sees a normal gun, so he quickly grabs it and shoots it at the girl's legs, causing electric sparks to fly around her. After a few seconds, she passes out, and starts a reboot.

Y/n: Sorry about that. But you didn't leave me much of a choice. This way, Sakomi!

Sakomi then jumps back into Y/n's bag, and heads to the front of the ship.

Y/n notices a sign that says, "To Begin Registration, Please Place Hand on Scanner." Y/n then places his hand on it, and it begins to scan him.

???: Registration Complete. Thank you.

Y/n then sighs in relief, but the girl from before comes in with a shocked look on her face, which Y/n notices when he turns around.

Y/n: Oh you've got to be-

Girl: Wait! I won't fight you!

Y/n: Eh?

The girl then walks up to Y/n and begins a scan on his body,

Girl: How strange... You aren't a New Human, you're unlike any creature I've ever seen before, but yet... Old Human DNA resides within you. Just what are you? Better yet, who are you?

Y/n: I won't go into the full details with this girl, especially the part about me being taken here from another world.

Y/n: Well, my name's Y/n... I'm an Octoling... and this is Sakomi, my salvaging buddy.

Girl: Y/n... Octoling... Sakomi...

Y/n: So um... What's your name?

Girl: I do not have one. My father was not able to give me a name, as he was killed before that could happen.

Y/n: I see... Then how about I call you Lucy.

Girl: Lucy?

Y/n: Yeah, it's a basic name I know of, but it's better than anything.

Lucy: Lucy... I like it! Alright! From now on, I am Lucy!

Y/n: So Lucy, will you answer my questions?

Lucy: I will do what I can. After all, you've been registered as the captain of this ship.

Y/n: Okay... Then let's start with this. Tell me about these... New Humans. You kept calling me that when we first met.

Lucy: Of course. At some point at time, some humans were given the ability to use magic. The New Humans, which is what they've been called, fought a war against the old humans. This ship, along with me, is one of the many things that remain of the old world.

Y/n: I see... Interesting... Well, why don't we explore this world together?

Lucy: Are you sure?

Y/n: Yeah! I mean, after all, we're both know nothing about the new humans, or even this world! Plus, if old humans are extinct, killing them all off isn't going to bring the old humans back.

Lucy: *looks down* You are right, if they are all gone... *looks back up* Very well! But first... Let's made some modifications to this ship and clean it!

Lucy then makes a bright glow, and suddenly, a bunch of tiny drones appear in front of her.

Lucy: All right, little ones! I need some of you to clean the ship's interior! Meanwhile, the rest need to upgrade the operating system, the thrusters, and the durability of the ship!

The robots then nod their heads and start moving in different directions.

Y/n: Where those...?

Lucy: Worker bots. They obey me and the one registered to this ship. We'll soon be out of here in no time!

Y/n: Alright! Do you have anything you want to do before-hand?

Lucy: There is one thing... My creator... He was working with another group to make another powerful like this one.

Y/n: If you're going to say that we get him, then we can.

Lucy: Of course!

After many days of work, the ship was finally complete.

Y/n: Alright! So Lucy, set the coordinates for where we need to go.

Lucy: Yes sir!

Y/n then hops into the captain's seat, and as the roof lifts up, the ship takes flight, as Y/n and Lucy head to where the other ship will be.

However, over in that area, a young boy with black hair and eyes is seen entering the area where Y/n and Lucy are heading to.
