Travis POV;

"Good morning Katelyn."

I smiled at Katelyn as the sleepy looking girl came downstairs. A massive yawn escaped her mouth.

"Morning Travis."

"I made coffee, want some?"

"Sure. Thanks."

I poured some coffee in a blue mug and handed it to her. She looked at it and smiled. I smirked. I made a smiley face out of marshmallows on it. She rolled her eyes and took a sip. I sipped my coffee too.

"Do you have work today?"

Katelyn asked me. I shook my head.

"You?"

"Nope."

"Hmm.. what you wanna do?"

Katelyn thought a moment.

"Wanna just hang around at home and watch Netflix?"

"YES PLEASE THAT IS THE SMARTEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD YOU SAY!"

We went and sat on the couch. We sat close to each other. We didn't scoot away. 

"What do you want to watch?"

"I don't care."

Katelyn yawned and snuggled next to me. I tensed and pulled away.

"S-Sorry."

She stammered, I pulled her in close again.

"Don't be awkward, it's fine. Act like I'm just one of the girls."

She shrugged. 

"Okay if you want to talk about peri-"

"NOPE. Not THAT kind of girl!"

Katelyn laughed. I wrapped my arms around her.

Katelyn sighed.

"I miss having a boyfriend."

I stiffened.

"M-Me too... I hate being a single Pringle."

I chuckled. Katelyn sat up and looked at me seriously.

"I-I mean it. I-I... I... I...."

"Katelyn spit it out!"

"I miss... I miss you!"

I stared at her.

"I know we just decided on being JUST friends but... ugh I sound beggy."

"N-No! You're not begging, Katelyn I miss you too! I never wanted to only be friends... I..."

I broke off. 

Katelyn was holding my hand. 

I softened my gaze. Katelyn smiled and opened her mouth to speak but I stopped her and kissed her.
