Chapter Summary
2 days ago, President Lusamine was retrieved from Ultra Space with the help of Lillie, Hau, and their good friend, Atlas. She is now in recovery at Aether Paradise, leaving the Branch Chief, Faba, in charge. Despite his greediness and presumed treason, he promises that he regrets the decisions he made and is willing to do anything to stop the ongoing crisis now making news throughout Alola: the invasion of the Ultra Beasts. He, as well as the rest of the Aether Foundation, and in cooperation with the Island Kahunas, put together Operation: Ultra Guardians, or UG for short. They have selected 10 young island challenge successors, some of whom being Atlas, Lillie, and his two rivals, to uphold the sacred duty of defending Alola from the ongoing invasion. Each one of these trainers will also be tasked with capturing one specimen of a UB. What will be happening in this chapter is everyone will receive a special letter from the Aether Foundation, addressing that you must meet at Heahea City harbor to take a ferry to Aether Paradise. You will join and meet the others, and then be introduced to Aether Foundation and Operation: UG. The Aether Foundation will give each of you your specific UB that you must try to capture. Shortly after that happens, however, there will be an urgent message, calling everyone to help fight off a gang of UB's that invaded Hau'oli City. There, you must go and begin your first mission.
