The saddest smile.

"Why didn't you tell me" Keegan screeched hugging Willow's mid stomach. A pale woman with arched soft baby pink wings, a long silver gown, and baby blonde hair walked by. A familiar gold glow spread around her. "Stay strong, he needs you" the woman said smiling at her voice was pure. The woman twirled and disappeared in a cloud of smoke, Willow bowed down on her knees. "I'm sorry, Keegan I won't do it again" Willow said wiping Keegan' s fat tear off his chin. "Wanna go to the park" Willow  said smiling happily. Keegan  nodded.

The leaves circled around me and my brother. Keegan wore a big brown jacket, thick jeans, and cowboy boots. Willow had a orange sweater on, jeans, and a pair of black boots. The pond at this time of year was pretty empty. Willow crossed her legs on the bench, diary clutched safely in her arms. Keegan was blabbering on about something unheard, climbing a tree. "Be careful" Willow yelled over the chipper wind, she opened her diary and began to dot down things.

     Dear self,
I know most people would be on their phones than writing in a dumb old diary. But I wanted to tell you about the spirit I saw today. She was beautiful, she looked a lot like Melony. Maybe, they are real or maybe they are just my insane imagination. The spirit told me that Keegan would need me one day. I doubt it. He's about the bravest kid I know. In fact we just arrived at the park and he's already climbing a tree! Once again thanks for keeping me happy! - Willow

Willow looked around sunset had already arrived! Willow  saw a small black cat playing the harp on the moon. He had a silver glow around  him, he winked at willow. Willow
nodded her head, beside me Keegan was fast asleep his arm wrapped around my neck. Willow stuffed her diary in his backpack and picked him up like at baby, "let's go home" She whispered.

Dad was home. Mom was home.
Melony isn't here yet.
