Author here with a new story that I think most of you will enjoy!

I live in a super powered society which we call quirks. 80% of the population has these quirks which can let them do many things. As more bagan to appear, society had transcended and with new laws too. Soon enough villians started to appear then heros had put them down. Although for the rest of the 20% were deemed quirkless meaning we had no powers in our DNA. Sadly I am in the 20%... But no matter what I'll walk forward to the path of being a hero! This is my journey...

(I'm skipping the school part because I know you want the good stuff am I right?)

Izuku walks under a bridge to get away from Katsuki Bakugo even if they were best friends from elementary, Izuku had always been picked on and bullied from his 'friend'.

Izuku continues to walk out of the bridge when a sewer pipe had busted scaring the boy.

Sludge: Finally I got away from him... If I knew he was here I wouldn't have stolen that purse!

The sludge turned around and saw Izuku...

Sludge: You might be scrawny but you'll have to do! So come here!

Izuku had been caught and was starting to lose his vision..

Izuku:*Not like this please! Someone! Help me! All Might!*

???: SSSMMMAAASSSSSHHHH!

The sludge villian had been blasted and splattered all over the wall...

Slap! Smack!

???: Wake up kid!

Izuku: Ow...it feels like I got hit by a trai- OH MY GOD IT'S ALL MIGHT!

All-Might: But of course it's me!

He says while he carefully puts the sludge villian inside a plastic bottle...

Izuku: Can you sign my noteboo- You already did! Thank you! This will be a family heirloom!

All-Might: Haha! Now excuse me young one but I need to go hand this villian into the police! This a farewell!

Time slows down and Izuku wants to know something and he wants answers...

He grabbed onto All-Might and was flying away...

All-Might looked down and saw Izuku holding on to him...

All-Might: I know that most of my fans are crazy but not this crazy! Let go!

Izuku: But if I let go I'll die!

All-Might: Good Point!

They land near a roof of a building.

All-Might: Now excuse me but I need to g-

Izuku: Wait! I need to ask!

Izuku puts his head down and yells...

Izuku: CAN A QUIRKLESS KID BECOME A HERO!?

All-Might had a shiver down his spine...

All-Might: I don't think yo-

Just then a cloud of dust surrounds All-Might and the only thing that came out was a scrawny unfit blonde male.

Izuku: Wha- Who are you!? Are you an Imposter!

Toshinori: No yo-

He spits out blood...

Toshinori: I am All-Might. It's just my power is weakening. And to answer your question kid.

"You can't become a hero"

Toshinori: You could be a policemen or a manager of sorts but...being a hero while quirkless is just not possible...

Izuku: A-ah... I se-

An explosion had occurred three blocks from they were standing...

Izuku being the curious boi he is goes to check it out.

Izuku sees the crowd and pushes through only to see a dirty-blonde haired boy getting stuck inside the sludge villian from before...

Izuku looks around and sees a few heros who are complaining that their quirks are not suited for this type of situation...

Izuku looks down in shame and stares at the bo-

Izuku: Kacchan?!

Izuku rushes forward while in his mind...

???: Greetings Izuku Akira Midoriya!

Izuku: Huh? Wasn't I just about to go to save kacchan!? And who are you!?

???: I won't tell you my name... At least not for now... But I have a little gift to you now take it!

??? throws him a mask.

???: Put it on... Good luck out there!

Izuku snaps back into reality and is now in front of the Sludge Villian.

Izuku is now taking off the mask while he was heavily bleeding from it...

All-Might arrived on the scene to see Izuku pulling off a mask of some sorts while screaming-

Izuku: I will rebel against you all! Now come to me!

"PERSONA!"

Izuku had been lit up from blue flames while his eyes that were green were now yellow that can pierce the soul while having blood around his eyes.

He donned on a new outfit too. He had red gloves with a black leather jacket.

Izuku: What's the matter? Are you simply going to watch? Are you forsaking him to save yourself? Death awaits him if you do nothing. Was your previous decision a mistake then? Very well...I have heeded your resolve. Vow to me. I am thou, thou art I...thou who art willing to perform all sacrilegious acts for thine own justice! Call upon my name, and release thy rage! Show the strength of thy will to ascertain all on thine own, though thou be chained to Hell itself! Arsene!

A figure appeared right behind Izuku with a red vest and black wings with a top hat.

Izuku: Let's go!

Izuku pulls out a dagger named Shin Megami Tensei.

He swipes it down on the sludge's eye with Arsene striking down as well delivering more damage to his eye. Izuku grabs his tormentor and bails from the scene back to the heros.

Sludge: My eye! It burns!

All-Might pushes his limits and delivers the final blow to the sludge making the clouds disperse.

All-Might:*I need to talk to him*

After getting praised and scolded, Izuku walks off while his power dimishes and he is back wearing his normal attire...

Katsuki: Deku! I would have handled it if you didn't get in the way!

Izuku: Right...

Katsuki storms off while Izuku goes back to walking.

A wild All-Might appears...

All-Might: Hell-

Izuku sweatdrops...

Toshinori: Right... Uh... What I said on the rooftop... Forget about it. You can become a hero! It doesn't matter if your quirkless! You were the only one in the crowd to save your friend! Now... I want you to inherit my quirk! What do you day young....?

Izuku: Midoriya.

Toshinori: So what do you say young Midoriya?
