❝ GRAND DAY ❞

"Hyung! Chanyeol-hyung sent us a letter!" Hueningkai informed, shouting while waving the envelope he was holding. It's been a week since Jimin told his tale about his first love and some thoughts aren't leaving Hongjoong anytime. The loud young man's voice caught Seonghwa who was busy talking to his lover.

"It's Hyuka. Wait a minute, love." Seonghwa absent mindly spoke, swiftly walking close to Hueningkai who was holding the envelope. The sudden call of a name made Hongjoong flustered, Seonghwa would always call him irritating nicknames when he's about to do something.

After receiving the envelope, Seonghwa went back beside Hongjoong who is sitting at the bench in front of his house. "I got the letter." He informed, sitting next to Hongjoong. The chair was too small for the the two of them to fit, and this was noticed by Seonghwa even though he was curious what is written inside. Hongjoong on the other side, being pushed down to his chair, stood up and let the captain took all the space.

"This kid."

The young Kim sighed, as he was about to leave, the captain pulled him by the waist and made him sat at his lap. Currently, Hongjoong is sitting at Seonghwa's lap, while the captain's one hand is holding his waist, while the other one is holding a rectangular paper.

"It's a wedding invitation. The whole villa is invited." The captain spoke, pulling Hongjoong closer to him. The young Kim, being curious what the letter looks like, he grabbed Seonghwa's wrist and read ths invitation.

Village : Unbi

Time : 2:30PM

"Is this how the wedding invitations should be? I haven't into any weddings so I don't really have any idea." Hongjoong asked curiously, eyes on the paper, "hmm, people have different styles on how they do things, so I guess this is okay." Seonghwa replied placing his chin at the young Kim's shoulder. "Ah I see, but this invitation's design is gorgeous, I like it." The young Kim commented, looking at the flowers attached at the paper, "yeah. It's pretty, like you," Seonghwa giggled, earning a light slap from Hongjoong.

While the two was having their moment, Jimin and Seokjin was watching them from a far.

"They look so happy, hyung." Jimin stated, earning a smile from Seokjin, "finally, Seonghwa had found his home." The elder Kim responded, smiling sweetly as he looked at Seonghwa who's smile is geniune.

The next day, Hongjoong found himself in a not so majestic attire but a heavy one. He was wearing a plain white blouse and a black squarepants along with the heavy accessories. Seonghwa was wearing a plain white blouse along with a brown cardingan and black pants.

"Why am I wearing this necklace? And this earrings?" The young Kim questioned, one eyebrow raised at Seonghwa who was busy combing his hair, "Jimin-hyung told me so and you look fine with it." The captain stated, walking closer to him. "Well this thing is—" before Hongjoong could finish his sentence, he was lifted from the ground. "But if you're uncomfortable with it, you can remove it." The captain interjected, smiling at Hongjoong who was internally panicking.

"This person! Always giving me near death experiences."

The young Kim started to hit him lightly, making the captain laugh. "Sorry love, just wanna do this." The captain stated in an apologetic voice, "put me down, please?" Hongjoong requested, eyes big, pleading to do his request. The captain sighed and smiled, then, Hongjoong saw himself at the ground again. "Thank you, love." The young Kim intentionally adding the love at the end of his sentence to see his lover's reaction, surprisingly, it made Seonghwa red. Before leaving the room, Hongjoong pecked his lover's nose.

Arriving at Unbi, a lot of people greeted them with a warm smile. The whole villa was designed for the grand event that will happen later on. "Are they really that rich?" Hongjoong questioned, fingers interwind with Seonghwa who is leaning his head at Hongjoong's shoulder, "Chanyeol-hyung is the captain of this villa. Reason why all people are enthusiastic today." The captain replied, playing with Hongjoong's finger.

Currently, they are at Baekhyun's room since Chanyeol is with Taehyung, Seokjin and Junmyeon. "I want to sleep first, can I rest?" Seonghwa asked, sleepiness evident in his voice, "you don't have to ask, go on, rest. Take your time." Hongjoong replied, his hand tightening around Seonghwa's.

While the captain is drifting to his dreamland, Baekhyun, the soon to be Park walked closer to them and sat in front of them. "Did he exhausted himself again?" Baekhyun questioned, looking Seonghwa who is sleeping deeply, "he always does, even though I tell him that tasks can wait." Hongjoong replied, massaging the captain's fingers, "he's been like that ever since he turned 18." The soon to be Park replied, then messed the young Park's hair.

"Since he was 18? This guy has this enough stamina to keep up to his works everyday?"

After long preparations, the wedding is eventually starting. It has been hours since they were preparing having Seonghwa the time of his life. While he was sleeping, Hongjoong decided to put him to sofa and went for a walk. The young Kim has been walking in the large park for hours, the park where he met Chanyeol and Baekhyun for the first time.

"They must be that rich, the structures and materials here are no joke." He spoke, observing the whole park. The place is very ideal, it has a lot of trees which made the place cooler. Overall, the place is nature like. "If my uncle had just let me do what we want, we can enjoy the whole Quiri." The young Kim stated, a heavy sigh leaving his mouth.

Then, he started walking again. He feels safe walking not until he feels that someone is watching him. Hongjoong snatched his dagger from his sleeves, then pointed where he feels that someone is positioning. The person was walking towards him, he feels heavy but guarded at the same time.

Hongjoong walked closer at the certain area, suddenly a figure jumped out of the bush, causing him to fall down on his back. And the figure, it was Seonghwa. Irritated, Hongjoong stood up, charging towards Seonghwa with his dagger.

"Calm down, Kim." Seonghwa stated giggling, irritating Hongjoong even more, "I won't calm down. You almost gave me a heart attack!" The other exclaimed, charging towards him with the daggers in his both hands. Seonghwa managed to dodge the first stab, his movements were swift, flaming the young Kim even more. In a process of dodging, a smile appeared on the captain's lips.

"You're great at using daggers but you're slow." Seonghwa spoke, grabbing Hongjoong's wrist, "was that an insult or what?" Hongjoong inquired, calming himself down or he might kill his lover on spot, "not an insult love, maybe you can use those words to improve." The captain responded, intending to pull the daggers from his lover's hand, but the hold was too tight. As the other felt his daggers being pulled, he swiftly pulled his wrist, then jumped back away from his lover.

This action made Seonghwa smile, "your senses only work when you're in danger or being held." He stated, observing the other's position, "you get distracted easily." Seonghwa added, swiftly sprinting to Hongjoong's back. In a blink of an eye, the captain is at his back, his arms around Hongjoong's waist.

"This motherfucker is really testing me. Even though I love him.. No what!?"

Before he could start moving, he was pinned at the tree by the one and only Seonghwa. "You're distracted, what are you thinking?" Seonghwa asked still in a calm voice, both daggers already in his hands. "Give it back, Park or you'll be able to go back to Starless without a wound or two." Hongjoong spoke, threatning the other. Being obidient he is, he slid back the daggers back to Hongjoong's sleeves.

After returning his lover's dagger, he slowly leaned closer to his face until they are a centimeters away from each other. "Do what you want, Park." Hongjoong muttered, gaining a smile from Seonghwa, not the usual smile he plasters, a michevious one. "Alright, I already got your permission." Seonghwa replied lowly, pulling the smaller's waist.

The captain gently connected their lips, unconciously, the young Kim wrapped his arms around the captain's neck. Their lips moved in sync, nothing involve, solely their lips. As Seonghwa broke the kiss, he saw his lover's eyes half lidded looking at him. "You look pretty as always, love." Seonghwa murmured, parting his lover's hair. Hongjoong just nodded, looking weak under his lover's hold.

"Do you wanna go back?" Park questioned, his lips touching the Kim's neck, "d-do-do... yo-you wann-na go... b-back?" Hongjoong almost not finishing his sentence, due to the unfamiliar sensation he was feeling. The unfamiliar sensation went on as Seonghwa kept on planting soft kisses on his neck

"Hey.. wh-what are—" he was interrupted by a surprising feeling, making him unable to talk. Seonghwa had found something, "this is the spot." He muttered, then continued on abusing the spot, weaking the other's knees.

After a long make out, Seonghwa and Hongjoong sat under the tree for a rest. "What did you do earlier?" The young Kim questioned while looking at Seonghwa, his hair being caressed by the captain. He was laying down at Seonghwa's chest under the tree, "hmmm, let's say, a thing that lovers do." Seonghwa replied, earning a nod from Hongjoong. "Let's go back later, the wedding will be starting soon." The captain added, smiling, "it hasn't started yet?!" The young Kim exclaimed, acquiring a giggle from Seonghwa.

"The wedding hasn't started. That's why I followed you here earlier." Seonghwa answered, pulling Hongjoong closer to him, "I didn't know that weddings could be this long and eventful." The young Kim replied, earning a peck from the captain, "hey, don't kiss me in such place, I get weak when feeling something I don't know." Hongjoong stated, making Seonghwa nodded indicating that he'll take notes.

"Let's go, I'll show you how a wedding goes." Seonghwa uttered, standing up from the tree then offered his hand to his lover. Hongjoong accepted his lover's hand and stood up also, "right. Let's go!" He exclaimed, side hugging Seonghwa.

After staying under the tree for minutes, telling each others stories to know each other more, both of them happily went to the wedding venue.
