After receiving the report, Jairo smiled like a maniac. Finally, he now know where his demonic nephew is. "Thank you for the splendid news, Yejun." He spoke, petting the lady in black, "didn't I told you to call me, Haneul? I'm a guy, dad." Haneul spat annoyed, rolling his eyes. Jairo giggled and replied : "I apologize, dear Haneul."

Haneul smiled, finally his father apologized for misgendering him for thousand times. He bowed then left his father's office.

"Jungwoo and Lucas are supposed to be here right now, where are they?" Jairo muttered to himself thinking a plan on how to catch his naught nephew. Several minutes later, two men entered his office, it was the men he was waiting for : Jungwoo and Lucas.

"Finally! Where have you been? My son already found Hongjoong before you two could find." He exclaimed, rolling his eyes, "our apologies, grand master." Lucas bowed along with Jungwoo, though they don't feel sorry at all. Jairo smiled and said : "Starless. Have you been to Starless?"

Hongjoong was waiting for his lover to wake up. Luckily, Hyungwon helped them along the way, the elder helped him to heal and patch up Seonghwa.

"Don't worry that much, it's not that severe." Hyungwon assured, patting Hongjoong shoulder. The young Kim nodded and plastered a smile, though he can't help to worry since its his lover who's injured. "I'll be going now, there's things that I should be doing right now. Just wait for him to wake up." Hyungwon informed, leaving the inn.

"How could I not worry."

The young Kim contemplated, sitting beside Seonghwa who's laying at the bed. He looked at him with a worry in eyes, he should have saved him before dealing with those men.

"It was my fault. I brought him to this trouble, now he's suffering with me."

Eyes squinted, thoughts taking over him again. He doesn't want to go back to the days he was thinking too much.

"What if he gets hurt because of me? Will he hate me? Unlove me?"

"This is my fault, all of this, if I didn't escaped maybe they are happy living in Starless."

"All of them will hate me, my sister, my brother. All of them will."

He was overthinking. Not noticing, his tears were forming in his eyes, the thoughts were taking over him, now everything feels so heavy on his shoulders. He didn't cared anymore, he started to cry silently beside the man he loves.

"I feel so weak. I couldn't even protect him."

He cried as he realizes more things, those men probably knew where he is hiding right now and has a low probability that his uncle knows. Hongjoong didn't stopped crying, he let all those emotions flow along with his tears.

"Are you okay?" A man behind him asked, which caused Hongjoong to flinch. The young Kim internally panicked, how will he reply to his lover who just woke up? When Hongjoong was about to reply, Seonghwa spoke, "I know you aren't, come closer."

Hongjoong didn't spoke but did what his lover told him to do. He lay down beside him and rested his head at the captain's chest. Seonghwa placed his hand over his lover's hair and started caressing it.

"Love, what are you thinking earlier?" He questioned with a gentle voice, not forcing the other to tell what he feels. The young Kim hesitated to reply at first but then he answered: "I was thinking that maybe if I didn't left the Mansion, you wouldn't be in this kind of situation." answred in a wistful tone, earning a slight nod from Seonghwa. "I don't want to burden you, Park. I don't want you to get hurt. I'm sorry, I just want to—" Hongjoong started to ramble which cause Seonghwa to giggle a little.

"Careful love, I won't go anywhere." Seonghwa spoke, smiling to lighten the other's mood, "I'm happy that I got to see you again, I'm even glad that I became your lover." The captain added, which made Hongjoong drew his full attention to him. The young Kim's teary eyes are now looking at the captain who was brightly smiling to him. "You are?" Hongjoong questioned again and earned a nod from Seonghwa.

"He's happy..? He's happy that he met me? Really?...."

Seonghwa planted a peck at Hongjoong's forehead, he also wiped his lover's tears away, "I adore you, I will choose you everyday." The captain stated sweetly which made Hongjoong's heart melt. Hongjoong buried his face at Seonghwa's neck and gave his lover's neck some small kisses.

"I'm always on your side, Kim. I love you always."

Jungwoo and Lucas were stunned by Jairo's plan. It maybe was too cruel for Hongjoong since the Kim is still young to witness those events.

"Are you really pushing your nephew's buttons? Like you said, he's a monster." Jungwoo questioned, Hongjoong may get a stress and emotions from the event but he's most likely to team up with his anger. Lucas nodded, he also thinks that Hongjoong can do a lot of things when fueled. "Have you seen those guards? Those guards has their flesh exposed already." Lucas informed, pertaining to thr corpse they retrieved from the area of Black Jade.

The two sat in silence and waited for Jairo's reply. Jairo only laughed and replied: "I'm pushing him to the edge." Said him, he laughed hysterically. For Lucas and Jungwoo, it wasn't a good idea and won't end nicely.

"You two can leave. I'll have a discussion with Jaehyun and the others." Jairo announced, earning a nod from the two.

As they left the office, Jungwoo glanced Lucas. "Jairo will look for me, you warn the lovers." Lucas spilled, earning a slight nod from Jungwoo. The two separated their ways when they have reached the main hallway.

"This wasn't fucking expected. Who told them the location!?"

Jungwoo thought running down the stairs to leave the mansion.

"Are you feeling well now, love?" Hongjoong questioned while holding Seonghwa's hand, the captain nodded and smiled as his response. "Let's go home. The Starless villagers are waiting for us." Seonghwa suggested, earning a nod from Hongjoong.

Before the captain could stand, the young Kim stopped him, "I'm sorry, Park. I'm sorry that you have to experience this. I know some villagers will be mad at me bec—" before he could continue rambling, a pair of lips were already connected onto his. Instead of pulling away, Hongjoong deepen the kiss, his both hands grasping his lover's neck. Their lips started to move while moving their lips, Seonghwa pulled the young Kim's waist closer to him.

After seconds the two parted away from each other and smiled.

"You're crazy. I was apologizing." The young Kim murmured, earning a giggle from the captain who's forehead is leaning to his forehead. "You liked it tho," The captain smiled, then pressed a kiss on his lover's cheek and lips.

"Let's go home."

After a minutes, hours of traveling, Seonghwa and Hongjoong are back at Starless.

Walking back to the captain's house, everyone greeted the two along the way. Fortunate for Seonghwa, the villagers didn't notice the bandages on his arms.

As they got home, a familiar face greeted Hongjoong. It was Jungwoo, waiting for his arrival.

"Love, you go up and take a rest. I'll follow you later." Hongjoong commanded, placing a kiss on his lover's temples. Seonghwa didn't asked anything but did as what his lover told him to do.

After noticing that Seonghwa's already upstairs, Hongjoong fixtated his attention on the man at the couch. "Spill." The young Kim sternly spoke, making Jungwoo tense. It took a second for Jungwoo to reply due to the hesitation he feels but he replied and said: "Jairo, he's coming for you. I'll alert Raven Elites about this or maybe Taeyong-hyung will." Frowning he said, making Hongjoong worry.

"He's at it again."

Hongjoong felt weak again as he thought of the possible outcomes. His uncle is a monster, he doesn't care about anything.

And that's when all things will begin.
