-Warrior or medicine cat

-Your personality

-She-cat or tom

-Looks (If you signed up earlier I'm sorry for not including this as I forgot)

-Anyone you want to be related to (optional) (both cats need to agree)

-If you eventually want to be a leader or deputy (if the deputy dies the leader chooses the deputy so this is a suggestion)

-If you want to be in a prophecy (if you are I will message you on Wattpad) (I will only message you if you say yes)
