-Voice Modifier: His helmet can change his voice to match that of anyone he hears, useful for vocal manipulations.

Backstory: Logan is the twin brother to the Ghost, John Kozak. Both he and his brother enlisted in the army before going their separate ways. John with the Ghosts, and Logan with the Spartans. Although he had achieved a higher rank in the army, he wiped his slate clean and climbed back up the ladder with his new family, the Spartans.

Medical Conditions: IED (Intermittent Explosive Disorder). Logan occasionally has outbursts of anger that have the potential to lead him to injury if he doesn't have help.
