as a big-hearted giraffe, I am highly sensitive naturally happy go lucky type of person, Iove to laugh, and smile I have a hard time setting boundaries, that are necessary for my growth and development, this affects the quality of all my relationships. Boundaries are necessary for emotional health, Our hearts make us warm in nature, and friendly.This confident energy is intimidating to some, and inspiring to others. we tend to highlight their insecurities, often blind to their motives, and intentions. We are often deceived by their fake love, and friendship. As nurturers, we try to help everyone, often denying ourselves things, always putting the needs of others above our owns. This cycle drains and exhausts our emotions, our finances, adversity impacts our relationships.Living in the exhausted state, this naturally makes us resentful, and distant, establishing healthy boundaries enables us, in our lives to get proper rest, and balance giving us a chance to replenish, and refresh ourselves. Lack of self-care makes it hard for us to view our self-image, self-love gives us an opportunity to look within ourselves, getting intuned to the highest version of ourselves.We learn how to be in tuned to our hearts desires, wants, and needs. When we practice self-love our soul works in harmony with the mind, body, and soul. Our warm-hearted nature is both a blessing and a curse. Sadly as highly sensitive people, we are able to perceive a person situation affecting us emotionally.leaving us open to vulnerabilities causing us deep emotional pain, the pain causes us to lash out at others, anger and disappointment turned inward cause depression. Boundaries are essential for all relationships, we are social beings we thrive, interacting with people we often look at their outward appearance, never really looking at their hearts, often misled by their words, and confused by their actions. loyalty and goodness of character cause us to put confidence in people that let us down, Our loyalty is a measure of faith, that we invested in them.
