Second day of school and everyone was longing for summer to come back. They were all at the classroom waiting for Kakashi-sensei.

Shikamaru is sleeping, as always. Sasuke was staring at the window, watching the clouds move, his chin resting at the palm of his hand. Naruto and Kiba were talking, Naruto would bug Sasuke from time to time. Sakura, Hinata and Ino were grinning and smirking while watching the lovebirds, Tenten and Neji, chat.

After a couple of minutes Kakashi finally came in the classroom.

"Ohayo, minna! As you all know, we have a new student." Kakashi signaled the new student to come in the classroom.

A girl with caramel brown shoulder-length hair and black eyes, wearing glasses walked in. "Good morning, my name is Ami. Hope we can get along." She bowed then stared to someone and blushed madly. Sakura secretly followed her gaze and saw Sasuke who was completely ignoring the new girl.

Sakura felt her heart sank. It's usual for her to feel like this, seeing her crush having a lot of fangirls and many girls has their eyelashes all over him. Still it stings you know?

"But of course, he is the Uchiha Sasuke, he never shows interest in any girl...as far as I know of." Sakura thought to herself as she sighed with a slight depression in her mind.

"Now, I will fix your seating arrangement."

There are 2 columns and 4 rows, each row in a column has 2 seats.

   Seating Arrangement:

      The first column:

         Ino-Ami

         Hinata-Naruto

         Sasuke-Kiba

         Neji-Tenten

      The second column:

         Shikamaru-Gaara

         Temari-Sakura

         Lee-Kankuro

         Sai-Choji

Luckily, there were no fangirls/fanboys in this class except for Lee, who always asks Sakura out and one of her top fanboys. Clearly, Sakura doesn't have anyone to talk to in her place. Her friends are all at the other side of the room.

She mentally cursed Kakashi. "Great. Thanks a lot, perverted-sensei." 

"This will be your seats for the whole school year, unless you get noisy. Now, introduce yourselves. Tell the class your name and likes and dislikes." Kaka-sensei looked at his students. "Let's start with you, the boy with red hair." Kakashi pointed at Gaara.

Gaara stood up, firmly. "Sabaku Gaara. I hate stalkers and annoying people. That's all."

"Sabaku...must be the serious type." Kakashi nodded then pointed at Shikamaru.

"Nara Shikamaru. I like sleeping and I hate troublesome people." Shikamaru stated, looking bored.

"Nara, the genius and lazy one." Kakashi thought to himself and took down notes mentally.

"Hotaru Ami. I like......." She glanced at Sasuke and blushed, sending a knife towards Sakura's heart. "....and I hate people who gets in my way."

"Aa, looking at Uchiha Sasuke with a blush and in giggling demeanor?" Kakashi examined her actions. "Another fangirl, I presume." 

Kakashi looked to the next student, he was scanning all his students very well. "Yamanaka Ino. I like shopping and hanging out with my friends. I hate fanboys." Ino happily replied.

"Yamanaka, the girly but social type."

"H-Hyuga Hinata. I-I like to read books and I don't hate anything." Hinata stuttered due to embarrassment before bowing as a sign of respect.

"The Hyuga heiress, respectful, shy and quiet."

"UZUMAKI NARUTO! I lik-no, I LOVE RAMEN! Dattebayo!" Naruto stood up with his huge, normal smile.

(Dattebayo means: Believe it! *Naruto always says that*)

"So, this is Uzumaki Naruto....you resemble him very much." A smile crept up Kakashi's face. "Class clown, maybe?"

"Sabaku Temari. I like playing volleyball and I hate people who teases others." Temari said, looking boredly at him.

"Another Sabaku, the girly yet strong type of person."

"Hi, My name is Haruno Sakura. I like to help my friends and I hate people who hurts others, especially my loved ones." 

"Haruno Sakura, this is an interesting one the simple type, I guess."

"Sabaku Kankuro. I like puppets and I hate people who annoys me."

"Another Sabaku...the straight-forward type, most probably."

"Good morning my youthful classmates! My name is Rock Lee! I like to do trainings with Gai-sensei! I do not like the people who hurts my beloved cherry blossom, HARUNO SAKURA!" Lee stated with a thumps up and the smile that creeps Sakura out.

"Crap." Sakura muttered to herself as she smack her palm to her face.

Naruto suddenly spotted Sasuke gritted his teeth. He rubbed his eyes and secretly looked back again, Sasuke was gritting his teeth. Naruto also noticed his hands curled up into fists when Lee shouted Sakura's name...could this be? His best friend, the Uchiha Sasuke, likes Sakura Haruno? Well that's just one clue, he'll have to find next hints to consider as proof but he stuck this inside his head and will ask him one time about his friend Sakura. This was also observed by Kakashi which he thought was unpredictable.

"Well that was unexpecting...So, this is Gai's favorite student...no wonder..." Kakashi was left dumbfounded for a minute and signaled the next to continue.

"Inuzuka Kiba. I like playing with my pet dog and playing football/soccer. I hate cats."

"Inuzuka, the loud type. I assume." 

"Uchiha Sasuke. I like playing football/soccer and I hate fangirls." 

"Uchiha Sasuke, I remember the old days...this is also an interesting one...cold and silent."

"Hyuga Neji. I like playing football/soccer. I hate people who teases or beats up my friends."

"Hyuga Neji, the protective type, perhaps."

"My name is Tenten! I like to play sports, especially football/soccer and I don't like shopping." 

"The sporty type, no doubt."

"Sai. I like to paint."

"...Artisitic?"

"Akimichi Choji. I like eating and I hate people who takes my food."

"The hungry one."

Kakashi banged his hands on his desk. "Alright, you may now do whatever you want since the principal still haven't confirmed your lessons yet. But try your best to behave yourselves." Kakashi sat down and grabbed his 'Icha Icha Paradise' book and opened the page where he last read it.

Sakura glanced to where Ino and the others are and found that Ino started to introduce Ami to people. "Ami seems to be a nice person. Just hope she truly is though and not a fangirl of Sasuke, but by the looks of it she likes him. This is gonna be a long year..."

Sakura bowed her head around her arms and closed her eyes, just thinking of random things.

"So now we have here are Inuzuka Kiba!" Ino pointed Kiba to Ami.

"Yo!" Kiba waved before giving her a wide smile.

"and this is Uchiha Sasuke!" Ino showed the heart throb to Ami.

"H-Hi Sasuke!!" Ami's pale cheeks turned into rubescent ones.

Sasuke just ignored her as if she was muted. He didn't care at all. He was just resting his chin on the palm of his hand, not caring about the new girl. Heck, he didn't even look at her! Uchiha Sasuke will never care about you unless you are one of the important or closest people to him. Blushing, giggling and staring at him as if he was a god as a first impression? Not a good start.

After meeting a few other people, the bell rang, signaling them that it was time for lunch break.

The others went ahead to the canteen. Ino, Ami, Naruto and Sasuke were still at the classroom. 

Sasuke walked to Sakura's direction. There were no students in the hallway, since they all ran to the canteen.

"Hi Sasuke-kun!" Sakura gave her cheerful smile.

"Hey." He replied before putting his hands in his pockets.

"You going ahead?" Sakura asked with a strange feeling inside.

"Waiting for the dobe."

"I honestly don't really get how you two end up being best friends." Sakura's smile widen a bit.

Sasuke's lips curved into a smirk. "I don't get how you and Ino end up being best friends."

"Pfft...Touché." Sakura rolled her eyes.

Sasuke smiled, a true happy smile and it was because of Sakura. Too bad she didn't see nor know that Sasuke-the one who always has a serious expression plastered on his face- smiled since Naruto called him back to the classroom.

The only one who saw this was no other than..

...Naruto, the one who also witnessed that Sasuke, his best friend, curled up his hands into fists and gritted his teeth when Lee yelled Sakura's name at class. Then this, the second evidence that Naruto hid and he will soon reveal.

"FOREHEAD!" Ino walked out the classroom with Ami, the new girl. 

Ami was glaring at Sakura for some reason, making her eyebrows raise.

Ino calls Sakura 'Forehead' not for teasing but they treat it as nicknames for each other. Ino's nickname for Sakura is 'Forehead' and Sakura addresses her 'Ino-pig'. They also made it somewhat like a dare or a motivation, if someone else called Sakura 'Forehead' Ino would give him/her a taste of her grasp and, if someone called Ino 'Ino-pig' that person would take a trip to hell with the help of Sakura.

"INO-PIG!" Sakura shouted back at her as Ino and Ami walk to her direction. 

"Ami, this is my bestie, Sakura! Forehead this is the new girl, Ami!" Ino introduced and began to take a few steps back. "I'll go get my bag. Be right back!" With that, Ino was nowhere to be found, as if she teleported back to the classroom.

"Hi! I'm Sakura Haruno!" Sakura handed out for a handshake, trying her best to have a good first impression.

"Ami Hotaru." Ami grabbed Sakura's wrist with a big amount of force and grabbed my neck, letting me hold my breath.

She crushed her hand hard and leaned her mouth near to Sakura's ear.

"Uchiha Sasuke is mine, so Back. Off." She whispered with anger in her voice and she let me go with force. "I'll be at the girl's room." Ami flipped her hair and rolled her eyes, feeling that Sakura was a weakling. She left without turning back.

Sakura's hands turned into fists as she gritted her teeth. Inside those emerald eyes, was a burning fire of jealousy and anger growling inside her soul. Inner Sakura was awakened and it was not a good time to be awake. "I knew it! She is a FANGIRL! ONE OF THESE DAYS, I'M GONNA BEAT THE HELL OUT OF THAT MEAN, UGLY, JERKY, NO GOOD-"  Inner Sakura was still raging inside but was interrupted by Naruto.

"OI TEME!!" Naruto shouted, causing Sakura to snap out of her thoughts and back to the real world. She saw Sasuke leaning at the classroom door.

Then Sakura came into realization. "Did Sasuke saw what happened earlier?

....nah!"

"What, dobe?" Sasuke faced to Naruto, looking irritated.

(Teme means: idiot/stupid)

(Dobe means: dead last)

"Let's go! OH HEY SAKURA-CHAAAN!!!" Naruto yelled, making Sakura's ear drums burst.

"H-Hey Naruto." Sakura replied while covering her ears.

She uncovered her ears and Ino came out of the blue.

"FOREHEAD! WHERE'S AMI?! IF SHE'S LOST I'M DEAD!" Ino screamed on the top of her lungs, nearby Sakura's ears.

"Damn. Another shout?!" Sakura immediately used her hands as a protection to her ears. "She's at the girl's room."

"Okay, meet you guys at the canteen!" Ino went to the girl's room, once again I uncovered my ears.

"SAKURA-CHAN, DOBE, LET'S GOO!" Naruto rushed to the canteen, leaving the two behind.

"If I hear one more shout I think my ears won't be able to hear anymore." Sakura exhaled heavily as they head towards the canteen with Sasuke on her side and Naruto leading them the way.

They waited for Ino and Ami at the canteen. Fangirls where about to flirt with their guy friends, but the three girls death-glared them until they leave. When they came Ami 'acted' that she's a kind-hearted person. Ino sat down and we noticed that Ami has no place to sit. Sakura was sitting next to Sasuke and Kiba. She may be mad at her (kind of) and She doesn't want to leave her place, but Sakura is just too damn polite.

"I'll sit at the bench, at the garden." Sakura stood up.

"Why?" Tenten was confused. Sakura had caught all of her friends' attention, even Sasuke. They all gave me a 'What?' face.

"I'm done eating and, so that Ami can sit." They stared at her half-eaten pizza.

"You call that done?" Kiba gave out a laugh while raising his eyebrows.

"W-Well yeah?" Sakura nervously smiled.

"You are too polite, Sakura." Sasuke muttered silently with a smug expression as if he said to himself.

"What?" Sakura looked to Sasuke.

"But-" Ino was about to deny, though she was interrupted.

"OKAY!" Ami squealed and quickly sat down at my seat and moved it closer to Sasuke and stared at him with awe. Sasuke rolled his eyes and looked at her with an annoyed and pretty much disgusted face.

"Umm...I'll go." Sakura took her lunch, a half-eaten pizza, and headed to the canteen's door.

"Wait!" Naruto, Tenten, Ino, Kiba and Hinata shouted in unison.

"Yeah...?" Sakura turned back.

"Who are you going with?" Ino pouted.

"I'll go by myself. Ami needs company since, she's a new student." She tried to smile even if its a fake, though Kiba never fails to see through that fake smile of hers.

Kiba closed his eyes and opened his eyelids with a serious expression on his face. "But you also need company." He continued. "I'll come with you." Kiba insisted.

Sakura caught a glimpse his lunch and it was not finished yet.

Don't get the wrong idea. Kiba is Sakura's guy best friend. They are like siblings, not lovers. They always disturb, talk, tease (in a friendly way) and annoy each other. He would always comfort Sakura when she is in need of help or whenever she is gloomy and feels sorrow. They do not have any crushes for each other. They are just best friends. No more, no less.

"It's okay, Kiba. I'll be fine and, besides you're not yet finished eating. See you later guys!" Sakura waved and quickly made her way to the garden without hearing any of their replies.

Tenten's POV

"But it's not that fun without Sakura-chan." Hinata was still staring at the canteen's door.

"I agree with Hinata." Naruto frowned, looking down on his ramen cup.

"Come on. She insisted, she'll be alright." Ami smiled.

"MY YOUTHFUL CHERRY BLOSSOM, SAKURA IS ALONE! I SHALL GO ASK HER OUT!" Lee, one of Sakura's top fanboys shouted at the whole canteen with joy as he ran to the garden.

"NO!!"

"SAKURA WILL GO OUT WITH ME!!"

"NO!! SHE'S MINE!!!"

"BACK OFF SAKURA-CHAN IS MINE!!!"

The Fanboys pushed each other as they followed Lee. Sasuke gave the fanboys and Lee the famous Uchiha glare, but to no luck they ignored him.

"Yeah, sure Sakura's gonna be 'alright'" I said with a pinch of sarcasm in my voice.

Ami just giggled and hugged Sasuke's arm to her chest.

Oh Gross.

Sasuke looked disgusted with Ami's actions, he pulls off his arm and keeps on saying 'Let go' or 'Back off' with a very, very, very cold tone. 

It's so obvious that Ami doesn't care about Sakura, if she did she wouldn't accept Sakura's offer or she would hesitate to accept it. I'm starting to think, if she's a fangirl of Sasuke....

Poor Sakura. I really want to keep her company, but I don't want to leave Neji and the others with a slut-No offense to the new girl-

"Are you alright?" Neji waved at my face.

"Huh? Oh, yeah. I'm fine." I shook my head and got locked to a gaze of his heart-melting lavender eyes.

Neji's eyes shows a hint of worry. "What are you thinking of?"

"Sakura." I faced sadly to my bento box.

"I'm also worried about her, but I'm sure she's alright." Neji patted my back, cheering me up as I gave a wide grin in return.

Sakura's POV 

I was walking in the hallway on my way to the garden while ignoring my surroundings and facing downwards to the ground. I regretted what I did.

Why didn't we move to another table? Inner Sakura started.

Everything's occupied.

Why didn't we just get another chair?

Same answer.

Genius Sakura strikes again. Inner Sakura noted with sarcasm.

Tch. We're both Sakura, you idiot.

It's been a long time since I've awakened...

Suddenly, a hand grabbed my arm, causing my body to move to my right and felt warm arms embraced me from harm.

Of course, I was shocked. Then, I saw a crowd of fanboys running through the hallway from were I was walking and they were shouting my name.

Dammit! I was so deep in thought, I didn't even notice the fanboys! But who saved me from their grasp?

I rotated myself back to see...
