Spiderman: No Reason to Worry
The boy who mentioned Han walked to the edge of the glass and looked at Peter with a scrutinizing eye. Then, before either Tony or the spider boy could react, he phased through the wall and grabbed the teen, pulling him through.
Peter felt an odd sensation as he passed the wall with the boy. The girl pulled of the Shield cuffs and linked hands with the brown-haired boy.
"See ya later suit dude," she said cheerfully, "Just need some privacy."
Then the three kids were surrounded by blue. It was as if they were falling through air. Looking side to side Peter saw the two mutants were looking at each other and making slight nods.
The blue faded away and they landed neatly on a tile floor. Well, the duo did at least. Peter took a hard hit and groaned in pain.
There was a stale smell in the air as if the air was stagnant.
"Welcome home Tanner," A voice eerily similar to his own spoke, "Finn." He heard.
Peter got up and saw who was speaking. It was him but not really. The boy was covered in a web of blue veins. It looked rather unhealthy.
"So I assume the twins broke plan and brought you here for a good reason?" He said stepping over to Peter. Then he held his hand out, as if waiting for a hand shake. Not knowing what else to do, Peter shook it. It felt rough. Quite similar to how his would be when trying to climb.
Then he took a further look around. It was basically a concrete box. There was no window or door. However a simple light and vent allow for vision.
The girl, Finn replied to Han, "Yes, he'd be a good addition. At least if he agrees. After all I'm guessing he has something to do with you."
Shaking his head at Finn he looked over at Tanner, "Couch?" The boy nodded and snapped his fingers. A blue spark flew from his fingers and a few plastic seats appeared.
"Couldn't remember one, this is fine."
"Yeah right bro, what about the one from-"
The leader cut her off, motioning for them all to sit. As they got comfortable Peter noticed a few more things. Han had slightly reflective eyes similar to Tanner and Finn. His wrists were covered in a thin band. It didn't take much to put four and four together.
Stark talked about alternate realities. Glowing eyes meant powers. There was another Peter. And things were not obeying physics. They were obviously from a different dimension.
"Close but no." Han spoke up.
He wasn't talking to me. Was he?
"No, I'm not."
Then how?
"I can literally see you trying to trying to click things together. But whatever story you've put together isn't gonna be right."
So you can't like hear me if I-
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.
Han didn't wince but put a finger to his lips.
"On the contrary, if you are purposely trying to shout to me like this then yes, I can hear you."
Peter flushed while the two siblings snickered.
"So can we finish this conversation real quick so Tony doesn't panic?" He asked with apprehension.
"no need kiddo, Finn's got that covered. Just ask questions." The girl in question was giving off a slight green aura. Almost the shade of fresh grass in the summer.
Shrugging off the nickname Peter started the rapid flow of questions, "So why do you need me here?"
Han took a second and glance at the siblings, "You seem liked you'd agree with us."
"Where'd you get your powers?" The boy asked in a slight accusing tone.
Tanner answered this time, "Infinity stones."
Not that it surprised the spider but it did make him wary, "How'd you find those?"
"I time travel and I found them." Finn answered in a numbing voice.
"So what are the infinity stones?" Peter asked trying for a easy answer to digest.
The leader waved his hand around trying to shape something. He gave up and simply said, "Infinitely powerful rocks."
That just about the answer Peter expected so he tried for an easier question, "When are you guys from?"
Again Finn answered, her voice sounded strained, "Not far in the future, were trying to save the world."
Peter knew to finish this up fast. Time manipulation must take a lot out of you, "Saving the world from who this time?"
"The infinity stones." She replied curtly.
"But you got your power-" Peter started but Finn wanted to finish the conversation much more than he did.
"And it's too much, We've lost our two other friends to them already."
"How many rocks ar-?"
"Six."
He didn't mind the cut off he understood how exhaustion power can make you, "What d-?"
Han stopped him this time, "They control, space, time, reality, mind, power, and soul."
Gathering his thoughts he felt something in his mind.
//Thinking is faster the sibs can hear you too. We have five minutes left max.
\\How many stones have been absorbed?
"Space," he said pointing to Tanner, "time."
Pointing to Finn, "mind," Pointing to himself, " and our power and reality kids are gone."
\\What happened to them?
Motions stopped they were simply in a heated question and answer now. They could see Finn's green glow fading, "Went power crazy, we stopped them."
\\So what's the problem?
"We'll be going crazy with power soon too."
\\But you seem alright?
"Trust us."
\\So what do you want me to do?
"Absorb the power."
\\How?
"With the soul stone."
\\WHAT?
"Chill dude. You gotta take the soul stone alter our souls and remove the powers. Then give up your power too."
\\And how do I get the soul stone?
There was an overly long hesitation Finn was shaking and the green was turning a sickly color. Tanner spoke up on behalf of his sister.
"You just have to go to a planet and...sacrifice something you love."
\\...Something or someone? There's a big difference.
"Someone." Han stated coldly, not sugar coating it, "now are you willing to do this? Because in our time you decided not to and went crazy. That's why we came back."
\\Okay, I'm getting a little overwhelmed here. For now it's a yes. I'd like to fully think on it for a day.
"Fair enough. Choose wisely. Goodbye."
Finn stopped the glow and heavily leaned again Tanner.
"Bye." The boy said with a small grin. It was in complete contrast to the mood he had set earlier.
Before Peter could speak up anymore he was back in the cell Tony rushing over to him. There was a lot that had just gone on and his mind felt like it was full of fuzz.
"Mr.Stark? Can we just go home? I'm tired."
"Kid what happened? You were here and then you weren't. And now you're back but they're gone."
Peter didn't reply his head started almost buzzing and things started blurring together. For what he guess was the fifth time he passed out in front of an Avenger.
