Her hands were close together behind her back in tight, really tight, shackles. On both of her sides were the two jedi and infront and behind her were 3-3 temple guards. They were leading her through the jedi temple to see what the council decides to do.
Zera was being led through all of the halls so they could decide her fate. She could visibly see how uncomfortable the jedi were when she was near, they all stared in her direction. Well shes was easily recognized as a sith, her yellow eyes and black robes gave it all away.
The thought of having such power over their feelings made Zera smirk with pride. She loved being respected in any way; clear respect or simply fear. The halls echoed with their steps and the sight of the guards made everyones head turn, but Zera's presence made everyone shiver.
"So, are we there yet? It feels like I have been walking forever." She sighed and rolled her shoulders back, hoping to ease the pain.
"Don't talk." The jedi on her right said.
"Ah, my bad." Zera chuckled and looked around. "This place looks so weird. Do all jedis have this weird taste in buildings?"
They didn't aswer her so the young sith just shrugged. With any little movement she did they always turned around to see what she did. Zera didn't care at all, she couldn't do anything anyways.
She just didn't understand why the sith needed this Anakin Skywalker guy so much. Why did he have such a big role in the Sith Lords plan? Wasn't the sith academy enough for him? There were definetly a bunch of young force users who could become as powerful like him.
Zera quickly became bored again. "Why can't I talk?"
No answer.
"Well, you didn't stop me now. So where exactly is this so called Council? My legs are tired and my hands are hurting." She complained as if they would change anything.
They just gave her a side eye and continued to lead her through the large temple.
"Who are apart of the Council? Is it just a bunch of old people? Oh! Is the tiny green man there too?" Zera grinned.
"Do not make fun of the masters!" They finally said as they neared a door. "Don't talk, anything can be used against you."
The big pannels opened with a loud 'hiss' and a room with a bunch of jedi looked straight back at her. A few murmured amongst themselfs which made Zera fill with even more pride. She loved attention.
A few seemed to recognize her face since Zera and her sister had really similar face structure. Except she was a few years younger than the senator.
"Young Amidala," The famous green jedi spoke up.
That's when all of them started to talk amongst themselfs. They all asked the same question, is this the sister of Padmé Amidala? It always made Zera mad when they talked about her being her sister. She hated being in her shadow, she wanted to be known without having everyone bring up Padmé.
"What business a young sith like you have in Corsucant? Hm?" He continued as Zera stared at him in annoyance.
"It's none of your concern." She hissed back.
The guards stepped a bit closer to her due to her threatening tone. Zera didn't understand why they were so cautious. It's not like she could even attack them, she didn't have her weapon and her hands were bound.
"Sith do not come to Coruscant for daily strolls. A plan you must have." Yoda continued.
Zera hated questions, it was like the person was trying to invade her privacy.
She didn't answer.
"Master Yoda, she won't talk. What should we do with her?" Mace Windu asked the Council.
"I suggest we end her right here and now." Another jedi stated.
Zera let out a groan and mocked a yawn. "Please do, it would be the best for you and me."
Master Yoda tutted as he hummed in thought. Zera could carry important information of the where abouts of other sith and it would be good use to them. However they would need to get her to talk first and by the look of things it would be hard.
"I suggest we keep young Amidala in a cell, hm? Carry information she might!" The green jedi suggested.
Most of the members sitting in the circle nodded in agreement and Zera smirked. The plan just fell into action.
Yoda nodded slightly and the temple guards grabbed her arms harshly and shoved her out of the room. It made the young sith annoyed and angry, they were treating her as if she was a rag doll. Zera could've ended them right then and there if it wasn't for her hands being bounded.
They tugged her along the longs hallways once more but in a different direction. The guards were leading her towards a low floor of the temple which was probably were they had cells in case a random sith just appeared in the neighbourhood.
Zera was pushed down stairs after stairs making her whine from almost tripping. But it wasn't like they even cared. Like she thought there was a dark hallway filled with bars after each other. The jedi opened one and locked her inside within a second.
"Could you atleast take the shackles off?" Zera asked as she leaned against the cold wall.
"No. You could use the force against us and those prevent you from doing so." One said.
"Atleast could you loosen them?" The girl questioned again raising her hands in the air.
The temple guards were already nowhere to be seen so she put her arms down in defeat. With that she decided to look around her new little home. It was quite nice considering it was a cell, it had a small bed and a tins window. This was probably going to be a temporary place for her before they decide on what to do.
With that she sat down on the bed and began scratching the wall with the small piece of glass in her pocket.
At the same time, after Zera was led out, the Council continued to talk amongst themselfs.
"If there is already a sith here, how many are there? They could be everywhere." A jedi spoke up in worry.
"What could Zera Amidala have to do on Coruscant of all places after dissapearing for 14 years?" Another asked.
"I suppose we will have to inform senator Amidala about the news, she is her sister." Mace Windu said.
Master Yoda stayed in silence as he thought for solutions. They never had a sith learner be so close to the temple before, or inside of it. This could be a warning or a sign for something big coming in the future. The first time and last time a sith appeared was years ago. What could have made them come out from their cave again?
"Something big happen, it will. The darkside clouds everything, hm." Yoda said. "Someone gain her trust, they must try. Someone her age, hm?"
"Who are you thinking of, Master Yoda?"
"Young Skywalker, close to her age he is." The green jedi answered.
"Anakin Skywalker? Isn't he too young for such a hard task? He is still only a padawan." A jedi asked in confusion.
"Able to do such thing he is. Gain her trust he will." Yoda said.
With that the Council agreed on letting the two young ones together. It was all part of their plan to get Zera to talk but they were oblivious to the fact that she was sent to do the same thing. To gain the certain boys trust. It was going to be easier than she thought.
After a few minutes passed they decided to have the young padawan come to the Council so they could discuss the plans. Not so long after hurried footsteps sounded outside of the room and the door revealed the boy. He bowed to the masters and stood in the middle.
Anakin was terrified. He didn't know why he was asked to come here, he didn't do anything wrong in the past few days. He was actually well behaved according to Obi-Wan. The young Skywalker waited patiently for someone to say anything at all, the silence was sickening.
"Young Skywalker, a serious matter we must discuss." Yoda said as he sat up straight.
"Yes, Master?" The boy replied with a gulp.
"A young sith is here in the temple. Two of the knights caught her in a bar and brought her here. She is the sister of senator Amidala, Zera." Mace Windu continued.
The sister of Padmé? Anakin didn't know she had a sibling.
"Gain her trust you must. Same age as you she is, get information you shall." The jedi master said.
"We trust you with this task, young Skywalker. It will not be easy and we have to do it slowly. It will take long for her to even say something." Another jedi stated.
"Down in the cells you will find her. Take her some food you should." Yoda told him.
Anakin stood there dumbfounded. The information was just too much. He had to gain the trust of a sith? A sith? Padmé's sister? He walked out of the room and continued to stare into the distance in confusion. He was still just a padawan and they give him a task like that to do on his own?
Still deep in his thoughts he started to make his way down to Zera who was now laying on the bed staring at the ceiling.
The girl haf nothing else better to do. She was also lost in her thoughts and reliving memories in her head. The ones that made her the way she is now. The betrayal she went through at the age of 5.
Zera hated to think of the past. It was now the future and those people were not in her life anymore. They were gone for good. Atleast she hoped they were.
She continued to stare at the ceiling but sat up once she felt someone enter the hallway. When they suddenly stopped Zera rolled her eyes and turned to look out the window. They must've come to another person down here. However when the footsteps continued to come her way she perked up. Zera could feel the how tense the person was from a mile away and she smiled at the feeling.
"I brought you some food." A male voice said.
Oh, how kind of them. Zera rolled her eyes and stayed the way she was looking outside.
"I don't need it, boy." She replied watching the speeders.
"You'll starve without eating, you know." He stated with a little arrogance. "And my name is Anakin not boy."
That made Zera fully sit up. Anakin. As in Anakin Skywalker? Not many people have that name so she knew it was the boy she had to gain the trust of. The sith smirked in victory and tilted her head.
This just got much more interesting.
