Now this was a fun prompt to write for!

Fun fact: I've slept-walked before and told my mom to go to sleep. She was still awake at the time, and after I told her to go to sleep, I went back to bed. 

That happened when I was nine.

Chiaki Nanami

-Woke up very confused when she saw you get out of bed. 

-Unable to sleep without cuddling you, she woke up drearily and watched you stumble awkwardly in a daze. You appeared to still be asleep. 

-You didn't get too far when Chiaki grabbed you and dragged your ass back to the bed. Lying on top of your chest to stop you from getting up again. 

- "Stay here, S/O..." she mumbled tiredly, nuzzling into your neck. 

-Well, you couldn't really go anywhere due to Chiaki, so the two of you just slept together in peaceful silence. 

-The next day, you asked why Chiaki was lying on top of you, to which she responded, 

- "You were sleepwalking, S/O. I had to restrain you somehow..."

-Blushing under her warm smile, she continued,

- "Also because you're a bottom."

Mikan Tsumiki

-Lowkey thought you were possessed by the devil or something. 

-She was almost too terrified to confront you, but once she saw that you were still half-asleep, she calmed down. 

-She tapped your nose carefully, causing you to wake up confused. 

- "Y-You were sleepwalking, S/O. I-I thought I should wake you up."

-Mikan ended up getting you a glass of water and awkwardly --though lovingly-- cuddling you back to sleep. 

- (You know that one scene with Hajime and Mikan in that hospital bed? Imagine that but you replace Hajime)

-Fell asleep with you in her arms. Any energy left for sleep-walking dying down in your system as you listened to your girlfriend's gentle heartbeat. 

-You're so lucky. 

Ibuki Mioda

-Thought it'd be fun to scare you. 

-It wasn't. 

-She woke you up so abruptly, you almost had a h̶a̶n̶a̶h̶a̶k̶i̶ panic attack. 

- (That could be considered as advertising or referencing. You decide ^^^)

-When you started freaking out in confusion, Ibuki stopped giggling and grew concerned. A rare trait not often seen by people. 

- "Ibuki is sorry! Ibuki didn't mean to scare you, so sorry!" she hugged you to calm you down. Dragging you back to bed and nuzzling into your shoulder. 

-You calmed down eventually, holding on to Ibuki and nodding. 

- "Though, Ibuki must admit, S/O is pretty cute when she sleepwalks. Sometimes she'll say some embarrassing things without knowing."

- "Yeah...?"

- "Like how S/O revealed that she got turned on whenever she sat on Ibuki's lap!"

Sonia Nevermind

-Was working late so she was still up by the time you started sleep-walking. 

-Was very surprised to say the least. She had watched so many horror movies, she thought you were possessed and was this close to calling Gundham. 

-When she saw that you were asleep however, she calmed down instantly. Smiling at how you were stumbling towards her. 

- "Sonia...sleep..." you murmured softly, leaning against her. 

-She supported your weight, holding you up and sighing tiredly. "I suppose it is time to retire..."

-Kissing your forehead, she dragged you back to the bedroom and got in bed with you, holding you in her arms. 

- 'Thank you for worrying about me. Even when you're asleep...'

-Kissing the back of your neck, she smiled. Getting the rest she deserved. 

Akane Owari

-Was eating a late-night snack when she saw you stumbling into the kitchen. 

-Confused, she watched you latch yourself onto her body and sigh heavily. Nuzzling into her back. 

- "You alright there, S/O?" she mumbled with a mouthful of food. 

- "Sleep...now..." you grumbled tiredly. It was clear that you weren't fully conscious.

-Nearly collapsing to the floor, Akane swallowed the last of her food and smiled. 

- 'I'll eat in the morning,' she thought, hoisting you over her shoulders and walking back to the bedroom.  

-Her strong arms kept you locked in place so you wouldn't wander off again. 

Mahiru Koizumi

-Goes all mom on you. 

- "S/O...not again..." she grumbled, rubbing her eyes tiredly. 

-Grabs your arm and drags you back to bed. Almost waking you up in the process. 

- "Stay," she commanded, getting in bed and holding you down. (She basically just flung an arm over your chest and called it a night)

-She was so used to this at this point. The first time she caught you sleep-walking she nearly scolded you for getting up so late. But now she knows that it's just a restless habit that you sometimes do. 

-Caressing your face tiredly, she pecked your shoulder and sighed. Trying to go back to sleep. 

-With the faint noise of your breathing, the two of you settled back into a comfortable, drowsy night. 

Hiyoko Saionji

- "Dafaq."

-She watched with complete interest --and entertainment-- when she found you stumbling around the house. Not doing anything but just walking. 

-That interest didn't last long however as she quickly got impatient. Waiting for you to get back and cuddle with her. 

- "S/O, S/O! Ey, ey!" she snapped her fingers, pouting when you didn't respond. 

- "Good lord do I have to do everything myself? Hmpf!" she grabbed your hand and dragged you back to bed. Flopping down on top of you. 

-Glaring at your sleeping face, her pout softened when she took in your adorableness. Finding your sleeping face to be one of the most cutest things she's ever seen. 

- "I'm so going to embarrass you tomorrow, but for now," she face planted into your chest. 

- "Stay with me."

Peko Pekoyama

-Was staying up late sharpening her sword. 

-When you entered the room however, she almost sliced your head off. Flinching when she saw you half asleep. 

- "S/O? What are you doing up, it's late--"

-Still in a daze, you stumbled onto Peko and sighed, breathing heavily in your sleep. "Peko..." you whispered tiredly, leaning on her with all your weight. 

-Stumbling to catch you, Peko blushed when she realized you wanted her to sleep with you. Looking at the time and sighing. 

- "Alright, I shall head to bed now. But please don't do this again," she smiled warmly at you and hoisted you over her shoulder. Carrying you back to your shared bedroom. 

- (I love her so much)
