a/n - this is based off of a tiktok and I thought it would be cute to make, also I think Lily is a really cute name so I went with it

"Lily! It's time for your nap!" Chris calls out to his four year old daughter as he walks into the living room. Lily is sitting there watching some Disney Junior, finishing her muffin before she looks at Chris.

"Can I please have another muffin before my nap daddy?" Lily asked, looking away from the TV to look at her father.

"No sweetheart. You can't have snacks before naptime," Chris said turning off the TV. His phone rings from his pocket and he checks it to see who it is.

"(Y/n), honey, could you get Lily into bed for her nap? I have to take this," Chris called out and (y/n), his wife, walks in from the kitchen.

"Sure honey," she said smiling.

"Thank you," Chris said walking out. He kisses the top of (y/n)'s head then picks up the call, walking into another room.

"Mommy, can I please have another muffin?" Lily asked, hoping her mom would give her one.

"What did daddy say?" (y/n) asked picking Lily up. Lily looks down, pouting.

"He said no," Lily quietly said still pouting. (Y/n) takes a quick second to think about it. She makes up her mind and walks into the kitchen. (Y/n) sets Lily down in a chair at the table and heads over to the counter and grabs a blueberry muffin.

"You can have another one, but don't tell daddy," (y/n) said holding two muffins and walking towards the table.

"Tell daddy what?" Chris asked walking into the kitchen.

"Mommy's giving me a muffin!" Lily exclaimed excitedly and (y/n) laughed at how cute she was.

"No snacks before naptime," Chris reminded smiling at the two.

"It's just one, come on," (y/n) said holding up the muffin that she had out for Lily.

"Please daddy! They're so good!" Lily pleaded, practically jumping up and down.

"Yeah daddy," (y/n) said trying to convince him, adding a hint of puppy dog eyes, which always get him every time. Chris smiled even wider if that was possible and rolled his eyes playfully.

"Fine just one," Chris said holding up his finger.

"Yay!" Lily shouted, taking a muffin out of (y/n)'s hand. The two adults laughed at their adorable daughter. Dodger wanted to join the fun and came running in barking.

"Can we give dodger one?" Lily asked petting dodger.

"No, but we do have treats we can give him!" Chris said walking towards the pantry to grab some. He hands one to Lily so she could feed it to him. Dodger leaped up eating the treat, barking excitedly.

"You finished with your muffin?" (y/n) asked, still eating hers.

"Yeah," Lily replied yawning.

"Naptime! I see how tired you are!" Chris shouted jokingly and (y/n) laughed.

"No I'm not!" Lily shouted back and jumped off of the chair and ran to the living room. (Y/n) finished her muffin and threw the wrapper away.

"I'm gonna get ya!" Chris shouted running after Lily, (y/n) following close behind laughing. The two parents found her hiding behind the couch and Chris picked her up after a quick tickle fight. Lily yawned again and the three went to her bedroom to put her to bed for a nap she definitely needs.
