-i've had the idea for eternity for a little under a year before i actually started writing!! when i found out that both world wars collided with demon slayers timeline my history nerd ass just had to jump into the fun HAHA--

the amount of improvement in both my mood, writing, and my art has been almost unrealistically phenomenal despite all the bullshit happening around me! im honestly really proud of myself!! the amount of things that happened to me back to back was some main character shit ngl.

although this book wasn't as long as a lot of other completed books were im still really happy with the outcome of it, even though my writing from anything over 5 months ago makes me want to choke.

i wanted this story to focus on the psychological effects of things like trauma and kind of having to live with your imperfections. y/n is permanently scarred by the whole hiroshima thing and she can't listen to thing too loudly before getting spooked. i wanted to talk more about how a long period of time and change really affects the brain, its mind boggling really.

recently ive been able to experience both of those things myself which was why i wanted to give y/n to her than just an insert character yk. i love writing about psychological affect and how the brain reacts to things more than others, its so intriguing! ever since my late obsession with psychological horrors (cough omori) ive been more inspired to write from a more mindful point of view.

both yushiro and y/n experience strong emotions and handle things very differently, yet they are drawn to each other. it's your everyday 'opposites attract' story.

this story was my first ever real wattpad story, and i would be excited to write more if the platform wasn't trying to kill me everytime i tried to save >:(

eternity will probably be one of those things i see at the end of highschool and grimace at, i can only hope it's because i've improved so much that this story is considered old. im so excited to write new stories and mess with layouts, thank you to all of my followers and spam voters <3
