The loud echo of your heartbeat thumping was the only sound you could hear as you were running, desperately trying to find your boyfriend, Kirishima. You felt like you couldn't breath, as much as you tried to control your breathing, your anxiety was taking a toll on you. The only thing on your mind was to get out of there, and search for your love as soon as possible.

They were catching up to you fast, your legs were starting to hurt, and you did not have enough energy to use your quirk. You were starting to regret not pushing yourself to your limit. You stumbled upon tree branches, and almost tripped on a rock. When you were losing hope, you finally noticed the giant beast up ahead, fighting with Mt. Lady. You stopped running towards the edge of the cliff.

You felt the hot sunlight hit your face, as you felt a sensation of relief. Everyone's here... but you couldn't find Kirishima. Your eyes searched everywhere. That's when you heard an agonizing scream.

You quickly turned to the direction of the scream. There they were, kneeling down on their knees, Mina and Kirishima were crying their eyes out. What were they looking at? You called out to them, "Mina! Kirishima!!" They looked at each other, and finally looked up at the cliff you were currently standing at. Just when you were about to take your first step...

"Where do you think you're going?" A voice behind you said, gripping your waist tightly, forcing you into their chest. They held your hands behind you, so you wouldn't fight back. A knife was being held up against your neck, forcing you to look up. "You thought we wouldn't catch up to you..?" They whispered into your ear and giggled.

"Y/N!!" Kirishima shouted, ready to jump in to save you. But the knife was pushed into your neck, forming a small cut, blood already trickling down your collarbone. You whimpered in pain, small tears forming in your eyes. Kirishima stopped his movements, he was stuck. How could he save you? You were literally being held hostage by a villain. Everyone was scared to do something. They just witnessed their teacher being murdered in front of their eyes. What are the chances being if they try to save you..?

Not long after, a few shadows could be seen walking up from behind you. More villains, he thought. You saw the shocked expression on Kirishima's face and decided to take action. Using the last remaining strength you had, you elbowed Toga, making her drop her knife, falling on her knees and clenching her stomach.

The adrenaline rush you were feeling in that moment was an understatement. You looked behind you to see Dabi and Mr. Compress. Forcing yourself to run, Dabi made it in time to yank you from your hair, falling head first in front of his feet. You yelp and Dabi did not hesitate to grab you, forcing you in a chokehold. You gasped for air, trying to push him off you, "No! Plea..please!"

"Guess I shouldn't have put Toga in charge to get you, doll." He grins, cutting off your only source of oxygen. You desperately hit his arms, wishing for him to let go, "NO LET ME GO, PLEASE!!" You cough, as you felt something metal poking your stomach. You widen your eyes as you make eye contact with Kirishima.

"No" he whispered, tears forming in his eyes once again at the scene in front of him.

You tried to call out to him. "It's time for bed, hero.." Dabi whispered in your ear, pushing the metal weapon deep into your stomach. You scream and cry, struggling to release yourself from his strong grip. Your screams and cries could be heard over a mile away, along with the sound of the trigger..

You widen your eyes, and look at Dabi, only seeing him smirk evilly and push you off the cliff. You felt numb, everything you saw was moving in slow motion. Falling down, you see your life flash before your eyes. Reminiscing all the loving memories you've made with your family, friends, and boyfriend.

You felt the impact from the fall, Kirishima immediately running towards you, pulling you against his chest, yelling for you to keep your eyes open. He pressed the wound onto your stomach, in attempt to stop the bleeding. "Please, Y/n!" He yells, holding your cheek. "Stay with me.!" All you could do was softly smile at him, weakly holding your hand up to his face, you caressed him. "I love...you...Kiri..." You muttered. "I love you too, baby! Please Y/n! Keep your eyes open okay? Everything's gonna be fine, baby..." Kirishima pulls you in, hugging you tightly, not caring if his hero costume was covered in your blood. He continues sobbing into your neck, frightened to lose the love of his life. He hasn't even asked for you to marry him yet...

When he didn't feel you move or coughing up blood, he looked at you, then bit his lip trying to prevent himself from crying anymore. He moved his hands to cup your cold face. With his forehead against yours, his tears fall down your face. Tucking a strand of hair behind your ear, he moves his hand to your eyes..

Your eyes were closed shut...
