Miyako arrived at the Warrings States Era at the Shinobi Realm in the World of Living. She is wearing her uniform from Gotei 13. Turn out there more than one souls roaming around this area and keep an eye on menos too. She help the souls to cross to the Soul Society then went to the two clans that the one shinobis mention when she ask for the location. As soon she arrived turns out she arrived in the middle of the battle between Senjus and Uchihas. 

That's when she heard a male cried, "IZUNA!" That made her glance to where the young boy who is close to her age in human form but a bit older got stabbed by a man with white hair. Then on she heard the menos laughter causing to narrow her eyes at where the location is. But stay close to this young shinobi who had fallen. 

Izuna felt pain in his stomach cause of Tobirama his rival he was about to go to sleep until he spotted a young girl with purple eyes staring at him as he stared speechless she is nothing like those girls he had seen so far besides Toka Senju but this girl is way out of anyone's league. What is she doing here? He thought to himself. 

"Who are you staring at, Izuna?" Madara asked when he saw what his younger brother was staring at nothing. That made Izuna frozed how come he can see her but his brother can't. "It's nothing, aniki." He glanced where he saw the girl but she was gone.

Izuna sigh seeing his body being buried than the girl showed up. "You cannot stay in this area it is not safe for you even if you are shinobi." The girl stated as he stared at her confused than a portal showed up it startled him. As the girl dragged him to the portal as it revealed a new world that he didn't know this.

"What is this place?" He muttered. "This is Soul Society were all souls goes here. There are some who is willing to choose to be part of the Gotei 13 as a part of shinigami. It is quite different from what you have heard in stories." The girl informed him. Then he notice how this girl had a uniform he felt his stomach flutter. 

Then a tall man with brown eyes and long crimson hair which is usually kept in a high ponytail, "There you are Miyako Kuchiki! Your brother wish to speak to you!" Izuna notice this but spotted his brothers waving at him to come to them then sees his mother as well. "Thanks for that, Renji. Keep an eye on him I sense a spiritual pressure from him after taking him here." Miyako told Renji who nodded.

As Miyako depart to 8th Division to see her older brother Byakuya and her sister-in-law Rukia after what Renji had informed her about. She still talks to Toshiro but considered him as a brother figure even though she did had a crush on him.

One of Izuna's brothers notice the way he stared at Miyako Kuchiki. "Who is she?" Izuna asked when he notice the girl leaving. "That's Miyako Kuchiki she is from the Kuchiki Clan." His mother answered. "She is part of the Gotei 13 and her position is 3rd Seat of the 9th Division. She used to be a Captain of the 13th Division but her sister-in-law Rukia took that spot." One of his brothers answered truthfully he was Kenji.

That is when his mother and his brother felt Izuna's spiritual pressure. His mother recommend him to go to Shin'o Academy to control the spiritual pressure he had on as she explain what is spiritual energy to her son. Who he had no idea he had one until now. "She's only one year younger than you, onii-chan~" Ayato the second brother mention as he knows that his older brother has a crush on her.

The shinigami who is the gatekeeper of the shinobi notice that Izuna Uchiha was dragged by none other than Miyako Kuchiki due to his spiritual energy he felt. He inform the rest of the Uchihas who came to him while Tajima was speechless to know this but agreed that his younger son learn how to control his spiriutal energy. While he watches his oldest son Madara from his afterlife.

Izuna graduate from Shin'o Academy as he remembered what his mother told him about Miyako. He selected 10th Division he gotten aloong with Toshiro though but annoyed at Rangiku.
