Sitting on the bed an hour after Peter left the building, you were in thought. It wasn't till the conversation you had with Tony sparked something in your head. He mentioned something you didn't even tell him. That made you get off the bed quicker than the roadrunner in the cartoon with that coyote.

Running over to the door, you swung it open as you ran out and towards the elevator. "Miss, what do you seem to be doing?" A voice in the building spoke and you jumped up; stopping immediately. Looking around, you checked to see if there was anyone around you– but there wasn't. "I am an AI." It clarified and you looked up curiously. "Well, AI, do you know where Stark is?" You asked and it told you to where the billionaire was.

That's exactly where you made the B-Line for. Once you got towards the door of where Stark was, you spotted him inside working on one of his suits; probably another upgrade— unless one of them got badly damaged during the fight. You entered as quietly as you could but had a feeling that the AI you spoke to, had alerted him since he spoke up. "What're thinking?" You nearly jumped up at the sudden announcement.

Just as you were about to answer, the AI spoke up. "Sir, Spike, Adam, Domino and Logan, wish to see Ms Rogers." Tony sighed but told Jarvis to allow them up and into the common room. He, on the other hand, was going to remain in his lab. "You can come and see me after your little meeting." He told you with a small smile and you nodded with a slight one yourself before heading out.

The trip to the common room didn't take as long as you thought it would. Yes, you did have a little help with Jarvis but ultimately, you made it there before everyone else there. By the time you got near the couch, the elevator from behind you down the hallway dinged. "Y/n!" Adam said as he quickly rushed over and gave you a hug. He was so glad to see you okay. So were the others. You returned his hug, as well as gave everyone else one. Logan didn't want to let go but you made him by saying something; which caused him to roll his eyes.

"So you're staying with Stark now." He said as Spike nodded her head in agreement to what Logan had said. You sighed as you made a face. "It looks like." You started to say then explained exactly what he had told you on what he witnessed on the so called 'death' of your mother. How he wasn't the one that killed her and how he learned that it wasn't your mother but the person had her necklace. Which sparked a memory in you. Her necklace—

They pulled you away from your train of thought; even though Spike and Logan both noticed your face before doing so. As did Adam but he didn't say anything. They didn't want to push any boundaries after the big fight you had. They asked you questions, which you answered. Made you laugh with some ridiculous comments as well as Domino telling you that Wade farted near a gas thing, something of the sort that resulted in a fire like explosion with the car that was right near him. Couldn't sit after that but recovered like usual.

"Y/n" you heard someone say your name; breaking the conversation you were having with your family. (Ya know, people that are so close you call them family?) Looking towards the direction where you heard the voice, you spotting none other than Tony. "Sorry to interrupt your family meeting-, gathering-, conversation but I found this,, and I'll like you to have it. It belonged to your mother." He finished and revealed the necklace she had wore that same day she was killed. "How did you-" you started to say and he only said it was mailed to him and he ran it through his computers before getting a match. Angelina Wakes. (Necklace below)

"It looks like some form of compass melted or pressed and they just made it into a necklace." You mentioned. "I know." He sighed. "That's what I said but I ran the prints. It's hers." He added and handed it over to you as you took it and started to inspect it. The group that had came to see you weren't too far away either.

Holding it close, your precognition started to act up– but it was different this time. Instead of seeing what was to come, you saw something you thought you'd never see. Your eyes were glazed over; almost like a white tint over your eyes and Logan walked over. "Y/n?" He said and there was no response, so Adam and Spike walked over. Domino was last to approach. There were markings on the compass necklace that started to glow a bright red and Logan was getting concerned even more when he noticed a tear sliding down your face.

Just as Spike was about to speak up, you dropped the necklace, clutched the sides of your head as your eyes closed and you screamed out in pain. At the same time it happened, a blast left you and flung everyone back. You fell on your knees as you let out a second scream of pain. The only person who could go into your mind and try to calm it before you destroyed everything around you, was Adam. "Adam, go!" Spike yelled and Adam got up from his spot before running over to you; sliding on the ground like baseball players did when reaching a base. Quickly getting on his knees as he was bent in front of you, watching you still clench your head in pain, he placed his hands on yours.

Letting his ability seep through, his eyes also had that glaze affect; that white tint like look as he looked into your mind. "Oh god..." he muttered as he was seeing what your were seeing. That's when his demeanor changed and he did whatever he could to push whatever it was in your mind, out. It took a while, but eventually it worked and you went limp; to which he caught you easily.

"What the fuck just happened" Logan spoke up and Spike looked at Adam for an answer. "Yeah, I Gotta agree with wolf man. What the hell happened?" Tony added and they all started to get up as Adam carried you. "Something... terrible." He started to say. "Care to elaborate?" Domino spoke and he sighed as he placed you down on the nearby couch. "There's a bigger threat in the horizon." He stated after he gave you one last look before looking at everyone else. "We need to prepare ourselves for war." He finally ended.
